We have issued Cheque No. 440354 dated[protected] for Rs. 101757.00 to M/s Raghav Industries Limited. Surat. The said Cheque has been presented in bank at Surat Canara Bank Nanpura Branch and has been returned. We have informed the Banker and they assure us that such incident will not happen again. Another Cheque of Rs. 54845.00 bearing No. 440352 has been returned by same Nanpura Branch, Surat.
We are shocked to see our Cheque return, In our Banking History of 30 years with Canara Bank, This is 1st incident where our Cheque .has been dishonored, inspite of having Sufficient Balance.
This is gross negligence on part of Canara Bank, and such officers Managers should be suspended. By this Canara Bank has spoiled our image and reputation in the market. Why necessary action should not be taken against all responsible officers/ Managers.
We had visited Chief Manager Mr. B.N. Kazi, Nanpura Branch, Surat, Gujarat on 4th may 2009 to seek clarification. He asked us to submit the letter and said we will reply to the matter. He was not at all sorry for the mistakes made by his branch. The behavior of the Chief Manager was rude. When Customer is visiting him traveling 300 Km. He is not at all ready to even interact the subject.
We request you to take Strong action against such Officers and Mangers who are making mistakes and trying to fool the customers. Our Image which is more precious has been lost due to your officers.

Iam G.GLORIOUSGNANADEEPAN from Trivandrum working in a limited company for past 6 months. I have applied a credit card on[protected] from (CANARA BANK PATTOOR BRANCH, TRIVANDUM TC 27/1764). I have submitted the Copy of
PAN Card, Licience, Salary Slip, & my company identy card .The Branch manager has checked the application and forwarded to credit card depeartment on the above mentioned date. Till now i did't get my card . what the statues of my card. Please i request you to kindly check the statues of the credit card and send me.
