    I am a student of marketing in IMT Nagpur, Maharashtra and my name is Priyanka Tiwari (2013-15 batch). There is a wide distribution of dairy milk's duplicate chocolate in the campus. The taste of the chocolate is horrible and packaging is similar. i am attaching the pic for the proof. Please look into the matter.

    I purchased dairy milk chaoclate and found different taste with different packing. Then I came to know that uth is duplicate one.
    Pls make investigation against these bad people sailing duplicate product and making company's image bad in the eyes of customers.

      I bought Cadbury Silk recently for my daughter. When i opened the pack, i found that the chocolate was in a semi-solid state though the same was preserved in a fridge. When i looked closely i found that there was a worm that has been responsible for the state of the chocolate. There were huge holes also in the chocolate.

        Dear sirs, My son got a Celebrations pack as a present from a bank, for his academic achievements. We opened 2 chocolates from the pack, and both were bad. We also had purchased some Milk Chocolates wgich were bad. This was all reported and I was given this subject reference number by a mail I received from your Customer Service, informing that someone from your company would come and pick up the defective products for further investigation. I'm sorry to say that there is no response, no contact established by your company so far in the matter of this complaint. I also replied to the mail reporting no response from your company.           I purchased cadbury 5 Star, of which code is K40 129 & packed on 04-14. While Eating That i felt a foreign element(steel/iron Pin) in my mouth when i took out i found several small pieces. What if i had swallowed that pin & got some infection or injury in my esophagus or stomach or intestines. You want to kill people by your product ?? Is it chocolate or killing chocolate ?? I tried to call customer care but they didn't responded. What kind of quality is this, What the hell is Cadbury doing, are they monitoring manufacturing process ?? It is really shame for such a company who is very famous for its quality & taste, such a company is giving licence to such pathetic factories who produce this ...!!! Are you all not responsible for any kind of quality control ?? I don't want my money back but i want you to take severe action against such factory & do intimate me for the action you took on that factory, If any action is not taken by you then you will force me to take legal action against you .             Hi, I had purchased a Cadbury silk - chocolate on 30th July, 2014I found the first two pieces were either missing or totally melted. And while eating the chocolate, there were tiny granules on it ; which made the chocolate really disgusting to consume. Kindly, let me know as to why the quality of a highly priced chocolate has been compromised. Also, I tried to call the toll free #[protected] and wrote a mail to the mail id mentioned on the wrapper asking for suggestion to place a complaint regarding this. There was no response. Kindly, get back to me with a proper explanation.

            I had purchased Cadbury dairy milk silk chocolate to give it to my niece. I was shocked when I opened it. The chocolate had some odd smell and when I opened it saw the chocolate was in different colour and also had some white spots on it.. This is really disgusting to see my favourite chocolate with these issues. The expiry is still there till this December 2015

            I tried to call the toll free #[protected], but no response.

            Please let me know how to proceed further with this issue.

            POOR QUALITY OF NUTS IN CADBURY DAIRY MILK CHOCOLATE

            THE HAZEL NUTS USED IN THE CHOCOLATE ARE NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND ARE GIVING AN UNPLEASANT TASTE. THE CHOCOLATE IS NOT MEETING THE STANDARDS OF CADBURY. THIS WAS REALLY DISSATISFYING ON PART OF CADBURY INDIA'S QUALITY.

              I bought a cadbury diary milk silk @ 135/- from a nearby shop in B 84 Defence Colony for my 5 year old daughter. I didn't check the expiry date. My daughter ate almost 5 pieces and then offered me a piece. When I tasted it it had that rotten smell and taste. Then I checked the manufacturing date is was November 2013 and I bought it on 04.08.2014. I approached the agency with the expired product and the agency not inclined to change or refund for the expired product. I would really appreciate if you could look into this and do the needful.                 I bought some dairy milk chocolates from a nearby store a few days back All Of them were full of white granules and were powdered I ignored it as it was the first time but again yesterday it happened with me when i Bought some dairy milks from a superstore and I've a habit to check epiry dates so none of the above were expired I had the same thing again and when I asked my frnds they also have faced this problem once in a while Even my mother had same thing in a silk which was a bigger one I dunno what u guys are doing sitting up there but a quality control and redressal is in order Please look into the matter seriously No one has time and money to waste Chocolates are supposed to make us feel gud not worse! :|

                  I have purchased a fruit & nut Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk chocolate of Rs.150/- (code no. 140520 B3 MFG Dated 05/14) with offer of ccd 2 small cups of coffee from Yadav Stores at Kane nagar, Antophill, CGS Colony, sector-6, mumbai-400037 But after opening the chocolate cover it is found that there is whitish small patches on the chocolate and when brakes it then it broke in granule form and no taste found in it.                         I am a consumer of your product, and i also dairy milk brand is my die hard favourite.
                        Bt in this month of july i bought once a rs.25 dairy milk, but when i opened it it was mostly powdered, and the taste was somewhat spoiled kind.
                        I not happend once but thrice it happend.
                        I thought, bychace once in a thousand must have come like this, but itz happening frquently.
                        The shopkeper didnt also replaced it with another one.
                        I dont want to loose tis brand "dairy milk" form my taste.
                        Please look after this issue...

