I had booked 2 rooms in Hotel Rink Pavilion, Mussoorie through Cleartrip.com.
The booking was done on 10th Aug 2011 with full payment and I had received the hotel voucher as well.
But when I reached the hotel on specified date, I was denied entry by the hotel saying that your booking is not confirmed as Cleartrip has not made the payment.
I did call up Cleartrip customer care at[protected] multiple times but they kept on killing time. I had started following up with them around 1:30pm on 13th Aug and kept following up until around 4:00pm. Seeing no positive response after multiple calls, I had to book rooms in another hotel.
Even after full payment and the confirmation, I was left in lurch on my vacations.

At the outset, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you post booking on our website.

We are investigating the issue and will revert with our findings in next 48 hours.

As far as the refund for Trip ID [protected] is concerned, we have already initiated the refund for an amount of INR 4086 from our end and the amount will hit your card account in next 4-5 working days.

Continuing with the legacy of customer dissatisfaction, Cleartrip has not yet fulfilled its commitment. They have yet not refunded my initial amount. How can a person expect anything further from such a firm.

    In the website when I booked, in the room and rates tab Refrigerator as an amenity was there in the site for Double Room AC type, but when I entered the hotel room I found it was not there.
    I called cleartrip on Friday 05 Aug and spoke to customer care executive Snehal and when she did not understand the issue, I asked to transfer the line to her senior who was busy. Later Sunil, duty manager called me and did whatever he can do for non-cooperation. At that time he asked me to send mail when I told I am not having access to it. I told clearly that I can send mail to him on Monday but if he can take care of the issue but he was very much willing not to help and repeatedly asked to send a screenshot as a proof. Now I have attached the proof and sent them but they don't care about responding other than auto response. I spoiled my vacation because of cleartrip and I understand as I have paid in advance cleartrip was behaving in that way.

    I have sent them a mail regarding the issue and got a auto reply that they will revert back within 24 hours. That 24 hours have passed long back and they are so busy that they don't have time to respond to that mail.

    You are going to investigate the issue!!! Sounds WAO!!!
    After giving all the details 168 hours back your duty manager told, he will be replying in 24 to 48 hours. But the thing is neither I have received any mail nor a call.
    Can I know what investigation you have done and what is the result.

    Mr. Sunil Pai called me and I spoke to his supervisor and when told that I wanted this issue i.e. what level of support does the customer support team give needs to get highlighted to the management he simply did again all the things to not co-operate and didn't give a call back. Even I told them to reply to the mail which I have sent to [protected]@cleartrip.com and [protected]@cleartrip.com on 8th August, 2011 and got the reference number CASE:1365300 but I am yet to receive any response though in the auto reply cleartrip told that they will reply in 24 hours. Looks like i.e. actually 24 days.
    Dear Customer Support,

    By not replying to the post as you people have nothing to say about the fraud made you are just justifying how poor the customer support of cleartrip is. Would like to request you to just remove the support word from your contacts. The information you wanted has been given over the phone, email, cleartrip complaints forum more than a month ago and also in this forum almost a month ago and still no response and people know how a big cheat you are.

    Dear Readers,

    Who are going through this post be aware that I have contacted Cleartrip by every possible way of communication and they just need 24 hours if it is a mail and 24-72 hours if that is over phone and still after ONE AND HALF MONTH they are yet to respond to my query and you can understand what the level of service they offer.

      I had booked tickets through cleartrip and they had promised me a cash back on my credit card. Subsequently I have called them at least 15 times and they have never bothered to get back nor refund the amount. All i get to hear is that they will get back after 24 hrs.

        Dear Sir,

        I have book my hotel at Kolkata using clear trip website on 1st of July, for the dates of 8th, 9th and 10th of July'2011. My Trip ID is [protected], at the time of booking cleartrip have confirmed me a refund of 1698 under the 33% discount scheme and they said they will refund back the about in next 10 days. Now, when I am calling their customer care executinve they are saying that they have refunded the amount on 9th July and the payment has still not come to my account.

        I have asked for Unique Transaction Record (UTR number) for tracing the payment with the bank they are not even giving the same to me.

        Request you to please help me as soon as possible to get the refund.

