I bought Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk of Chocolate flavour with Net Wt 65g on 17th November 2014 which has Pkd date as 04/14. when I opened chocolate then the wrapper which printed as Silk has rotten oil or kerosene smell and also chocolate tastes not like usual taste which dairy milk silk has..the product code is I40418 and Bar a Code is[protected]. MRP of Rs.60/- Please take strict action in manufacturing the chocolates n it cn harmful to every human being specially small kids because everyone is crazy abt havin silk chocolate. N please taste the product from food inspector..I have wrapper with me..

I bought a Cadbury dairy milk Maha bar costing 40 rupees today, I realised that the chocolate used to make it tastes like caramel and too sweet. I stopped eating silk long time ago because the chocolate quality is just too bad ... what happened to the quality ? The Cadbury dairy milk we got in the early 2000's was so different and one to crave for. Now it's just aweful

    I am a resident of Vile Parle, Mumbai, I had pruchased one Fruit & Nut choclate from CHAMPION FOODS. Vile Parle (East) Name of the owner is NAVIN RAMBHIA. When I opened the choclate it was white inside, ( May Batch), I approached the shopkeeper for replacement, which he refused. I have returned the choclate to the shopkeeper without getting the replacement.       I found something that looked like fungus on Cadbury Dairy milk purchased today at Goregaon-West.. This is not expected from a reputed company like Cadbury. I would think twice before picking up a cadbury product for someone or in that case even for myself. Please let me know how this would be taken care of.           Hi, I have brought Dairy milk silk 150/- chocolate near madiwala, Bangalore in a bakery on Nov 1st, 2014. When i opened it, their was white patches and dots on it and it is like powder while eating. It has packed on 04/2014 and best till 04/2015 as per the expiry date on the pack. I am a chocoholic from child hood and mostly i love to eat Dairy milk, but now i am very disappointed seeing dairy milk products like this.And that chocolate was gifted by my lover and it was fully wasted. I am feeing really very bad, jsut want to know, Why this happens? Is the packed date is wrong ? How can we believe your products, if we see such things?

            Dear Cadbury, I have purchased 1 dairy milk celebration pack of Rs 150.00 at Rajiv Nagar Patna, District-Patna, Bihar, 800024, India. When I gave the Dairy milk chocolate to my little sister and brother, My sister found white fungus formed (in the form of spots on chocolate) on the said product. It was just shocking and disappointing for me that the product I was using from my childhood and a company like you (Cadbury) have such a poor quality control. If my sister and brother ate this product without my notice, what will happen? Please look in to the matter and reply me as soon as possible as the issue is most urgent, otherwise I will go to concern consumer department and bodies.               Hi, I bought two Cadbury dairy milk silk sec62 noida from office food court. I gave one to a sick child and one to nearly 2 yr old child.The little one opened it and start eating it when i tried to taste one piece I was shocked it was neither looking nor it tasted well it had a very foul taste with a rotten taste.I immediately took it back. It's manufacturing is 04/14 and it's 11/14 . This was very shocking and I will think twice before buying any of the product of cadbury .

                Hi, I bought a Cadbury dairy milk silk from mother dairy in A- block sec19 noida.. I opened it I felt that it was not ok but when I tasted it it had a very foul taste. it was crumbly and it had a rotten taste. it also had small white spots on it. It was 6-nov- 2014. this is very shocking as it has happened first time with dairy milk. it was very much shocking by this type of brand.

                      Dear Sir, Mam, I would like to bring your attention towards the detiorated condition of DAIRY MILK CADBURY SILK which is marketed by Mondelez India Foods Ltd. The product had the fungus detioration spots on it. The chocolate has certainly shown the bad quality of cadbury products. Had the product been sold in USA, the US authorities have taken the necessary stern action towards the manufacturers. Waiting for your reply.                         I got a packet of cadbury chocolates during diwali. Almost all other chocolates were good except one "Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate. I guess its priced INR. 25 or 35, cant say exactly since its not visible properly. Packing date shows 06/14. Code 260614M032. I never seen such oily (like dalda) layer inside the packaging. So i doubt there is something wrong with the chocolate. I would appreciate proper action against the same. Thanks. Amol Choughule

                          On 29th October 2014, i purchased two Cadburys and when i was about to eat them, i found it was infected with some white egg like structures ( probably a type of fungi). its packaging says it was packed on 09/14 C9 & K40913. It is a bit disappointing that such a big company is still unable to provide good quality products even now. What if a kid consumed it without noticing it ?? And this is not the first time i have seen such poor quality chocolates, i have also seen chocolates of same condition before also but I think its enough now. I thought i should act now against the so called best cocoa chocolate maker. I request the company to look at this issue and compensate me. I've attached some pictures of the chocolate which i was about to consume

                            cadbury new celebration 100 rupee pack contains 3 pieces of 5star, 1 dairy milk, 1 perk and 1 dairy milk shots costing 80 rupee for all. But MRP on pack is 100 rupee . WHY ??? They cost directly 20 rupee more on each pack and this same for 50 rupee pack, 150 rupee. Please explain us why you cost more amount than actual product ??????

                              I had received the cadbury celebrations box which contained gems, 5 star, perk and 1 dairy milk. The dairy milk bar is spoilt. It has some kind of fungus in it. The expiry date is of the year 2015. Being a trusted brand for years i think it would be kind of you to check into the matter as soon as possible.

                                I bought Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Fruit and Nut Chocolate on 14/09/2014 for Rs.60/- with CODE:140503 82 and BAR CODE:[protected]. I opened and ate a piece it smelled like rotten oil or kerosene. I immediately closed the cover and called to the Cadbury customer care no.[protected] to register a complaint. They took my complaint and asked me to seal the pack and keep it safe in a cool place and not to return to the shop, so they would send their representative. After two weeks hence no body came I called again to the same number to ensure whether my complaint was registered or not. The Cadbury customer care team member said that my complaint was registered and would be responded soon, but they cant exactly say when their representative would come. How long I should wait, I am very much irritated with the company's lethargic action. Can I go to Consumer Court - Abhinav Moorthi - Mob.No.[protected]

                                  Dear Team, I would like to bring to your notice that on 14th October 2014, I bought a bar of Cadbury Silk Rs 60/- pack. Pack code : H40705 Packing Date: 07/14 When I opened the pack the chocolate's color was off and it was brittle and tasteless. It was bad and nothing at all what silk tastes or look like. And this is not the first time it has happened with me, previously many times I have got such poor quality Cadbury chocolate and now it's high time as I company which claims to give you the best cocoa chocolates and claims for 'Shubh Aarambh', sorry I'm very very disappointed, buying chocolates of such low and poor quality is simply waste of my money.                                     I bought Cadburys box worth around Rs.500 and got a bogo movie offer which could be redeemed (with further payment of rs 75) at http://www.bogomovieoffer.cinerewardz.com. It is almost impossible to book move there. Neither do they answer emails sent to the address mentioned now do they donot pick calls given on http://www.bogomovieoffer.cinerewardz.com/helpdesk.html Overall it seems to be a fraud.
