I had booked Ubislate 7+ thro Aakash Tablet web site http://www.ubislate.com/prebook7/prebook.html and I paid Rs.2999 through HDFC bank on 30.12.2011. The company acknowledged payment receipt but unbale to delvery the prodcut as per the trems that 3 week in time. I have been followwing with them but no response. Please help to get my prodcut or get my money back with due intrest.

By hearing and reading lots of complaint and misbehavior from the customer care i cancelled the order,
i booked online ubislate in the month of jan which is supposed to be delivered in the march
i agree if its over booked and some delayed but once i send them email about it they confirmed me it will be delivered in the month of june. now almost july started so i called for inquiry about, but the girl who received the call she told me we stopped "COD" i told her to give me in the written & there is nothing is mention in earlier correspondence with support team, once i told her my order no, suddenly she disconnected the phone.

Full Advance Payment for UBISLATE 7+ Order No: PMF4919 thru State Bank of India Cheque No: 176316 Dated: 10.03.2012 for Sum of Rupees: TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE only & received an mail states you will receive the Tablet within APRIL12 to MAY12.

As per their communication stated for the delivery of the Tablet:-

1. End of APRIL12 to First week of MAY12.
2. End of MAY12.
3. First week of June12.
4. 15th of June12.
5. End of June 12 to First week of JULY12.

But till date i have not receive the Tablet, I have sent an compliant regarding this to Mr, Suneet Singh Tuli CEO of M/s DATAWIND INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Amirstar - 143001 thru Facebook, but no reply from him & also called their Toll Free no: [protected], but no one will pick the call, i[censored]nfortunately they have attended the call reply will be your order is on process it will be delivered soon.

Kindly look into this delivery issue or cheating the public on the name of Government.

I have book "Aakash Tablet" and sent them draft of Rs 3000. I have Email Confirmation which says, "You will receive your UbiSlate 7+ within 23rd April to 7th May." and have no news about the tablet, no phone calls and no Reply by Email.

The given contact number is always buys [protected], seems to be a machine only and a trap to conceal the fraud.
Email system is also a trap, once I got a blank mail as a reply to my question, and now suddenly I have exceeded the maximum limit of contacting them via mail, this seem to be a proof to my claim of being a fraud.

How am i suppose to contact Datawind or the government ??
What about my payment of Rs 3000 by Demand Draft?
When will I get the Tablet?

I wish to report this to people who have booked Aakash tablet or Ubislat7+ and paid money by Demand Draft. Moreover news reporters should investigate in the matter about the government and Datawind Fraud.

I have received confirmation E-mail from Datawind innovations pvt.ltd.
In their website http://www.ubislate.com/info.html it is written that who have made
advanced payment ,they will get Ubislate 7+ in April.
But I haven’t got the Ubislate 7+ yet.
When first time I called on call center I was said that I will receive Ubislate 7+ on
first week of May month. Second time I was said that I will receive tablet between 15th May to 31st May,
Now they are saying I will get Ubislate 7+ between 1st June to 15th June.
I have been waiting since 3 months for delivery o[censored]bislate 7+ .
They are delaying delivery date each time.

I have ordered a Ubislate 7+ in the month of December last year and my order id -TS5610 And already made advanced payment of Rs.2999/- as asked by company with two condition that the company will deliver me the product in month of march and give free shipping of my product.But the company fails to deliver me the product.Then i called customer care of the company and most of the times there was no reply.Then i mailed to them the and the reply which came after too many days was stating that the company received the payment and i will be getting my product within 23rd-30th April.But this was not happen and i did not got product.After that i called the customer care and then they said due to the delay in launching of the product the delivery of the product is delayed and i will be getting my product till 15th May.Even then then delivery was not maid.After 15th May i Called they said the delivery will absolutely maid till 30th May but this was not happen.Another time,I was promised to have the delivery of my product in the month of June but till date my product is not delivered to me. Every time they just make excuse for their fault.There is no proper promise for the delivery.Every time they just postpone the date of delivery ..This too harass.How a company can do this !!! They have our money and they are not delivering the producT ! And that why due too bad response the company has failed to build image in market.This is the only reason the company may fail.I'm too harassed ..

I have ordered Ubislate 7+ tablet online from www.akashtablet.com website on 03-Mar-2012 and my booking id is PM5F7934F662 and as per website details I sent cheque of Rs. 2999/- with Cheque No : 072879 and my cheque cleared on 23-Mar-2012.

At the time of ordered they commit me to deliver product in April-2012 Mid. but they didn't deliver me product on commited time and whenever i call them or send email about this they reply only that they will deliver me product within 15days but till date they didn't deliver the product and today also giving same answer that they will deliver product in 15days.

I got my Ubislate 7 through courier which I bought from SEVENTYMM.COM. It has following problems. May you help me please...
1. It detected no sim card and now it shows everytime in aeroplane mode and there is no way to remove it.
2. Does it supports phone and GPRS facility , blue truth is also aeroplane mode & no speaker sound as narrated in specifications on SEVENTYMM.COM.?
3. How can I use Internet on it? And if it does not support Phone and GPRS facility, & 3g Facility should I not move to consumer court against SEVENTYMM.COM.
Please help me..how can I run Internet on this tablet ubislate 7?

I had booked for a ubislet online in late Dec.2011, Lateron in month of feb 2012 I got an email to send a check 0f 2999 rupees to get delivery by April. and i did so but even after making several emails to said company I am not able to get my delivery yet.
I want to know whether the company is fraud if yes then how I would be able to get my paid mony back.

payment is also acknowleged by datawind.

but i till now i not get any product. now its end of june. they promised to delived by end of march.

I had ordered a Ubislate 7 tablet from dealsandyou.com for which I had paid during ordering. When I got the product, I found that it was not seal packed, the speaker was not working not the wifi is getting connected.
When I called dealsandyou.com, they said contact the Vendor (they provided me their number). The vendor said contact the company customer care. Datawind's customer care gave me a number and requested me to contact on that number, there is no response on that number and from last one week the customer care is also not responding.
I wish to take a legal action against these guys.

on 2 jun i contcted with Customer care of datawind he informed me that u will receive tablet up to 15 jun 2012 till to date i have not received the same.
It is my kind request please look into the matter & see how tablet will reach up to me on or before 26 June 2012. My waiting capacity is over if it will not reach to me up to 26 june 2012, then i have no way to register FIR against Datawind innovations Pvt Ltd , amrutsar.in the clause 420.
