Dear Sir,
The company is a total fraud. First they have debited amount on consent in 2012 and promised to send me a welcome kit. Which has not reached me till date (more than a year) despite several online and phone representations. Now they have again debited my account for full one year fee even without having a account. I have decided to register a police complaint for fraud.

I also received my pacakage after one month. CPP should not be trusted.It is completely Fraud.
My amount from the credit card was cut even before i received my Cpp plan documents.
Now when i am trying to cancel this policy they are not cancelling it also.Even they are not responding o me on the calls also.
I complaint this to standard chartered bank also but they are just getting away from there responsibility and saying that they cannot do anything.
