[Resolved] CITIfinancial — Citi Financial - Incompetence and unprofessional | |
Do not approach citi financial of the citi group for any kind of loan. They are run by a bunch of incompetent imbeciles and have no sense of professionalism. Specially their kochi office in kerala, which is just very shady. They have two people in their office including their "manager" srikanth who pretends to be the most important and busiest person in the financial industry as is typical of a person who knows very little of what his job need him to know. Once you have applied for a loan, their checks (On home and work addresses) are a joke and done by part time college students. Their processing is another joke and customer service and care doesn’t exist. It is advisable to go to other local finance companies with higher rate of interest than this incompetent company. At least you have peace of mind! Please avoid citi financial.Institutions like these are a black spot in our banking and finance industry. citifinancials — Abusive Phone calls
Offlate we have been getting calls from[protected] from someone called Babu claiming to be a collection representative of Citifinancials. The truth is we have had no financial dealings with Citifinancials whatsoever. This has becomes extremely distressing and annoying. We do not know who we should be contacting. We have already notified Citifinancials. They ask us to report to BSNL, BSNL ask us to report to Citifinancials. Then they ask us to report to the cell phone operator. And now after being bounced off like a tennis ball from place to place we have no option.CITIfinancial — Foreclosed Personal Loan A/c No.6447564
personal Loan foreclosed on 07/07/2006 vide receipt No.243629 for Rs.22624/-.Closure letter issued on 29/11/2010.
Referred to CIBIL and my car loan has been refused by SBI-Nagpur due to this.
Please clarify and my name should be struck off from CIBIL.

My name is Ramakrishnan.B from Chennai. As I took a loan from citifinancial, as I repayed my EMI promptly upto 7th Dec'2010.As due to lose of job, i cant able to repay the EMI continously. As im financially got affected very badly. So I request the bank to give a breathing time for at least 6months to make myself financially strong. I understand the situation of the bank, but without money customer can’t make the payment. And im repeatly got disturbed from the bank calls, where im already in pressure of my search of job, in between the bank calls affects me physically & mentally. Even while im in a driving,i get calls continously,where if my concentration gets divert,this will lead to serious injury or cause of death.If something happens to me bank as to take resposible for that. So please understand the situation & bare with my financial debts for few months.

CITIfinancial — Harashment by CITI Finacial Executive
i am receiving continue wrong & harashment call from CITI Finacial Executive (Mob no. [protected]) for loan payment from last six months.Recently i recived call from this no. on dated 14/04/2010 time 04:20PM.
But i have never taken any type loan from CITI Finacial.
Many times i requested to them & but they are unable to understand & doing continue harash me.
Please do the needful.
