Hi, I bought a Cadbury dairy milk silk from mother dairy in A- block sec19 noida.. I opened it I felt that it was not ok but when I tasted it it had a very foul taste. it was crumbly and it had a rotten taste. it also had small white spots on it. It was 6-nov- 2014. this is very shocking as it has happened first time with dairy milk. it was very much shocking by this type of brand.

Hi, I have to buy two pack from one grossary shop into Kandiwali east (Lokhadwala). and when gift to my relatives on Deewali occassion. after two days. she was called me an get complaint my gifted chocalate. she found centipedes into all chocalates pack into celebration pack. Repeated incident of fungus on dairy milk which my daughter ate and I am suspecting the reason of her stomach flu...the garbage you put in chocolate...already posted n circulating on fb n all social sites...if not resolved then next step is consumer forums... R

Dear Sir, Mam, I would like to bring your attention towards the detiorated condition of DAIRY MILK CADBURY SILK which is marketed by Mondelez India Foods Ltd. The product had the fungus detioration spots on it. The chocolate has certainly shown the bad quality of cadbury products. Had the product been sold in USA, the US authorities have taken the necessary stern action towards the manufacturers. Waiting for your reply. I got a packet of cadbury chocolates during diwali. Almost all other chocolates were good except one "Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate. I guess its priced INR. 25 or 35, cant say exactly since its not visible properly. Packing date shows 06/14. Code 260614M032. I never seen such oily (like dalda) layer inside the packaging. So i doubt there is something wrong with the chocolate. I would appreciate proper action against the same. Thanks. Amol Choughule

On 29th October 2014, i purchased two Cadburys and when i was about to eat them, i found it was infected with some white egg like structures ( probably a type of fungi). its packaging says it was packed on 09/14 C9 & K40913. It is a bit disappointing that such a big company is still unable to provide good quality products even now. What if a kid consumed it without noticing it ?? And this is not the first time i have seen such poor quality chocolates, i have also seen chocolates of same condition before also but I think its enough now. I thought i should act now against the so called best cocoa chocolate maker. I request the company to look at this issue and compensate me. cadbury new celebration 100 rupee pack contains 3 pieces of 5star, 1 dairy milk, 1 perk and 1 dairy milk shots costing 80 rupee for all. But MRP on pack is 100 rupee . WHY ??? They cost directly 20 rupee more on each pack and this same for 50 rupee pack, 150 rupee. Please explain us why you cost more amount than actual product ??????

I had received the cadbury celebrations box which contained gems, 5 star, perk and 1 dairy milk. The dairy milk bar is spoilt. It has some kind of fungus in it. The expiry date is of the year 2015. Being a trusted brand for years i think it would be kind of you to check into the matter as soon as possible.

I bought Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Fruit and Nut Chocolate on 14/09/2014 for Rs.60/- with CODE:140503 82 and BAR CODE:[protected]. I opened and ate a piece it smelled like rotten oil or kerosene. I immediately closed the cover and called to the Cadbury customer care no.[protected] to register a complaint. They took my complaint and asked me to seal the pack and keep it safe in a cool place and not to return to the shop, so they would send their representative. After two weeks hence no body came I called again to the same number to ensure whether my complaint was registered or not. The Cadbury customer care team member said that my complaint was registered and would be responded soon, but they cant exactly say when their representative would come. Dear Team, I would like to bring to your notice that on 14th October 2014, I bought a bar of Cadbury Silk Rs 60/- pack. Pack code : H40705 Packing Date: 07/14 When I opened the pack the chocolate's color was off and it was brittle and tasteless. It was bad and nothing at all what silk tastes or look like. And this is not the first time it has happened with me, previously many times I have got such poor quality Cadbury chocolate and now it's high time as I company which claims to give you the best cocoa chocolates and claims for 'Shubh Aarambh', sorry I'm very very disappointed, buying chocolates of such low and poor quality is simply waste of my money. I bought Cadburys box worth around Rs.500 and got a bogo movie offer which could be redeemed (with further payment of rs 75) at http://www.bogomovieoffer.cinerewardz.com. It is almost impossible to book move there. Neither do they answer emails sent to the address mentioned now do they donot pick calls given on http://www.bogomovieoffer.cinerewardz.com/helpdesk.html Overall it seems to be a fraud.

I am Anuja Karia residing in Chennai. I am an Advocate by profession and was a Cadbury fan until today when I got a reality check of the unhealthy and inhuman act of your company. Recently I got a Cadbury silk fruit and nut as a gift which has its manufacturing date as on 04/14 and it's expiring date as12 months after manufacturing i.e. 04/15.After enjoying half of the chocolate I saved some pieces for the next day. On the next day I noticed there white colour worms inside it. When I opened the whole pack I found several worms inside the chocolate which would discugust any chocolate lover. I am attaching 2 photos as proof of the above. I want an answer for the problem suffered by me because of the low quality chocolates being produced. I got a cadbury shot as it was one of my friend's birthday.After touching it i found that there was only one cadbury shot in a pack of two.I have not even opened it yet.I know that it it is just for 2 rupees but still i would like you people to look after this case.

When I opened the packet it was eaten up in between I thought it would be due to breaking but then went closer than saw it was eaten up ants. I was so shocked to see ants inside the seal packet of cadburys.this is so dissapointing that such a huge brand serving this kind of product!! such a waste of money for customers.

dear sir i have purchased a product of cadburry(2 pcs of 10) but it is not in good condition the product manufacturing date is 06/14 and exp date is 1 year. i purchased it on dated 7 sep14 and after seeing it i have lodge the complaint to cadbury consumer care on dated 12 sep14 . according to them, the executive will visit u at your address but after 12 days there is not a single response by them so i want to check the food quality for legal action plz mail the address the food checking address in Jaipur. looking for early and positive response regards Varun K Singh mob-[protected]

ISSUE :: Example: Taxable Amount : 17, 340.[protected]ok Discount : 4.5 % Amount 780.[protected]ok Now Nett Taxable Amount After Discount : 17, 340-780=16560.00 Tax : 14% On 16560 = Amt 2318.00 But Maheswari has calculate tax on 17340.00 Which is wrong. Your sales team called only after my adverse comments about your company on your Facebook page after three weeks of my complaint, i.e. 10 days back. I bought two chocolates today packed on 04/14- and in that I found small eggs like thing of some xyz species and without looking at it as we trust brand cadbury my brother ate some, now we hope that nothing bad happens to him. Please suggest what should I do, Can I expect an action from your side or do I need to take the stuff to local media and put it all on social media.
