I have found one small metal piece in Cadbury Silk on 5th Sept , Purchased from one of the super market in chennai. I have sent a mail immediately on the same Sunday night to the company regarding the nature of complain. But amazingly no verbal communication had been encouraged from the company end even till today the 8th Sept. When I have called up at the company consumer care cell, they were very reluctant to respond. I think they have started killing the time now.
Now it is becoming very difficult for me to keep the material in good shape & condition, since it is having a natural tendency to melt under the ambient weather of Chennai. Although it is in freeze but power off is a issue. I am only willing to share and discuss the probable occurrences which might have cause FBC like metal. But company is not seems to be much interested. Kindly suggest what are the options from my end if company keep on showing reluctant approach to the issue.

9th Night the cudbury representatives came to my house. I have handed over the samples. The representatives have acknowledged the fact that there is some non eatable piece (metal type).and have ensured me that they are going to take the same to higher authority. I at last felt happy as company have responded to my problem. Shall be updating the next development

    I wanted so badly to complaint someone for Cadbury. They have recently launched one product for Rakhi as Celebration rich dry fruit selections. It is such a misleading product.
    I am highly disappointed only because of cadbury I felt embarrased in front of my guests.
    I got box for cadbury dry fruit selection for Rakhi for which they are also advertising these days. Keeping that in mind I was very keen to get that box and to gift it to one of my guest but when I opened that box I cant even tell u how embarased and disappointed I felt that cadbury let me down in front of everyone. It was nothing just 2 small packets not enuogh to fill even quarter of a box. for that cost i could have easily got something far better than that. I don't think so now any 1 o[censored]s will buy any cadbury chocolate after this experience. I don't know what to say more but they should not mis guide their customers with thier misleading advertisements.

    Not only the packaging size, what is even more fraud on their part is that instead of 'rich dry fruits' its some sort of caramel and butterscotch toffee coated in chocolate. There are NO dry fruits - none at all!!!
    The box costs Rs 200 and I did not expect such fraud from Cadburys. Awful!!!
    I went through the same experience on Rakshabandhan day. It is really disgusting.
    Shame on Cadbury.

    Would not suggest anyone to buy this product at all.

    Cadbury 5 star — bad ads.

    pls drop the carbury 5 star advt. that is "abe master" which sounds bad and gave bad impact on small kids.the advt. is coming in cartoon net work and other kids channels ,which may carry bad impression on kids.i m a mother and my baby accepts all the good and bad things from tv and hope this wrong language should not go in to his mind .

        today i bought a cadbury dairy milk shots chocolate. the pack is supposed to have two pieces of the chocolate. but I've noticed that there is only one piece of the chocolate in the sealed pack.
        the pack is still in my possession.
        please necessary actions against this.

        Its just an operational error, not a big deal.

          i happened to visit a pharmacy wherin i purchased a cadburys choclate premium brand, with the desire to consume after lunch i placed the same in the refrigarator. after lunch when i opened i found that the choclate was not the one worth consumption. my mobile no is [protected] previously i recorded this issue on the cadburys site no response the shop keeper also is not wiling to listen to my complaint. why so? with a brand ambassodor who carries world wide acclaim a product unworthy of its standards being marketted it is a real shame. certainly there must be some one who can mention this to the brand ammbassador himself for prmoting such a brand, or may be the money factor is so important that they may care less. comming home from dubai on my holidays i have brought choclates from nestle van houten but have never had to grieve, in case my complaint goes unheard in 3 working days i certainly shall post this sorry picture in face book for those many to know who with care and affection buy this product for their loved ones.

              I recently bought a slab of cadbury dairy milk chocolate
              and found little cement stones in it when i started chewing.
              It is very unhigenic and disgusting.
              Im not even sure I want to ask how they got there.
              I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS!
              Asspecially because you call cadbury South Africa's best love chocolate and a great chocolate. States so right on your product wrapper but is not fully true seeing as all the unwanted elements found in your product. Should cadbury lover's be concearned with your companies factory's higene situations?

                worms found on opening Cadbury Bournville code no T91128, PKD ON 11/9 B due to faulty packaging. the outer bournville pack is intact. but the inner wrapping had a hole due to which the chocolate got infected. If i hadn't noticed and given it to a kid, it would have been very dangerous. The feeback mechanism in the site is not working. Nor are the toll free numbers for consumer complaints.

                Same experience. I just opened the bournville packet (packed on 03/13 ) and purchased by me couple of days ago from big bazaar in Sahara mall, Gurgaon and found two worms inside it.I have taken a video and I am trying to contact Bournville. But the toll free number [protected] printed on the packet doesnt work. Also emails from the email ID "[protected]@cadburyindia.com" bounce back undelivered.

                It seems the feedback info written on the package is just a joke to fool around the customers.

