Large Scale Fraud By Datawind Company (Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd.) To Costumers
I am not found Delivery of Akash-7+ within dated 11-7-12
I booked an Akash-7+ on dated 24.12.11 to 16.1.12 and I send Cheque No. 508592 for Rs.2999/= dated:[protected], For a Ubislate7+ and received payment by Datawind from my bank account dated 7th March-2012, and reply on dated 10 March, 2012 but Akash-7+ not found. Status column deleted by Company from website, why? And booking regular july-2012.

On April 07, 2012, received an another mail, prioritized delivery in June. On May 31, 2012, again acknowledging the payment, and the order is in process and will receive your UbiSlate 7+ in early July.


I am here with DISHEARTENINGLY complaining it you that kindly help me lawfully in procuring the product with in couple of days.

i booked ubislate7+ on 18/1/2012. Then i pay advance payement for my device , they recieve my check on 3/2/2012 and my check no. is 082816.
on 25 june they me email , in the email they sent me my deice serial no. and packing no. , also sent dtdc courier company from which they me a deivce . within 7 days it is given to me but now after one month the device does not given to me . and also they do not give any response of my call and sms. now what to do?

I had placed an order for ubislate7+ on 13 Jan,2012. I had also made advance payment and had sent the cheque of 2999.00 (No 696679 State Bank of India ,Palarivattom Branch,Kochi)on 20/02/2012. The cheque get cleared on 25/05/2012. But till on date 18th July I have not receive my device.
I have sent many emails to the company and everytime they gave a date.

On 6/4/2012 they gave date early MAy 2012
on 5/5/2012 & 18/6/2012 they gave date with in 10-15 days.
On 22/6/2012,they gave date early july
And at last on 8/7/2012 they gave the reply that delivery will be with 10-15 days !!!
I am fed up with the reply that every time replied the delivery will be with in 10-15 days, I think around all of the above dated mail reply are same. This is Running 6th month after advance booking. Datawind innovations have lost the trust ,value and service to the customers
I had contacted their Southern VP sales operation head Mr.Praveen T G and Miss Santhi who are now at Interntional Marketing Company(IMC,Ravipuram,Kochi,Kerala)and contacted Kochi regional dealer Mr.MAHIN/ Mr.Divakar Kammath of Inernational Marketing Company(IMC),Kochi given the reply that they are not responsible for advanced payment customers and they can't given me the product without they get any confirmation from Data wind. At these period IMC sold out directly ubislate 7+ for the payment of Rs3120/-from direct dealer sale, that means 6 month before advanced payment customers are fools or they are making fools.I have collected all the details of customers who are purchased the same from the dealer.
now, I am requesting you to give me justice.
I have mailed them many times and try to contact them so many times in the given No, there is no response from them for my order but they are not replying. You can see my order details below.

I booked a Datawind Tablet PC (Ubislate 7+) in April and Sent a cheque of Rs 2999/- in early May. Datawind received it accordingly and promised to deliver by early July. Till date no mail or delivery have been made by them. At present their mail id is also not working though new booking is still going on via a tricky mail id which is using a peculiar server.

I booked the online Aakash Ubislate7+ in Data wind and my Ubislate7+ Pre-Booking ID " PM9F3B653C69 " ., I made Payment by DD of state bank for sum of amount 2999/ on Feb 2012 ., but still I'm not received the product ., Please think that Data wind may received the cheque and DD at least 50,000 nos so the total amount is[protected] Rs ( nearly 15 crore ) if we calculate by min interest of 2% means 2999000 Rs (nearly 30 lacks)/month ., Data wind earn from bank / month is 30 lacks interest only., but they are not give correct commitment and response to the customer .,
Government and RBI must be take an action with Data wind regarding this issue ., they are wrong use the Indian peoples money and they fool the Indian peoples ., this must be take action under scam and cheating organization ., So pls take an necessary action against Data wind .,

Booked AAKASH UBISLATE on[protected], booking ID PM69738, company offered to prioritize delivery if paid in advance. I sent a draft for Rs 2999/- (No.-UEV 014716 - 1/2012 Dt 21.02.12) payable at Amritsar through Speed Post on 21.02.2012. Company acknowledged the receipt of Draft through e-mail dated 12.03.2012. Company also encashed Draft from Bank. Received a mail from the Company on 12.06.12 that I'll get the delivery within 10-15 working days. But till date (11.07.12) 14 days have elapsed, I have not received the delivery. Company even doesn't bother to reply the subsequent e-mails.

Hi,

I had booked my Ubislate7+ in month of January.They sent a mail for asking prepayment of it so that delivery of the product can be done on priority.
I sent a demand draft of Rs2999/- to them on 31st Jan. After few days i got confirmation mail that payment has been received and you will get your Ubislate7+ very soon.

From 1st May to till now i have sent so many mails and called to their customer care number many times, every time I got the same response that you will get Ubislate7+ by next week.

From last 8weeks they are promising to deliver it but they are not doing it. Infect i had asked to return the amount if they are unable to process the order, they have not replied on this.

Kindly help me either to get the product or the money.

As per their instruction I had sent a cheque of Rs.2999 to them.
After that I got following reply from them:
"This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque*/Demand Draft number 326717 of Rs2,999 of ICICI. Thank you for your payment. Your order is in process, the deliveries have been started. You will receive your UbiSlate 7+ within 15th May to 31th May."
After that I wrote so many emails, but they are not sending me my Ubislate7+ till today. They are also not lifting their phone to answer me!
Please help me in getting either my Ubislate 7+ or refund.

I had booked for UbiSlate 7+ by making a payment of Rs. 2999 through Cheque number 185267 dated 6/2/2012 on UNITED BANK OF INDIA C R PARK NEW DELHI 110019. The amount was deducted from my account on 21/2/2012. Datawind acknowledged the receipt on 13th March. After repeated reminders about the delivery o[censored]biSlate 7+ Datawind in email dated 6th June promised to send UbiSlate 7+ in the next 10-15 days. It is been over a month now and I have not received the device. Despite repeated reminders, there is no response from Datawind. The phone number mentioned in the website never works. This kind of irresponsible behavior is extremely disgusting.
