I belong to India Pune. This case happened in June 2013 where there was a worm in the Cadbury Celebration box and i sent the below email but nothing happened except the executive collected the box from my place for investigation and said sorry. With extreme disappointment I would like to inform you that I found a worm in one of the pieces of rich dry fruit chocolate celebrations pack. I have attached photos with this email. I have also taken videos but due to size constraint i could not attach them to this email. This is highly unacceptable from a brand like Cadbury.     I have brought 5 box of cadbury dairy milk and received 5 vouchers and i have send the voucher code to the particular number and called the customer care executive to avail the voucher. However I have informed the agent (don't know his name) that I have other vouchers also how do I avail them so informed me to send the voucher code from the same mobile number. After that the next agent told me that the vouchers has been blocked due to message send from the same mobile number and you cannot avail that in future. The agent name was Ms Alia, Mahalaxmi and then I spoke to supervisor name Mr Sultan and he has promised me to give me a call back but as expected he didn't turn around with his promise and correct resolution. So very next day gave a call to the customer care and the Team Leader name Mr Pravin has handled the call but being a team leader I have never expected a kind of arrogant and also defensive response against the agent which he has given a wrong information. I have already informed them to check the call recording but I haven't heard from the back end department yet.     Dear Mr. Kamble,

    You are not the only one who has been fooled by the company. I have been fooled they very same way by them. I have escalated This matter to Cadbury India Consumer Complaints team and now I am awaiting their reply. I feel its a problem from the end of Big City Promotions Company who is playing around with the rules and regulations set by the company. Check out the email I sent them today. Lets hope some body in Cadbury is wise enough to take note.

    This is email is to bring to your notice that there is some serious malpractice being followed by your partner company BIG CITY PROMOTIONS. I had bought 3 boxes of Dairy Milk Chocolates from Reliance Fresh Stores in Mumbai and they gave me two booklets of Joy Fest Coupons which is a promotional offer where you get 1 coupon for either 1 or 2 Cadbury Dailry Milk Chocolates you buy which is again not specified on the vouchers. I was told that I can win movei tickets in these vouchers and that I can only redeem maximum of 2 vouchers of 1 movie ticket or 1 voucher of 2 movie tickets per week. on scratching I won 16 movie tickets in them.

    I had already booked tickets in past and they gave me as per the terms and conditions mentioned. Today when I called them again to book the movie tickets I was speaking with one Mr. Mujahid Islam who said he was the Manager of the Floor. He said since I had already made a booking last week on the same mobile number they disqualified my voucher and stated Rule No 11 on your webpage which only states the following "Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together. Only one voucher may be used per person, per household, per venue, per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder)." Can somebody please explain where is it mentioned that it can be redeemed on a single mobile just once. Also, if that is the case then how did they redeem twice in the past on my single number.

    Also, when you send a message to register the voucher code why is the system not refusing the registrations on the basis that it the mobile number has already been used once in the past. I have extremely strong feelings that some fishy business is cropping up with BIGCITY PROMOTIONS and your company needs to address it immediately. I have genuinely won the tickets and would expect you company to support me in booking and using it.

    I surely hope that in this fishy business being carried by the BIG CITY PROMOTIONS you company name doesnt get spoiled. I kindly request you to do the needful in this. I hope you will not force me to escalate this to the Competition Authority Of India because if you search on GOOGLE you will find tons of people who have complained against this malpractice followed by BIG CITY PROMOTIONS.

    I have got voucher of free movie ticket for 2 on the purchase of Grocery of around Rs. 5800 on Agarwal Departmental store Vikaspuri New Delhi. When I have called their customer care to register a request they told me what product I had purchased I told them the actual product detail which I had bought but they told this product is not valid for this offer I said then how your company offered these vouchers to customers without the knowledge & importance of this voucher, even there is nowhere mentioned that this voucher is valid on limited products. However, they didn't have any answer & simply repeated we are not able to help.

