All canara bank siwan branch account holders I obsereved that the dealing of the canara bank siwan branch staff with client very poor and cheep i will be try to inform all siwan district that avoide to open the account in above said branch because this a worst branch of the bank.

I have an NRI account with Canara Bank Ponkunnam Branch in kottayam Dist. My Account Number is 1634. The customer support which is provided by the branch is very poor, especially in the communication with customers. Several times i send a request to the manager through email regarding the statement of my account, but they didnt send the repley. From last week onwards i send three mail to the manager but still now i didnt recive a repley from the branch.
If the tings are going like this, i planned to stop the transactions with the branch. Because the other banks are sending emails & sms for every transactions (deposits and withdrawal). But from your branch no repley for customers request.
So kindly take any action to provide a better customer support from this branch
