Please unsubscribe "Mobile shikhsha service" from my cell phone.I am not interested for that , nor I have asked for its subscription.Its surprising for me that how I got tagged with this service.Moreover, whenever I tried to close the same by dialing "155223" ; I never received any prompt response from them.They are misleading me to other channels .Please help me.

CellOne — extra charge

I am user of bsnl user and hv made registration on excl power on [protected] and [protected], but now company is charging 50 paisa inested of 20 paisa, although on other bsnl no.they are chrging 30 paisa with tarif

All cellular services — Unsubscribe different cellular services

There should easy costomer friendly technic to Unsubscribe any cellular services such as Idea Music Station, Vodaphone Music Station, There should a strict government legislation for such consumer harrassment by cellular servises. To subscribe any service to mobile there should complex process because any child uses mobil for entertainment & through oversight the one keay services get started unwarrantedly. The government should do something in this regard.

Cell One mobile Service — Deduction of additional service charge without asking the same

I have got a cellone sim card of BSNL prepaid in which not only I frequently get unsolicited SMS ads but service charge of Rs 50 are frequently deducted. Customer care is most unfriendly , and unable to solve the problem. My cell no is [protected]. Please help to get back the amount deducted toward additional service which I have never used.

my mobile no. is [protected], account no.[protected], i am postpaid user, i get a problem that each month during bill payment i get an extra charge of MT sms (Downloading) @ Rs. 19, i have already complaint about this problem in february in written wayand get relief of this extra charge in february and march, but from april again i get a problem of extra charge... its really trouble me as i want to switch from your service... hope i will not get disturbed with such an extra charge from next month.

Same problem happens to me also. I have never asked for such service. It has started automatically. Deducting Rs. 10/- in every 10 days. I have tried to stop the service by sms to 155223 but of no result. I have tried to call BSNL customer service but the customer care have no response. I only found engaged tone through out the day on 04-03-13. Where should I go to stop the unwanted service?

When I pick up the call a pre- recorded song hears and when we cut the call, My account is charged. I require steps to unsubscribe these calls

i am facing the same problem that is yours about mobile shiksha ...what is this i even dont know what it is? and my money is deducting every day, more importantly for this i try to contact BSNL customer care surprisingly their both numbers are not working.I am not joking is any body know the third number for contact to BSNL cc plz tell me.

their are many other companies whose service are better than BSNL, but i am using it as it is our indian co.
but it is really pathetic sorry BSNL, now i think i have to use the number portability system.