Had bought cadbury silk from reliance fresh, Bangalore, during the promotion of February 2014 offer for two movie tickets after spending Rs.200. Had called the given contact number on the voucher to register my phone I.e[protected] along with the reliance fresh bill number. Had received a SMS back. the problem is that the SMS is no longer there on my phone and have lost the voucher also. Want to book the tickets now but have lost the SMS.       Even after buying the chocalates worth more than 150 rupees, I cannot avail the offer.

      I got the coupon after shopping for silk chioclates for Rs 165, and sent the sms as required. A messgae came back saying u can book ur tickets at a number given. When we call at this no, It says the operator is unavialable. It always says the same even during the timeframe mentioned in the msg (even during workdays and between 9am to 5 pm.

      Can somebody tell me why is it so and then the company should be sued for making false committments if they cannot keep thir promises and do false advertising.

      Cadbury/Reliance Fresh should answer this wrongdoing.

      Please confirm me how I can avail this offer and last dat eis 22nd Mat 2014.

      Please suggest or I will move to tke consumer court regardig this

      I am writing to you to put your frustration at rest. I had posted my inquiry in the month of April regarding the movie ticket offer. The fault was mine to have lost the voucher as well as the SMS sent after registering my phone number. I am glad to inform you that the Cadbury company takes these inputs very seriously and had contacted me within couple of days to resolve the issue.

      Not to forget that putting your comment on this site is equally effective in reaching out to the company.

      I had purchased Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk from Reliance Fresh New Delhi during the promotion of February 2014 offer for two movie tickets. I had registered my mobile number but when I call to avail the offer and book the movie tickets, the call is always on waiting and never gets connected.

            Dear Sir/Madam, Just few days before I purchased a box of cadbury celebration. It was properly sealed. When I opened one pack of 15 gm (Production Code 020513A2M M2) I noticed some kind of fungal growth in it. When I opened another pack of 40 gm (Production Code 160513M01E I2) same case was observed. It is really not good for a company of such standard not maintaining there quality at all. Who will take the responsibility if something happens to someone.                 I purchased a box of dairy milk sealed properly ITS CODE IS K31216 packed on 16/12/2013 which contains 72.units*8.5gms each.I found a Sealed empty dairy milk chocolate wrapper. Matter is that the company should take care that the each wrapper is completely filled with chocolate, before it go for the packing or sale. As this mistake should not happen as being an best and the oldest chocolate company.

                  Purchased Cadbury Diary Milk Chocolate on 19/11/2013 from a near-by store; having Code K30805 - Pkd 08/13 - B2 but when opened the chocolate covered with a white layer coating and taste was totally different. I am sure the store keeper will not refund the money and tried calling Cadbury's office in Mumbai but nobody bothered to give a proper reply. Dont know whom to approach with such complaint ? I have kept the chocolate safely with me in order to show to some responsible person in Cadbury. Hope somebody will wake up and open their eyes/ears to listen such complaints of a common man. Recently i gifted a celebration to my friend on her b'day, but when we opened that there was difference in packaging and finally when we open the chocolate, i.e., Dairy Milk, it was the worst chocolate taste i ever had of Dairy Milk.                         i got this chocolate in cadbury celebration and it has some white bubble like spots, having code k40614 and pkd on. 06/14.i do not know if its fit for consumptions or not.

                            I purchased one Cadbury Dairy Silk for Rs 125 and another Cadbury Silk Roast almond for Rs.55 from an outlet called as Grand Bazaar at Minjur, When I opened it after reaching home I found that the packing had shriveled ,melted and not smelling of Chocolates.I returned it to shop who first refused to look into it saying that these 2 pieces were manufactured in May2013 where as the date of sale is[protected]. He has refuse to replace it immediately saying that the product has to be inspected by the Cadbury representative and has collected the same.Till such time I am deprived of my Chocolate. I am holding the original sale bill no.51252 dt.[protected] and the acknowledgment of return of product to Grand Bazaar,Minjur 601203. The shopkeeper has indicated that replacement is not certain. The chocolates were manufactured in May 2013 and the product has not been stored under ideal/hygienic conditions thus the quality of the chocolates have deterioted . I expect immediate replacement and a fair compensation towards my travel and deprivation of pleasure of eating chocolate. Thanks

                              On 29th june i purchased 2 packs of cadbury chocolate form a near by shop one of which was opened by my son and when he ate one bite and made a ugly face looking toward me ..........i noticed that the product was fungus effected .....not wasting any time i called up the Cadbury Toll Free no [protected] and registerd my complaint........... i was the adviced to keep the product in same form in the refrigerator.............

