[Resolved] Datawind Ubislate — Poor response from Datawind team

Hi datawind team,

I have pre-ordered the Ubislate 7+ tablet from Datawind technologies on 30jan12 & i got a confirmation mail from them with the following details :
Dear Rajeshkumar
Thank you for pre-ordering your Ubislate7+
Your booking ID is PM2E9BB224C7. Kindly save it for future reference.
The product features are:
7" Android 2.3 Tablet at an Unbeatable Price of Rs. 2999
Faster Cortex A8, 700 Mhz Processor
High Quality Web Anytime & Anywhere
WiFi & GPRS (SIM & Phone functionality)
Multimedia Powerhouse
Full sized-USB port & Micro-SD slot and much more.

Based on the above info & to avail the priority i have sent a cheque for amount 2999 to Datawind & the cheque details below:
Name : CSM Rajeshkumar , Cheque Number : 832190, Amount : 2999, Date : 15-Feb-12, Bank : ICICI bank Ltd. My cheque was cleared on 20feb12.

But i have never recd any communication / follow up call / mail from Datawind in the mean time.
I started sending mails to Datawindbut no response received. mails sent on 6mar,8mar,12mar,16mar12.

Luckily i got a response from Datawind asking me to share the cheque details on 19mar12. I have responded immediately on 19mar12 itself. Till now i have not recd any response from them.

My worry is if they cannot respond for to a customer before selling a product, what would be the response for after sales service?

Can someone from Datawind answer me?

I paid advance payment thro' DD on 30.01.2012. After I sent Five email at various date regarding the delivery o[censored]bislate7+. Finally i received acknowledgment for the amount receipt from each mail ( 5 times). Now there reply each mail query. and also their response query over toll free phone. There said that ubislate7+ will delivery on march end.

No way other than wait till that date

THIS IS REALLY GETTING AMAZING. I REALLY DO NOT KNOW HOW THESE GUYS ARE GOING TO SURVIVE IN THE MARKET WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT AND AMAZINGLY ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE COLLECTING MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE ( THERE HARD EARNED MONEY)

Hi Datawind Team,

Since i have lost faith with you guys i have requested for Refund for my payment. I have sent a mail for refund on 10-Dec-2012.
Luckily i got a reply from Datawind on 14-Dec-12 with some inputs requesting from me for the refund.
On the same day 14-Dec-12 i have sent the requested details to Datawind.
After that i did not get any response from Datawind. So i have sent a reminder on 15-feb-13 to Datawind about the Refund.
Asusal no response from Datawind. I have sent a reminder again on 11-Mar-13.
My Question is How this company is surving in the Market????? Such a poor response and so much of customer complaints.
This is the Very bad experience i had with online purchase.