          I had booked flights for myself and my family through Cleartrip ( Trip ID – [protected] )
          Reservation Code - ZPM3K2
          Airline PNR - X29AO2
          E Ticket nos –[protected] / 2 / 3 / 4 ( 4 tickets )
          My flight was booked from Rome / Cairo / Mumbai for 4th June on MS 794 / departing Rome at 1830.
          When I reached the airport, I found that flight MS 794 departing from Rome does not exist at all.
          I had called up Cleartrip support from Rome on 4th afternoon from Rome, however I could not get any assistance from Cleartrip office.
          I was told that Egypt Air office is closed.
          My Schengen visa was expiring on 5th June, so I had to buy another ticket for departing Rome on 5th June.
          As a result of issuing wrong ticket or if correct ticket had been issued then as a result of not informing me of relevant flight being withdrawn, I had to incur substantial expenses of buying another ticket and staying in Rome for additional night.
          I have been sending emails to cleartrip.com however have not received proper response yet.
          I have also forwarded copies of all bills for expenses incurred ( Airfare & Hotel ) for reimbursement

            Dear Sir / Mam,

            This is my Trip ID [protected]. I made my booking through my Central Bank Debit Card and cancelled it.
            I have made almost 30 calls and i would have talked for almost 10 hrs on the phone during those 30 calls. I was mailed a refund transaction snapshot. But Bankers are saying they cannot do anything with the snapshot the cleartrip has sent. I am still on the email communication. Please help me to get my refund back Sir/ Mam

            It is very annoying. Please check into Cleartrip and their forgery relating to REFUND

              Dear Sir,

              This mail is regarding my complaint for very bad service and false committments from your executives and Supervisor (Mr. Sunil). I was continuously in contact with Mr. Sunil and other executives for my refund amount but till date I didnt get any response from your side. Everything I was told that Our Senior will call you and update you for the same. But I didnt get any response from last 11 days

              Bad Service and Response

              Whenever I call your customer support, I was informed that a call back will arranged with 2-3 hrs. But For you information, I didnt get a single call from your side from last 14 days. It shows that you simply dont care about your clients concern/problem.

              Even one day, I was put on hold for 1 hr and then my call is disconnected. This is how I was treated with your executives

              1st False Committment

              At the time of cancellation, I was informed that I will get a refund amount of around Rs. 4100( I and my Friend Gaurav, confirmed it thrice). But When I get the invoice on 18th Jun from your end, it mention over there that I will get only Rs.2080 (almost half). So I called the customer care on 19th june and Register my complaint. I was told that I will get the update in next 48 hrs.

              2nd False Committment

              On 21th June, Mr. Sunil (Supervisor) told me that give me 48hrs , I personally look into the matter and we revert you soon. But I didnt get any revert from his side in next 48 hrs. And When I call on Friday (24th June), I was shocked after listening that there is no issues left on my trip id, all are sort out and we have refunded the amount to you already, For your information, I didnt get any refund till date not a single Rupee. So I told the Executive to transfer my call to Mr. Sunil.

              3rd False Committment

              Mr Sunil informed me that sorry for inconvience,but we are in contact with Airline. Once we get the revert from them, he update my too. And asked for 3 more days i.e till Tuesday. But history repeats, No Response / call back.

              People Involved in this Case,

              **** Mr. Sunil (Supervisor).... A person who dont know the meaning of words...Service, Response, Revert and Committment. Always ask for 48 hrs time.

              Suchit, Darshan or dilshan, Sameer, Mohd, and lot more (Sory I dont remember others name).

              I need to ask , When I will get my Refund back. And For your information, I booked the tickets of around Rs, 78000/- which is not a less amount.

                I have tried to book one return trip from Kolkata - Goa on 3rd May through voice support, but the trip ID did not got generated, the executive lady told that within 1 month the amount ( Rs 17,000) will be refunded. But till date i have not received any refund. I have started calling & writing mails to customer support from 15th June . I have even forwarded the Bank Credit card statement showing the debits as per their instruction on 15th June . They confirmed through mail that within 4 days they will revert back... from 21st June i have started calling again customer support & they are promising every day accounts team will get back with resolution ,,,,, but no response from them .... I am worried now ....

                  i hav tried to book an air ticket(air india)through sbi internet banking from chennai to singapore and singapore to chennai (round trip) via clear trip on 16.6.2011..but my ticket is not issued even after the payment is made ,,my sbi account shows that 16060 rs has been debited ...pls send a suggestion or solve my problem...my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and i was supposed to book tickets for 29th june and 1st july, but now i am clue less as my money has debited from my account ticket with out getting ticket

                  Hi,

                  The Trip Id provide by your office are [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected] aginst which a amount of Rs.19, 818/- was debited on 10-Aug-12 in clear trip account towards the failed booking transition. 

