[Resolved]  CITIfinancial — Citi Financial - Incompetence and unprofessional

Please help me in this case

your indore office manager not responding, i have applied for personal loan but your mr.shrikant yadav & Vikrant are not procedding my application is there any resposible person to see the matter

Citi Financial people in all dept are ridiculus they do not know to attain the customer, u have any enquiry they just push u like ball & your work is never done.they dont give any correct information or contact details of the concerne dperson.they just give u he website & toll free nos.their official mails does not react to any amount of mails u sent them or call the number goes in vain...

Its a cvery sad stiry with this bank and the most worst to bank with with such kind of people who rare not worth to be doing any banking jobs

Whatever I read in this forum is totally genuine and correct. I am experience the same problems since 1 year. I have availed a home loan of Rs.10.00 Lakhs from Citifinancial in March 2008. I got only Rs.9.50 Lakhs after deducting their charges, insurance etc. etc.

KINDLY NOTE THE PRESENT RATE OF INTEREST : 16.5% (15% AT THE TIME OF AVAILING LOAN).

I have now paid 14 instalments of Rs.13, 996/- each, thus totalling approx. to Rs.2 Lakhs, but when I checked with citifinancial for the outstanding principal amount, they told me the balance as Rs.9, 88, 000/-. I don't know how they are calculating. Even after paying Rs.2 lakhs (14 instalments), my outstanding balance is Rs.9, 88, 000/- (out of loan amount of Rs.10.00 Lakhs). They are cheating like this many people.

Our hard earned money going to the hands of these cheats and cunning people. I my child asks for a new dress or something, I gave an answer NOT NOW, but all my money has been eaten up these fraud people.

Kindly suggest me to get rid of this and shall I approach consumer court.

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE.

CITIfinancial — Finance Charges on Finance Charges

Please advise.
I paid Citi Financial Balance due $2199.21 posted by Citi on April 9, 2009, a $16.56 Finance Charge was charge on 4/27/2009. Now on a current statement Citi is charging $15.00 late fee and $1.69 and $.31 on the $16.56 original finance charge.
I just returned home from a six week family emergency and I called Citi to question the 2 statements.
Before I left town the end of April I verified I had a ZERO balance, to make sure payment was received, a
Citi representative told me I did not call to get a payoff and I owe the $16.56 and the late fee and finance charges on finance charges. I have a fax number Citi rep. gave me to dispute these charges.
What are my rights?

I can't agree with you more. I was serviced by a Citi Personal Wealth Management FA named Shiwei Dong at the 176-50 Union Turnpike, Flushing, NY branch. She provided the worst service ever. Not only does she give a bad attitude toward her customers, she also reject to serve people with no clarity of reason stating she can't do anything else. What does that mean? I wonder why she is even a FA if she doesn't have an answer for a simple back-office operational task.

Clearly, she needs to understand her role as a FA in a retail banking business.

Citifinancial — unnecceasary calls.

actualy the thing is that, i own a wholesale pharmaceutical business, we were stockists for a pharma company named :'AG PHARMA' sm yrs back and there was a person employed in the company named 'Sanjay kumar Mishra.The company winded up its business from raipur, but still i get calls from citi financial kolkata branch askin abt MR Sanjay kumar mishra.And even after telling them that we don't know where dat person is they keep on calling us frequently.
I request you to plz help me in the matter coz its sometimes irritating...

DO NOT APPROACH Citi Financial of the Citi Group for any kind of Loan. They are run by a bunch of incompetent imbeciles and have no sense of professionalism.

They are the No.1 cheaters in the world, they commit something and do something.

Their agents keep on torturing inspite of several compalint logged to Citifinance regarding the problems.

one of your manager at your texas location on fm529 houston. texas call your houseand talk bad to about your payment .then when you talk bad toher she ask you not tocallthat office eny more . that is not the first time she have did that. it is my husband account but i pay th bill and she can not talk to me eny kind of way just because i ouw them she said is the mangerof that location.i was trying to tell her that i not behine and i will get her a bank report and fax it to her but she said have my husband to call her or she will such out his work number. .and told me to never call that location again. because i talk to her the way she talk tome.name and all. thankyou

OMG Citibank has screwed me over. I make 60 dollars more a month on my minimum payment which is suppose to go straight to the balance..why is my balance not going down??? I made an agreement as I am late making Novembers payment but told the collector that called I would pay it by the end of the month. Apparently this cooperation with the co collector as apparently they r called is not accepted by the branch. I informed Citifinancial I have been off work due to surgery and have loan insurance...apparently my loan insurance does not apply as I have apparently not been off work long enough. You go 5 weeks with no money!!! They are very uncaring and I am sorry I ever let them screw me over.

Don't ever get a loan from them it is worse than loan sharking

CITIfinancial — harrassing Recovery Calls

There is some gentleman calling my wife(again and again) from the no [protected] for some recovery claiming to be from Citi-Financial. He says he wants to speak to Namrata which my wife has denied again and again. he says that he will keep calling till he is put through to Namrata. Can someone tell me a forum where I can complain about this and if by any chance Citi reads this, you are requested to take suitable action to stop harrassing others who are not at all concerned with Citi.

Yes you are very true but inspite of this thing is happening infront of the every one no one is coming forward to teach them a lesson.