                        I am very much found of Dairy milk Silk but this time when i brought the Dairy Milk Silk which was totally worst and having Odour in it. Totally waste of money.

                            I received a Cadburys silk and roasted almond as a gift from my friend. Both the chocolates were of bad quality. It had white patches throughout and it was as though it would crumble into powder. They were discoloured. I made a complaint through phone many times. It's been a month since I've complained. The only response I get is that ' we will forward your complaint to our office in chennai and they will get in touch with you'. Should I wait for your response until the product expires?

I am very much disappointed, angry and sad for getting the chocolate full of fungus.the package date is 03/14. I bought it from a shop in palakkad, Kerala.                                 I am daily cunsumer of Cadbury, but today i am very much disappointed when i brought 60gm of Dairy milk Orio worth Rs.75 from shop @Koperkhairane Navi mumbai.
                                The expiry date mentioned on the wrapper is Feb 2018 but when i opened it today before 2 months of expiry i found it in very much bad condition condensed with fungus.
                                Kindly ensure this will never happen again & mention proper expiry date products.
                                I found this white white fungus on my dairy milk chocolate . Is this the quality u r serving to the customers???????

                                I need an answer . The product iz not even expired. What do you want. U want to make ur kids fall illl . I will not spare u . I will post if everywhere .
                                Yesterday, I bought a celebrations of Rs. 150 and I found that chocolate is infected. Give me my cash, otherwise I will suit a case against you about the bad material used in Cadbury dairy milk, fungus in chocolate, what it means???

                                Why does it looks like this I'm so disappoint with Cadbury dairy milk
                                I bought a dairy milk small packet and i found large number of fungus over here, even it's expired date is march 2030.

                                I bought five packets of Dairy milk chocolate. It is covered with white spots all over the chocolate. It's not good and it doesn't taste good. I almost gave this to my daughter. White spot is like an worm eggs. I'm like throwing up ever since I saw that. Please do whatever it's to be done. Hereafter won't trust this Cadbury even to gift someone.

                                I have buyed dairy milk chocolate for 90 rs post reaching home kid opened and shocked
                                It's fungus more within valid date??

                                    On 5 July, I bought Cadbury Gems, It was tasteless with faded colour. I sent a mail to Cadbury India. They sent their salesperson and replaced with a new pack on 14 July. When I opened, it is again having the same issue. 1) Most of the Gems are broken. 2) The colour is faded. 3) It is having pathetic taste, my wife started vomiting after eating. I am very disappointing with this. It is really a matter of concern now. I sent a mail to them on 15 July, But no response from their side.                                       i found mosquitoes in my chocolate

                                      this iz the bar code num[protected] that which i bought cadbury dairy milk in that choclate i found mosquito

                                      cadbury dairy milk not in a good condition to consume

                                      i bought cadbury dairy milk silk roasted almonds & it is not in a condition to be consumed. there are white spots on it which makes it look unhealthy. please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        I had bought a Cadbury Silk orange from Prakash Stores, Tardeo, Mumbai on 14th July at around 7.45 PM. Once I opened the choclate at 9.30 PM the white cover inside looked dirty & on smelling it there was a very powerful foul smell out of it. On opening the inner cover there was a same smell from the choclate. On eating one piece it tasted very bad & tasted it has been expired. On checking the mgf date it was 14.4 & said best for 12 months. On 15th I went to the store & showed them the same they were shocked with the foul smell which smelt like some dirty oil & also the store person tasted the choclate & agreed that its tasting bad & not normal & there was a very bad foul smell from the choclate.
                                        This is absolutely not expected out Cadbury and was very upsetting. I feel like never having any cadbury product again as this choclate could create food poisoning & also other diseases.
                                        Kindly revert as too the reason for the same asap.

                                        This is absolutely not expected from a company like Cadbury. The response received from your end is shocking. How can you just pass off by saying it's a logistics problem. Is the consumer responsible of the logistics? Why should the consumer suffer.

                                        Also the white cover of the chocolate was stinking & myself & my wife both had the chocolate which could have created Heath issues.

                                        Please look into this at the earliest orelse I will have to take my complaint further.
