Respected Sir/Madam,

I have booked aakash tablet online on december 16. On the website it showed delivery within 7 days but i am disappointed because it has taken more than two weeks but i have not yet received the Tablet. There is yet no information given by the company to individual customers for the delay. Many customers are facing this problem and they are frustrated by the poor and large communication gap between the customers...

I have received my Aakash Android Tablet. But sound is not working in my tablet. Also battery backup is very less. So many difficulties is in my tablet.
Please provide me solution atleast to resolve the sound problem.

I have booked newly launched aakash tablet on 16 DEC 2011 and they send me a confirmation mail which i have pasted above. they have said to deliver the product in 7 days after booking. but there is no response from the company. and there helpline no.[protected] is also not working . i have booked it on their site www.datawind.com.

I m buy "datawind ubisurfer 7-inch notebook"with 1 year internet free from online "www. Ebay.Co.In" on 20 jul 2010., but my seller yet not start my net yet.
They first say wait 1 week, after 1 week they say wait 3 day;the always say this every tame and now u know 2 month happen.
Now they say sand dewice back so i send my dewice back it's happen 15 day. But they not send me my dewice...

I have purchased UBI SURFER from the distributor in kerala,M/S TECH LIFE INDIA,33/1983,ARRAKAKADVU ROAD,VENNALA,KOCHI-682028,and paid the money for bill no:100 dated 14th August 2010.I was told the equipment will be activated within 36 hrs,But till date the connection as per the offer,ie one hour surfing per day is not activated.My e mails to the original manufacturer UBi,London, U.K and Distributor at delhi has not received any reply.br...