                  As per the HDFC officials the amount is credited in clear trip account’s, Requesting you to please refund the amount at the earliest.

                  Also the bank statement was sent to your mail id [protected]@cleartrip.com on 21 august but still i have not recived ant satisfactory response from your end.

                    we booked a ticket for sri nagar then jammu and delhi on my credit card bank name is hdfc and after 15mns i cancellled the same on same day .the assurance given by cleartrip people was that it will be refunded to my credit card account and it will take atleast 15 working days to get credited in my account since it has been two months when i register ma complain in cleartrip.com those people has not yet taken any action towords my complain .i have already register the complaint thrice and the persons i have spoken and the dates are as follows
                    (1 ) cancelled the tickets date and ids are 11th april and ids are mr bk yadav and family ([protected])
                    (2 )mr naresh sharma and family ([protected])
                    (3)mr lal singh santoria and family([protected]
                    dates which i have complained it to various persons are
                    1 mr satish from cleartrip.com on 31st may
                    2 10th may a person from cleartrip.com
                    3 8th june to mr kunal dastani from cleartrip.com and same no reply
                    4 mr sumit rathore from clleartrip.com on 9th of june still no reply
                    since no one is interested in listen to my complains from cleartrip.com i may request, please take the needful action and refund my money back to my account

                      Hi,

                      I had booked an International return ticket for my brother for his travel to Frankfurt date of travel 30 June '11 ticket booked on 23 Feb '11 cost Rs. 34554/-. At the time of the booking I had checked each and every references, links, questions on the web page of cleartrip.com and went through the term & conditions as well. Due to some unavoidable circumstances my brother will not be able to travel and so I called cleartrip on 26 May '11 on their helpline # +[protected] to cancel the ticket & got to know thru' their customercare Ms. Sameena that the ticket I had booked is a non-refundable fare, I informed them at the time of the booking there was no Fare rules mentioned and they insisted that the fare rules are mentioned. Since, sameena was not being of any help I spoke to another representative of cleartrip Kunal and he asked me to go on their website and check my booking done & I would see the fare rules. I even did that but there was no fare rules, the screen shot of the same was emailed to their id - [protected]@cleartrip.com. Their concerned person informed me that if the fare rules were not showing I shouldn't have booked the tickets, but no where on thier website this is mentioned also, if there were no fare rules the website shouldn't have allowed me to proceed with the booking, they also said I should have called and checked with them for the fare rules (which i did, but I don't remember who I spoke to). Since, the representatives were not being of help I spoke to their Manager, Sunil Verma on 30 May '11 and he ensured that he will look into the matter and it will take 3 days. He was to check with his technical team about the steps I had taken at the time of the booking but there has been no response, on calling him today he says that there are sometimes technical problems on their website and if I could give him details of the customer care person I had spoken to, time of the call & number etc.... After, submitting proof of their screen shot where it states "there are no fare rules for the ticket I have issued" still they are not agreeing to refund my money. The loss i will bear for their negligence is Rs. 20000/-. Attached is the screen shot of my booking.

                      it is disgusting the way clear trip has behaved with you. I too am the victim of their unethical business tactics. I strongly feel that they should be taught a lesson and and action should be taken against them as per consumer laws and for cheating. hope you agree.

                      Hahahha . This is what I am also facing. The team of Clear trip is so incompetent and the service provided my them is pathetic. Pathetic is also a gentle word for them . I am frustrated of calling them for very small cash back refund. and i spent more than that on the telephone calls.

                      I have now learnt this lesson. I know about 50 60 people who go to international places every year. I will never recommend this pathetic agent. I think we should raise our voice and the consumer court should take strict action against them.

                        EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL ATTITUDE AT CLEARTRIP.COM

                        BOOKING OF 2 TICKETS FROM MUMBAI TO LONDON
                        AND LONDON TO NEW DELHI ON 21 APRIL 2011

                        1. On 11.04.2011, at about 5.15 pm I called[protected] for the captioned purpose.

                        2. One Mr. Washim who took my call took the details and confirmed the fares as under:

                        Dep Mumbai: on 18.06.2011 Kingfisher at 12.25 pm
                        Dep London: on 16.07.2011 Kingfisher at 21.05 pm
                        Total return fare for two tickets: Rs. 96429

                        I agreed to the same and asked him for booking the tickets.

