Hotel Cancellation charges

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that i hv booked online hotel through cleartrip.com from 01/01/11 to 03/01/11 ie for 3 nights .But due to my son sudden illness i cancelled the booking online at 11.30 am on 31/12/10.
Its is clearly mentioned in the terms & condition that one day charges will be dueduced if cancelled before 24 hrs check in which is 12 PM
But they have dudected the one day amount even i hv cancelled...

I had booked a ticket for my Mom & Dad. I later cancelled my Mom's ticket. During cancellation the wesite showed a Rs 3500 refund that I would be getting on cancellation. But I did not get any Reason given by them "I had used a coupon while booking." If that was the case then they shouldn't have shown Rs 3500 as refund available during cancellation. air ticket not booked and money has charged

I have tried to book air ticket on 3rd Novenber 2010 from dibrugarah to delhi through www.cleartrip.com but ticket is not booked and they have charged money. I contacted so many times of customer care of cleartrip but they always saying to me that we are checking.
