[Resolved]  Cleartrip — No Refund

I had tried book three tickets (Tatkal) on the 19th of January 2009 (Monday), from Madurai to Chennai in Guruvayur Express (6128). The entire ticket booking process was not completed, however the money, amounting to Rs. 1145.00 was debited from my ICICI credit card account. The money has still not yet been credited back to my account.

sir i booked my ticket booked 02.10.08 to travel on 03.10.08 from howrah to azimganj by ganadevata exp and the tickt was cancelled.(PNR: [protected]) during cancellation such poor response was received. it seems no body wants take responsibility.eventually tickt was asked tocancelled by me to irctc through mail yet no response.

I booked a ticket on October 1, 2008 for a round trip of Delhi - Cairo. The tickets were canceled on Dec 11, 2008. Since it was a paper ticket, I sent the ticket the very next day to Cleartrip office in Mumbai via a courier, which was received on Dec 15, 2008 by cleartrip officials.

I was promised that within 14 working days I will receive my refund and till now I haven't. I have calling up the officials at cleartrip on a daily basis and what I hear is that, the Airlines have not refunded the money to cleartrip.

Why do I have to suffer in all this? Since its a big amount, I am having trouble paying back the credit card money.

The trip id is[protected].
Airline - Gulf Airlines.

Someone please help me!

I booked 4 air ticket using ClearTrip from Ahmedabad to Delhi. The Trip id is:[protected].

The ticket clearly states that " This ticket is classified by ClearTrip as refundable".

However, when I cancelled the ticket, they informed me that this is a zero base fare ticket and can not be refunded.

Even after speaking to the ClearTrip customer care people 2 times, I was not given any refund.

This is clearly a harassment by this web site. I would never recommend anyone to use ClearTrip .

Dear Farida,



With reference to ID #[protected] I had booked 3 Rooms in Hotel Spring Valley at Kodaikanal from 11.05.2009 to 12.05.2009.



We had a very bad experience about the Hotel and Cleartrip for the following problems:



1 Standard Rooms are located in the Car Parking Garage.

2 Room no 103 had water leaking from the ceiling throughout the night.

3. Nobody attended for the water leakage problem.

4. Hotel is offering 10% discount to all the Customers fro Standard Rooms but no discount was offered by Cleartrip.

5. Standard Rooms are 1200/- per night and u have charged Rs 4638/- for three Rooms.

6. Wood Stocks for Fire Cooking were just piled up outside our Rooms.

7. No ventilation in the rooms as the Rooms is in the Garage area and completely closed.



Please revert immediately and refund the amount for Kodaikanal or else the matter will be escalated.

no refund by cleartrip Rs.674 however 15 working days had passed.
personally am not going to trust any company nonvisible.and don't think that any body can help here since this is not certify by govt. so legally you cannot claim for your inconvenience and your money.we have to be very carefull with such kind of companies which are not proven by government and our govt. used to advertise in tv regarding such kind of companies to aware our people well but if people don't take it seriously.even govt. cannot do any thing here for our people.

I Have booked the ticket whose details are there in below mail, and Trip Id is [protected], I had Booked the ticket for Round trip, but i got a message where it is mentioned that the kingfisher flight from Mumbai to Patna is cancelled.
the flight i booked was cancelled by the airlines. but still i didn't get my refund from cleartrip and no any confirmation message from there site.
aprox 4 times i send the mail to cleartrip but no response from cleartrip. plz help me out.