                Anybody who can help with this?
                I m a dark chocolate obsessed person and I just took it out of its wrap ate and then I saw it has some fungus kinda thing but the expiry date is 5 month far I want to complain at Cadbury bournville

                  i Nikhil Bansal s/o sh.Ajay kumar Bansal purchased a cadbury gems worth Rs:-15 on 31st may 2010 weighing according to company scale 28.4 gms and in actual which i got a sealed packed (is just 8 gms) for this i send an E-mail on 1st june 2010 to cadbury india...but till today i don't get any repply..not only the E-mail but i had make a telephonic complaint also on 2nd june 2010...till dis time i don't get any kind of repply..

                    dear sir, its alarming that in and around the bangalore busstand and railway station, the shops are collecting excessive rate than the m.r.p printed in the product. The answer for that is the owners are asking to collect so from the consumers to supplement for the cost of the shop. Is it fair?
                    i would like to put two instance the price of the sohan papadi printed is 35/- where as the shop is collecting 45/- from the consumers.
                    The second instance is during the purchase of five star chocalate the printed rate is 20/- where as the price levied is Rs 25/- they are not ready to give the bill.
                    if the needy consumers is not protected then i am sorry that the poor n needul will be highly exploited. I would request the authorities to conduct the raid and find out for yourself what' sis going on?

                    Cool drinks — Excess pricing

                    The price of the mini cool drink bottles of cocacola and Pepsi is only Rs.8/-.But in many shops they sell it for Rs.10/-.Will the Government will check the excess pricing by retailers?5
                    this is to be strictly dealt otherwise the shop owners will do their way of collecting money

                      I too felt the same problem when I started using the Little Champs product a few days back . This is something very serious and should be taken care by the company immediately. My son has also developed small rashes/skin allergy on the legs.On consulting the doctor, she asked me if i have added anything new to his diet then I should stop the same at that point of time I did not realise but on putting some thought to it i realizedthat i had added little champs in my son's milk .

                      All the inventory of the Company should be disposed .

                      I too am facing a similar problem while using lil champs whey protien in my daughters milk. Maybe the ingredients of lil champ are sub standard. It's a common phenomenon once a product gains popularity. It would be pertinent to remind here that cadbury had recieved similar complaints regarding there chocolate packings. They initially refused but layer they had to acknowledge. This is a serious issue and the sale of lil champs should be immediately put on hold as it involves the health of small children.

                      This is regarding Cadburry Bourn Vita. My daughter developed itching and worst round eczema rash in her foot palm & leg after consuming this. We were giving this only for three days and we could not understand why she is scratching her legs badly. We went trip to doctor and he was asking about new food introduction. We didnt think about the Bourn Vita milk as serious. We are pure vegetarians and most of the itching causes were nullified... Finally I stopped Bournvita and she stopped scratching.

                      I tried to put my complaint directly in Cadburry Website, but after filling everything and clicking send... am getting a page saying the website link problem. So... I want to post it in a website, so that atlease people will get alert.

                        I opened the cadbury 5-Star for Rs- 5.00, I looked as if some insect had already eaten a part of it internally, and was no more edible, I would like to lodge a complaint for the same,

                        They write it as it is edible in the period of 12 months from the date of manufacture

                          I purchased a Bournvita from one of the retailer here in Singtam, Sikkim on 02/03/2010. The shop is a very well known shop in Singtam Sikkim. When I was preparing a bournvita drink for my 5 year old daughter on 03/03/2010 at around 9:00 pm in the evening, to my surprise, I found a cut piece of human nail on the bournvita.

                          I am quite embarrassed and shocked to see the plight of the renowned company for maintaining the hygiene standard of the product.

                          I have kept the purchase receipt and the nail along with its photograph with me. Please help me in this regard.

                          Cadbury India Ltd. — WRONG DEBIT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!

                          I was booking on 06-08-09, my monthly FC season ticket from your website: www.irctc.com, but unfortunately the transaction got some error message & my account got directly debited for Rs.830/- but no STR number issued from your end. I have neither received till now i.e., on date 11-08-09, my money back nor the monthly FC railway pass. I have already purchased new pass. I donot know what is the fate of my money. I think you should stop playing with public money at the earliest & prompt in returning ilegally debited money from peoples bank accounts.I have sent mail to '[protected]@irctc.co.in' on date 06-08-09 but some Miss Leena[protected] is not aware of the transaction & asked me my bank account statement which I subsequently gave on date 08-08-09 but still my money is not retrurned to me. I think she is just postponing the process due to her lack of knowledge of what to do?? Such is the quality of your staff. I have mailed to her than five times but she has not shown the courtesy even to reply. My auto complaint ticket number generated thru your email is [IRCTC #560450] .

                          I hope you guys understand the emergency of the situation & refund me my full amount back with appropriate compensation for making me to take all this trouble to write you fags emails & emails & emails. I think railways is full of bunch of like LEENA!
                          Oh... Is it so. It is unbeleivable with Cadbury and its quality till date and even we cannot say that it can be human error. It is totally big flaw in manufactuting unit which, as per my knowledge, are automatic plants. and any adultration must be detected by its sensor and system.

