On 10/01/2011 I treid to book tickets from chennai ToHazrat Nizamuddin on duroanto express from the Cleartrip.com The amount of Rs.4662/- was debited from my account but the ticket didinot generate. I aasked for the refund of money but they are not responding...

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that i hv booked online hotel through cleartrip.com from 01/01/11 to 03/01/11 ie for 3 nights .But due to my son sudden illness i cancelled the booking online at 11.30 am on 31/12/10.
Its is clearly mentioned in the terms & condition that one day charges will be dueduced if cancelled before 24 hrs check in which is 12 PM
But they have dudected the one day amount even i hv cancelled...

I had booked a ticket for my Mom & Dad. I later cancelled my Mom's ticket. During cancellation the wesite showed a Rs 3500 refund that I would be getting on cancellation. But I did not get any Reason given by them "I had used a coupon while booking." If that was the case then they shouldn't have shown Rs 3500 as refund available during cancellation. I have a confirmation for the same from the CLEARTRIP guys. Please...

I have tried to book air ticket on 3rd Novenber 2010 from dibrugarah to delhi through www.cleartrip.com but ticket is not booked and they have charged money. I contacted so many times of customer care of cleartrip but they always saying to me that we are checking. i want to register my complaint regarding the cleartrip. i had booked a hotel in Jaipur from 2nd Oct.'10 to 5Th Oct.'10 and got the trip ID No. as [protected]. that transaction got failed and i asked for the refund from them on 17th Sept.'10 till date after having a long chat with them nothing has been done from their side. they are telling that refund is being processed but i had a word with my bank and they have given me...

This is a new innovative way of luring customers. Cleartrip advertises 50% off on base fare for air tickets booked through ICICI Bank Credit/Debit card.
As you would go ahead and book the ticket, the last payment page will hang. Soon, you would get a call from Cleartrip agent, that there is system problem and he can help you with phone booking. The price he will be quoting will be slightly higher than the one available online. I checked...

I have been a victim of Cleartrip's fraud website that sources its income illegally by sucking funds out of customers without even issuing them a ticket.

Not issuing cashback

This is one of those horrible experiences where you seem to go for a offer but fall for a trap. I had booked 4 nights hotel in Gwalior Trip ID[protected]. I booked a ticket through the company from India to singapore and the same was paid online by net banking.
I cancelled the ticket on 6/09/2009. During the cancellation the company told me that they will take 5 to 6 days in processing refund. when I contacted them after 15 days of cancellation they said this process take 40 to 45 days.
today it is 52 days already passed no refund received when contacted online it is the answer...

As per the cancelation policy,they mentioned as checkin, they didnt mentioned whether its checkin date or check in time.

I booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai with spice jet through Cleartrip.com using free coupon worth Rs.495/- issued by cleartrip, for travel on 29th August.
