I have purchased UBI SURFER from the distributor in kerala,M/S TECH LIFE INDIA,33/1983,ARRAKAKADVU ROAD,VENNALA,KOCHI-682028,and paid the money for bill no:100 dated 14th August 2010.I was told the equipment will be activated within 36 hrs,But till date the connection as per the offer,ie one hour surfing per day is not activated.My e mails to the original manufacturer UBi,London, U.K and Distributor at delhi has not received any reply.
i think i am being cheated of my money.The toll free number provided will not give any definite reply.Please help to resolve the complaint
