[Resolved] DDA — DDA Parking charges & maintenance | |||
To the DDA commissioner / Official, I am working in Bhikaji Cama Place since last 4 years. All the parking here in the complex is with DDA , who have contracted to outside party for operation and mantainance. For Car parking as per the contract is Rs 10 per entry but this is conpletely not followed . they are charging from Rs 30 to Rs 50 per day. The informative display boards of DDA have been tampered and these parking contractors force their rates on to the public. If someone resist, they simply refuse to allow for parking space or mis behave harshly. Even Delhi Police is frienly with them and dont interfere in the matter. Virtually, they are looting people like us daily. If we object, they threat to not allow us to enter our vehicle in the parking of damage the vehicle. There is no mantainance of the parking lots , and not safe for women to enter these undergroung parking lots. We request that DDA must organize Audit drives and catch such evidensed and cancel the parking contracts. I dont know where all this extra money goes .......... It has become very difficult for us to manage further. Pls display what is the actual rates of parking......properly I would humbly request to kindly do the needful to avoid such exploitation. We are also facing the same problem in the DDA ground parking at in the front of Vikrant Tower (4), Gopala Tower, Hemkunt Tower, Rajendra Palace Delhi.
They are taking 10 Rs. from the two wheeler per entry however DDA board shows Rs. 5 for two wheeler & Rs. 10 for car. But they charge us double.
If we told that they should not charge us twice for the parking then they do not allow us park the vehicle in parking. They 6 to 7 person, so we can't argue them as if we argue with them, They abuse and threat to us.

There is a park(District Park) in the Sultan puri attached with Rohini Sector-20. It is divided into part ist for Morning Walk and second one for playing but in the morning the children play cricket in the Morning walk park. It is very dangerous for the people who were walking in the park. There is neither watchman for stopping playing children and nor Gardner for taking care the park so it is my request to take action on it asap

Also its not cleared that this parking is under the DDA or SDMC as on board its mention SDMC so 1st of all can u clarify the same its come under the DDA or SDMC ---- Attached is rate chart of the contractor & DDA Chart