                          I am using Bournvita since kid and now my kids are using .

                          I have to rethink ... if Bournvita is not quality consious now...

                            Hello, I have recently purchased a 200g block of your Cadbury Hazelnut product. The product whick contains hazelnuts were exteremly hard. I mean i could not even bit throu the nut it's self. Product date of expirey is 20/09/2010. Item was purchased Saturday the 13/02/2010 at a local Coles supermarket. Item has not been in any weather conditions and stored in recomended storage conditions. Could you please contact myself to be compensated for my product and anything else you would like to helf out with.

                              This is Rohit from Bangalore. I am a big fan of Cadbury chocolates. I just bought Nutties from a near by vendor yesterday. To my suprise I didnt chew them and found small pieces of plastic fragments inside the chocolate. I still have the sample. I am really sad that the quality of these chocolates are sick. Just imagine if it goes inside a child. I know these people really dont care. Please let me know what to do?

                                color faint & lose of original taste

                                i am a regular buyer of dairy milk choclates.i found several times that color of choclate gets faint(whites color) and with these the original taste also lose. work on these complaon soon. i love dairy milk products but not like this

                                  My self Bhavin Patel. I used Bournvita from last 15 years as a my daily morning neutrishing drink. I brought 500 GM refill pack at Jyoti provision Store, Opp:Pupular hotel, Bethak, Naroda, Ahmedabad before 8 month. i was transfer the refill content in to previously brought bournvita empty plastic jar and i kept the empty pack in garbage. Afterwar i found the taste of bournvita is altered. So i immdiately gaveback that bournvita to Jyoti provision stor for replacement. The shop owner told this think to your distributor person But the told that to produce the empty refill pack & i dont have that because i already thrown it to garbage which is collected by muncipality person on daily basis. So still i am not getting the relpacement for same.

                                    I bought the cadbury bournvita and used once. When I felt something wrong with the product I lookd for expiry date on the packaging but there is no expiery date!

                                    I am serving for Defence Services and posted at Manali at present. I bought Cadbury's Bournvita from CSD. But to my surprise, there seems to be some adultration in the product. It feels me that sand type material is mixed with the product and while eating it, when the bournvita powder gets dissolved in mouth, some crushing type feeling is felt in between the teeth. The product is manufactured at distt-Nalagarh of Himachal Pradesh. I tried to call many a times the customer care toll free No. but all in vain. The No. either doesnt exist at all or is not in working condition.

                                    Where should i lodge my complain now or should i directly go to the Consumer Court for the matter.

                                    kya cadvery bournvita 20-25 year ke man use kar sakte hai.
                                    pl. do not buy bournvita... it is all adulterated.. i lodged complaint both on mail and on toll free number.. the company despite advising me that their field officer would come and pick up the adulterated packet has not come despite reminders.. this is in the same league as its other product chocolates in which worms were found sometime ago. i am saddled with 3 packs of the useless and adulterated product..the company is cheating customers using its brand name.

                                    I am living in Sydney. I have purchased a Bournvita from a local indian shop (imported from india ). This is not the first time I am buying this, the bottle was sealed. When I opened the seal, I fell a bad chemical smell and the taste is differ. I sent an email to Cadbury India, Austraila. The very next day I got an email from Cadbury Australai and they have asked me to send the photos of bar code, date of exp etc. The very next day they called me over phone and asked me to check with Indian customer care, hence the product was manufactured in india ! But till date I haven't received any reply from Cadbury. The shop guy said, he had the past experience on communicating Cadbury india and they never ever returned back! Any product can have product defect, but how they are handling the issue is the matter, and Shame on Cadbury the way how they are handling the issue !

                                      I had purchased some Fruit and Nuts from a local store at Andheri (W) and found worms in the product... the product was manufactured in October 2009 and we can see worms coming out of the chocolate.

                                      It is extremely harmful for all and so i thought of bringing this to your notice. I have the chocolate still with me as a proof.

                                      I don't think its a manufacturing defect but some defect in the ingredients they use which is highly unhygienic.

                                        I had bought a fruit and nut in the month of Oct and started comsuming it ..I started bitting into something which was very hard and I continued bitting into it thinking its some nut piece but to my surprise I discovered that it was outer shell pieces of apricot (Snaps attached) and it did really hurt my tooth and gums... I registered an official complaint with Cadbury Inda Limited on their hotline and on Oct 22nd 2009 their Associate one Mr. Cyril Sequeira from their Vile Parle office visited my place took all the pieces assuring that by 1st week of Nov I would hear from them and we could settle the issue... Till date i.e Nov 26th I have not heard from them and whenever I call them there is no positive reply from them... I have even recorded my conversations with them and would we more than happy to share them too if required

                                        Do let me as to how do I take this forward as I am hurt twice, once when I consumed the product and next when they took the customer for granted which I am not ready to take it lying down.
