I have ordered one ubislate 7 online in January 2011 and booking id was PM8FDE7ADC74 and i made the payment via a cheque worth rs 2999 but i have not recieved my ordered yet neither they have given any acknowlegdement for the same. They were supposed to deliver the order in march but i have not got my order yet and i am not getting any kind of acknowledgement from them. Their customer care no. [protected] is not reachable and email id [protected]@datawind.com is also not replying. Ihave been feeling cheated.

I booked Ubislate 7+ in Dec 2011 and my Ubislate Booking ID is
PM83950C8C1. As per mail I sent a cheque of Rs. 2999/- of IDBI bank. I
got confirmation that Datawind got amount and same amount debited from
my account. As per FAQ by Ubislate 7+ products should be delivered in
Mar 2012. This is 7th Apr and I didn't received my Tab. Please help
me.

later on the response about payment i send payment that is credited in their account on 14th feb 2012.
more than one and half month has passed yet i have mot received my Ubislate 7+ .
they not responding phone and all my sent mails what is going on there why the are not supplying my order .

I had booked an Aakash tablet - powered by datawind about a month ago. The company had guaranteed assured delivery in march but the tablet device has not been received till 5 April. Their helpline no.[protected] is not being answered and the company conact us form has not been replied. there is no way for us to contact the company as the company is not listening to any pleas and requests.

On Datawind's website it is written that if we booked the tablet pc in month of December they will get the delivery of tablet pc till march 2012 end. In month of February 2012 I had send a mail to datawind's customer care & they replied that I can received my tablet pc till march end. They also mentioned that, before delivery one of their representative call me or mail me. But still I don't receive any single call or mail from their help desk regarding the status o[censored]bislate 7+.

Then I got mail from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. on 31st January '2012 for an exclusively offer to make the payment in advance for Free shipping & they had committed i have prioritized delivery in March '2012. So, I avail this offer and sent amount sum of Rs. 2,999/- wide cheque no. 000021 through Registered AD on 24th February '2012, and the cheque is debited in my account on 15th March '2012.

But till the date i have no communicate of information from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for confirmation of CHEQUE RECEIVED & When I get the Ubislate 7+ Tablet.

Also I inform u, I have tried many time to contact Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. via e-mail & phone but they are not respond.

Please do the needful and obliged.

Hi Booked Ubislate 7+ on 18th Dec2011 with booking ID PM833FCFA0C7. Mail sent by company mentioned that If you want delivery earliest then send Cheque of amount 2,999. I sent the same on on 1st week of Feb2012. As agreed they have to give me delivery in 1st week of April.
Today I Called to their Customer care Now they are telling that they will provide this end of April.
I was totally surprised about this . Then I asked them to know about the procedure of cancellation of booking. They told me that there is no such procedure.

This is absolutel cheating. Pls help me to sort out this.

I received the UBISLATE7 on 22.03.2012 , found it was not working.I called up Datawind -they suggested
downloading some aaplication from their website and then load it on the slate.Did not work,called again -was told to send a picture of the UBISLATE7 by mailo simranpal.[protected]@datawind.com -called up again -was told fedex will pick up and they will send a free relacement with ready to start tablet.-had spoken to Hempreet Kaur.

Please help me to get the Tablet replaced immidiately.

Dear I had booked a ubislate7+ tablet from datawind innovation india pvt. ltd. send a cheque of Rs. 2999/- for the same and cheque encashed on 24/02/2012. As per booking site they are confirming delievery of tablet in March but i have sent mail as well on their toll free number so many times about confirming exact status of delievry but through mail they only writing that I will get soon and on tollfree numbers their reponse not good i.e. very poor.
pl. contact through your esteemed site and help to resolve my issue.

Despite of being a leading developer of wireless web access products and services, such a poor service is not expected from a company like Datawind Ltd.

This is complain against the order placed for the Aakash Tab on the official website of datawind four months ago. The tab was expected to be delivered in the month of January, but to my surprise, till date, I haven’t received the tablet.

The booking ID for the same is “PMBA50A3584E" on the name of Mr. Sunil Kapur

I booked a Ubislate 7+ tablet on 28th of December and go the booking ID- PM460B5FF309. Thereafter I did not hear from them until I wrote to them 4th Feb 2012 to which they replied on 16th Feb asking for the payment of Rs. 2999 to be made for a 'Prioritized delivery'. I promptly sent them an a cheque of Rs. 2999 at

which they encashed on 6th Mar. Its been almost 20 days now and yet I haven't received the product. I have received 2 emails from them saying that it will be delivered soon. all the emails are undersigned with[protected] toll free number whose service is temporarily unavailable since last couple of weeks. other number available on the internet[protected]/[protected] is not being answered. I have been calling this number since 15 days now.

There are innumerable complaints on the internet where people have paid the money but not received their. I wonder if this is a scam.
