I purchase Aakash tablet (it, S.no is P[protected]) from narry.com to pay Rs. 2700 at 16th Jan.
it,s touch is so poor, no sound, no any kind of vedio playback possible, very slow prosses, heatup very fast within one hour, no usb connectivity possible, whithin a day SD Card Slot outof work,
at 23rd (6th day from purchase) set is fully out of service. only 'ANDROID' screen apair & all out, after all swtch-off by reset button,
contract to company by Toll-Free No. its only froud, no contrac possible, by email friest no response but now no receive mail
All is froud & chitting with poority
kindly help me to save my hard earned money & how can i replace it

I have sent them several mails to know the date on which they are going to dispatch the tablet on priority as assured in the month of March. What they are doing is sending totally irrelevant mails to me. Simply saying that if you want to have delivery on priority send advance payment.what i feel is that there is none in their office to reply you properly . These are all system generated mails. Toll free number is not working and other numbers are not available.
If the tablets are not made available to the buyers by march'2012, it would be wise to form a buyers association on all india basis and file a case against DATAWIND in the consumer court. Rajendra Purohit