                        3. He asked me to pay through credit cards as cleartrip as per him does not have net banking arrangement for payment through Sate Bank of India and hey do not collect cash or cheque later on on delivery of tickets.
                        He gave me the sms numbers of SBI Cards and ICICI cards for obtaining One time passwords. He told me that he would call me after 10 minutes to effect payment through IVR process.

                        4. I did as was told by him and got the OTPs from both the card providers at 6.00 pm. But even after 15 minutes, he did not call back.

                        5. I called your helpline number again and went through the lengthy process again and asked for Washim. He started the process for ICICI Card but at the end told me that the process has failed due to some defect at Cleartrip.com payment Gateway. He told me that he will call me again after some time to effect the transaction. i asked me the reference number for future reference but he didot give any.

                        6. He called me at about 8.10 pm when he told me that the payment system was still not working and requested me to complete the transaction tomorrow (22.04.11). I told him that i wanted to complete the transaction just now and asked him to connect to some senior person sothat i could get a reference number and some alternate system of payment. He told me to hold on. I held on for 13 minutes, thereafter, and then the line was disconnected. In between there was no assurance at regular intervals either.

                        7. At 8.29 pm I again dialled your help line and requested to talk to Mr. Washim. somebody else posed as Washim but when I wanted to know about he status of my payment issue and drew a blank and said that Washim had left. i demanded him to connect to his senior.

                        8. Some time later, Mr. Rohit, The Floor Supervisor, came on line and I told him about the insulting and unethical behaviour of Mr. Washim. He said that he would look into the matter and also told me that the fares being had gone up. When asked why he (Washim) kept me on hold for 13 long minutes and then disconnected he had no answer. Finally he also disconnected at about 9.10 pm.

                        9. I again dialled up at 9.40 pm and after going through the routine all over again asked for Mr. Rohit. He said he was searching for my mobile no to talk back.
                        Then he told me to talk to another Agent to make a fresh booking. I told him that as I had already come to the payment stage I did not want to go through the process back wards again. He also told me that as Mr. Washim had gone after completing his shift his computer was not accessible and he could not retrieve the details.

                        10. I asked for a final answer but Mr. Rohit said he was confused and was unable to give final answer. Then he said, he would call me back at 10.30 pm.

                        11. He called me again only to tell that as the Centre was closing, his Agent would call me on 23.04.2011.

                        Nobody has called till the writing of this mail.

                        12. I would like you to investigate into the matter thoroughly and confirm to me that disciplinary action has been taken against the guilty o[censored]nethical and unprofessional behaviour with customers. CLEARTRIP

                        13. Also I will like to be compensated for the insult and wastage of my precious time in a total unproductive exercise of trying a booking through your help centre.

                          You sent me wrong date, I requested that correction for my travelling date to change immediately. from past 2 days requesting you to change the ticket dates, you are saying when I call you in 1 hr you will get it but no ticket as of now from past 2 days same story you are telling, every time you will get in 1 hr. So many times I am calling you to customer care. I have not yet received ticket.
                          Very Bad, they accepted their mistake but not sending ticket.Very poor, very careless servise. Not responding at all, Please don't use this worst servise never seen this type of airlines company.

                            worst ticket booking and No refund experience


                            I have usually booked air tickets using cleartrip.com and happy with the process. First time ever I had to cancel a booking earlier in April due to a family emergency. I was made to run between the airlines
                            (Jet Airways) and Cleartrip customer service several times to understand exactly who will be giving me the refund.

                            As per cleartrip support topic ==>How long does it take to process a refund?

                            "We usually process the refund within 4 working days of cancellation. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank. We’ve noticed that it takes about 14 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts. "

                            DONT BELIEVE THIS STATEMENT. THESE FRAUD SERVICE GUYS WONT DO THIS

                            In my cancellation it is almost 2 months now, cleartrip did not refund even a paisa. Their customer support doesn’t even know what to answer. I spend huge money even calling the support.