                              Now till today on 14/8/2013 none of the persons for the company have visited my house to collect the product nor any person or officer from the company has contacted me ............... i think the consumer cell of cadbury puts down the complaints made to them i think there officer don't take any interest of the complaints made to them ............i am very annoyed form the company and its services............

It's been more than a month and no contact from company rep and no response to follow up emails. Pathetic customer service department. Delay is understandable but no response or silence and ignorance is unacceptable.

                                Hi I bought a TEMPO POWER NUT from Buy-Rite in Orchards today after I opened it I realised it was so old I then checked the expiry date and it is 1st July 2013 …..16:[protected]
                                Surely Cadbury’s should prompt their clients not to sell goods that have expired? I won’t drive 14kms to exchange it……all this for a R10 chocolate

                                  Hello,

                                  I purchased a box of 72 pieces Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates at a cost of Rs.360/- from a store in the main market of Gokulpeth Nagpur.
                                  I wanted to distribute these to my colleagues as it’s my birthday today, however to my disappointment, when they opened the chocolates, they saw that the chocolates were degraded
                                  They had pimple like formations with white fungus like appearance on all the opened pieces.

                                  The packaging date on the box is 13/5/13, the product code is K30513, net weight of the box is 612g.
                                  The note on the chocolate says “Best before 12 months from packaging”, which is definitely not the case.
                                  We opened 5-7 pieces and all of them were alike. We “felt” the rest of the pieces from over the wrapping, and ALL of them are the same.

                                  Could you please look into this on priority?

                                    Hi,

                                    I bought a Cadburys Temptations(65 Rs pack) yesterday in my area.. I am always cautious about expiry date and checked the date of manufacturing. It was mentioned as May2013 and best before 9 months from the date of packing. But when i opened it there white coloured fungus all over the chocolate.
                                    Dont know what to do!!! Anybody to guide me.

                                    I also faced such issue. I bought Cadbury Temptation (Rs 90 pack) from my nearest general store on July 8th, 2018. It's packaging date is Dec. 2017 with best before 9 months. So it is not expired yet but when I unwrapped it to eat, I got shocked. I'm attaching the photos, I captured, to show you. I contacted the company 3 times about this via email and sent clicks of the product. It has been more than 20 days, but nothing yet. WTF!

                                      Thank you for the new wrapper for Flake! It provides fantastic security! however, every Cadbury flake I have had since the new wrapper has been introduced is now stale! I remember when Flake was sooooo in the mouth gorgeous and just melted with the first mouthful! it is now just a lump of chocolate and does not resemble the 'Good old fashioned' Flake at all!
                                      The 'lump' doesn't even taste fresh! Yuch! It tastes stale! Sometimes when opening it the chocolate even looks 'white' - which, in my book, is stale?
                                      Not the same quality you used to have! What is going on?

                                        Yesterday I bought 10 sachets of CADBURY DAIRY MILK SHOTS .Out of that I was surprised to see that instead of 2 marbles,there was only one marble in one of the sachet.This type of manufacturing defects are increasing day by day which is intolerable & it is not at all expected from a company like CADBURY which is a PRESTIGIOUS MNC.I have kept the same sachet containing one marble with me unopned.I therefore request you to look into this matter so that this type of manufacturing defects should not occur in future to save the reputation of your company as well as to maintain to maintain my confidence & faith in your company.

                                        Hi, I bought 2 Gems Balls in the greed of Justice League toys, but instead of that I got their logos. It is not fair they are doing wrong telemarketing. I need their direct number or mail id so I can complain about same.
