ATM - No withdrawl but A/c was debited
Sir / Madam,
This is to inform I, Mr. Sanjeev Bhatia used my ATM card to withdraw cash from AXIS BANK dated 21-08-09 at East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The transaction was declined due to some software failure

However in the statement of my Account, it shows the amount of Rs. 2000/- as withdrawn. I did this to just check if the transaction was completed or not.

wrongly money swap

sir,
my client krishna mishra having an a/c at canara bank, had swap money from the atm machine of corporation atm,now what happen that money is not available in atm machine but the same amt has been deducted from his saving a/c,after claiming the matter both the banks deny from the fact.

Inability to contact Bhandup-W, Kukreja Complex banch on published numbers

My 69 year old mother received a post card from the Bhandup-West Kukreja complex branch, where she has an account.

The post card carried a plain "Please call us". There was no number given.

The bank's pass-book nor stamp had any contact numbers.

I checked the website of the bank and found their call center number. The number was constantly engaged. After getting through finally,...

Cash withdrawal problem in ATM

Hello Canara Bank, Hello Sir,

Yesterday, 1st sept 2009, I tried to withdraw money from Canara Bank ATM as it is the nearest ATM from my house. I've salary account in HDFC Bank and i tried withdrawing from Canara Bank ATM. To my surprise, transaction cancelled and i could not withdraw the money but the amount got debited from my Account!.

Deduction of extra money through ECS inspite of repeated requests.

I hereby wish to put in writing that Canara Bank is unnecessarily causing problems by deducting extra amount from my Savings bank account against my housing loan. I have taken housing loan from Canara Bank Housing loan branch, South end road, Bangalore and I have never defaulted till date (since last 7 years).

Not providing the sanctioned loan amount for this year.

Respected Sir,
I have applied for the education loan (Rs 2,50,000) at Canara bank modakkurichi in the year 2007. behind my request they have also sanctioned it . I received the loan amount ( Rs 50,000 per annum) for past two years. I'm getting Rs 35,000 for the odd semester and Rs 15,000 for even semester. This year they sanctioned only around Rs 17,500 due to some reasons. please enquire about this and reply soon...

withdraw less deduct more

i had withdraw money from canara bank atm on 17 august from Borivali East ATM Near S.T Depot Mumbai.i had withdraw only 600 hundred and again check the balance..i get 600 hundred in first time and second time only i check the balance but they also deduct 600 hundred more from my account..I get only 600 hundred and deducted 1200 from mymaccount I am using SBI ATm..today is 31st august but i didnt get the my money back.Please see to it.My account...

Unable to use credit card

I have a credit card no. xxxxxxxxxxxx4006 issued by Canarabank in November 2008. My value limit is Rs 50000.00 but so far I am unable to use it when I need it. Except few occassion every time it get rejected. I contacted the issuing branch of Canara Bank at Noamundi (Jharkhand), and Bangalore main branch to find the reason.. Even after registering my complaint for last eight months, no solution has come up

respected sir,
i have lost Rs10000 from atm, i was using punjab national bank's atm(eranhipalam, calicut, kerala)with my canara bank atm card, on june 2nd 2009, i have given written complaint to my branch(kakkodi, calicut, kerala) but still i did not get any response from their part. they have been told me to wait for 45 days but it is more than 75 days are got over...as a student i couldn't afford. can you please help...