                            To add on, I have made a mistake in date during booking (entered 25th march instead of 25 April); I realised in the next moment and called up support for changing the date. They told it should be done in usual cancellation procedure and deducted 6000 for the cancellation.


                            The biggest revelation was the absolutely callous attitude of the customer service towards customers who decides to cancel a booking. I was put on hold for long time (minimum 9 minutes as per their recorded message) every time I dial the cancellation option. However when I changed tactic and dial the new booking option, I got through within a second to a customer service executive. Strange is’nt it? So they have separate lines for clients who need new bookings and those who wish to cancel their bookings.

                            For all appearances they have limited bandwidth and all their lines are completely occupied. Very smart and devious!


                            Incidentally I also followed their instructions to send an email to their customer support with guaranteed response in 24 hours. Over 2 days since I sent the message with a reminder and I received only their automated response acknowledging receipt and giving the same nonsense about being very customer centric.



                            I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem. Any suggestions?

                            Nebver trust even a word of what they say. read my post today and you will realise hwo they are bent upon harassing and cheating a customer. once the customer gets to know their tactics they would not even reply to him.

                            What kind of busienss ethics, corporate governance or executives do they have? how long will theycontinue harrassing the customers?

                            if a number of customers join together, i am inclined to sue them in the consumer court under class action.

                            they are very insulting and uncaring. only if you want to spoil your mood you should ever deal with them in any way.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had booked a hotel in vishakhapattanam through cleartrip.com.
                              Actually as per discussion with Mr Sagar (Cleartrip representative) , i had paid the money( through net banking ) to ICICI A/C no[protected] of Rs 3375.00/- (2 times) on 31/03/2011 from my axis bank A/c no -[protected].But due to 01/04/2011 bank holiday my payment could not be credited to above mentioned a/c.
                              I need to catch the train on 02/04/2011 as because my vacation was from 03/04/2011 to 06/04/2011.
                              on 2nd appril cleartrip representative told me to paid the amount by cash to ICICI bank as because they had not received my payment.They assured me that as soon as they will receive my previous payment (paid through net banking) they will refund the same to my account.
                              Then & there i had make once again paid Rs 3150/- in cash on Korba ICICI bank in cleartrip A/c for book the hotel.
                              After my payment the hotel has been booked and they send me the hotel voucher to my mail.
                              after my return from tour, several telephonic discussions had happened with cleartrip representative and each time they assured me to refund the amount within 3-4 days.
                              i also send them mails mentioning all details along with my axis bank a/c statement but all in vain.
                              Near about 2 months have gone after my tour and cleartrip had not refund my money.
                              Please give me some solution.

                                The Great Indian Flight Story – How can service tax be different when the ticket is sold at around the same price ?



                                Iam a normal Indian who does transactions on websites and feels happy that I have saved time. I was shocked to see what is happening in the Indian Airline Industry. For the uninitiated the industry has airlines who sell tickets through their website, offices, airline counters and agents – online and offline.



                                Iam restricting my observation to the airline Websites – Indigo and Kingfisher and Agent Websites – Cleartrip and MakeMyTrip.



                                I give below what I See are price break up for a flight for June15,2011.



                                Comments :

                                There are no standard headings under which an airline and an agent can classify charges. Look at how IRCTC has ensured transparency of charges and price, why can’t the airline industry do the same.

                                The prices to the final consumer has to be the same on the airline website and on the agent website. What is the value add that these intermediaries are bringing to the table.

                                Incase you want to book a flight ticket, head to the airline website. Gone are the days when the ticket prices on agent websites were lower than the airline website.

                                Added to this the zero value addition from the intermediaries – do they offer you anything that airline websites don’t, do they have the muscle to take up the case of a traveler(wrong booking/change sector/preferred seats/discounts)

                                Incase you still go to an intermediary and for whatever reason you want to reschedule/cancel the ticket, you also end up paying more. With no value addition the agent earns money on the cancellation too. Why can’t you follow the IRCTC model. Why should a traveler pay cancellation fee to airline and to the agent.

                                If between the agent and the airline the service tax paid is same, then prices should be same and the cancellation charges should be same.

                                Cleartrip/Indian Airlines — Poor Services of Cleartrip/Indian Airlines

                                Hi,

                                This is with respect to the air ticket from Chennai to Gwalior date - 10th feb 2011. I was supposed to travel in this flight and started the journey from Chennai to New Delhi. At the Delhi airport, the airline staff told me that the flight has been canceled and nothing can be done from their side.

                                I need some clarifications on the points below:

                                1. Why didn't cleartrip/airlines have the courtesy of informing the passenger by calling, sms or email that the flight is canceled.
                                2. If the flight was canceled couple of days back, then why my account is not credited with the amount.

                                Adding to the misery, at the Delhi airport I bought another ticket from Kingfisher airlines for rs 14000. I was continuously trying the cleartrip customer care number & it was going to the IVR menu which says "We are experiencing a high number of calls, so please call us later". Then all of a sudden, from no where, I got a call from a cleartrip executive (Lawrence - hope its the real name). Lawrence asks me to get an endorsement from Air India in order to get the refund.

                                What I want to know is, does the Delhi airport belongs to cleartrip??? How I am supposed to go back after clearing the security check?????? Are the cleartrip customer executives not trained well enough???????

                                What I don't understand is that, its my money I am using to book the tickets. And in order to get the refund, I am supposed to beg in front of these people again and again. Which I feel is completely unacceptable.

                                Now, I need the complete refund amount of the below ticket for which its been told to me by another cleartrip executive Jennifer that the refund process will take around 20-25 working days out of which 20 days are already over now & I didn't receive the single penny from them:

                                Just for the information that I am a customer with cleartrip for around 4 years now and its really irritating getting into situations like this one.

                                  i have tried to book a ticket for my friend mr. BATHARAJU.SRINIVASULU to fly from DUBAI TO HYDERABAD on CLEAR TRIP to AIR INDIA on 20th MAY 2011. payment made through DEBIT CARD online on 19th march 2011 from EMIRATES NBD-dubai bank came out successful. but the message i got on the screen was ticket booking not confirmed. I called to toll free no.[protected]. spoken to agents like atish,abjeet,nikitha etc they gave me RRn no.[protected]. They told me amount will be reversed in 2 working days ..on 26th march 2011...we checked with bank again amount of aed 732 deducted.with out intimation..Instead of reversing the amount which deducted earliar...again deducted...we sent bank statements for reference..but no response form there end...we checked with our bank people they said amount was deducted twice..but they r helpless...i request you pls do the favour.. i[censored] check company website www.cleartrip.com on complaints forum so many people r facing the same problem..i request ur corcern to catch those cheaters..frauders so that others like innocent people who r booking thru online will b safe...Am sending bank statments as reference..pls find photo attachments..Am eargerly waiting for ur reply..

                                  PLease note that I have a visa appointment tomorow i.e 13 August 2010 at 11:30 am wherein I need to show printed confirmed tickets. Please take up the matter on priority and either rectify the problem or issue me a fresh coupon code.

                                  I am quite unhappy with your customercare since they can hardly resolve any issues on the phone without making me hold for hours and then they tell me to write to you which is so ridiculous.                                   I have tried to make a payment for my airlines ticket, my ticket was not issued, but the amount of Rs. 5476/-
                                  got deducted from my card twice. the bank has releades its payment, but the merchant says he has not yet received the payment.
                                  kindly get back to me on this complain.
                                  I am book flight Delhi to Jammu on dated 28.03.2011 by spicejet-857 Trip ID-[protected], and pay amount 8070.00 and again 8070.00 total16140.00 and my total charges-10658.00, i call to customer care Mr.Amol and Mr.Shabuddin told me my extra amount-5482 refund within three or four days but till now, i am not receive any fund from clear trip.if withing two days my balance amount not transfer in my account i will go to consumer court.

                                    I am still to be refunded a part of amount by Cleartrip.com.
                                    In Oct, 2010, I had done a money transaction for Hotel Booking and then they came back to me that they cannot book the hotel room as the rooms are full and the whole amount would be refunded to me.

                                    Inspite of commiting this to me through one of their mails, they have not refunded me the amount completely, neither they attend my call or respond to my mails inspite of continuous follow ups from my side.

                                      i had booked a flight from lucknow to bengaluru on for the journey date 16/Jan/2011-GoAir G8-352 and G8-201.The flight was cancelled by the airlines gue to fog.I still have not received the full refund from cleartrip considering its more than a month(today is 28/February/2011).

                                      Please be advised that we do not get any intimation from Go Air of its cancellation and hence we always request thru our booking policy to let us know about the same as soon as you come to know in order to expedite the refund.
