Airtel Sucks!
I am a totally frustrated customer of Airtel [Mobile Service Provider Company].
This is the second time I am lodging complaints against Airtel just after 3 weeks when I lodged the first complaint against Airtel.
Instead of rectifying their Unfair Trade practices, Airtel [India] keep on continuing their UNFAIR/CHEATING/FRAUDULENT/HARRASSING trade practices toward its customers.
1. Airtel keep on sending me 20-30 SMS everyday for the boring Cricket World Cup thus disturbing me all the time & wasting my time to delete all those trash SMS and keep on charging me for it everyday and this they are doing without prior information or permission from me [user] to do so, a clear violation o[censored]ser's privacy & choice of service.
2. On 12 March 2011, my Airtel balance of Rs.96 suddenly disappeared and I contacted the Airtel Customer Care but they cannot explain how the amount was deducted from my balance without any reason and without any prior information.
3. On 13 March 2011, I recharged with Rs.100 and contacted the Airtel Customer Care to allow me use the 3GB internet offer for Rs.60, yes, they deducted the amount instantly but I could not use the offer, than, a few minutes later I could connect to internet for about 5 minutes then to my surprise again my balance gone down to zero! How, they deducted the amount & why, no reason, no information :(
I contacted the Airtel Customer Care but no corrective steps are taken up and no explanations given and at the same time they keep on stealing whatever balance I have on the mobile. So, it is now clearly confirmed that Airtel is run by a bunch of thieves who steal/cheat user's hard earned money with false offers or abusive trade practices.
From these above three incidents, by now, it is beyond my tolerance about the nonsense Airtel keep on doing to me [user].
Having lodging these complaint to the concerned internet forums, I have no other choice but stop using Airtel mobile services from now onwards.

Subject:- Complaintig to my telecom company for sending me advertiseing sms on my cellphone.
Sir,
I am customer of Airtel company of M.P. region my number is [protected].
I subcribe on DND servise in last few months before, my NDNC. on 27/08/2007 and registration no. is w[protected]. After this I get commercial message of an company “Youmint.com” who offers me to join. The company know my name, I donot know how they know my name.This messege I received on10/04/2008 at 16:13min. And an another call from ICICI bank I received on 13/04/2008 at afternoon time for unwanted giving me new policies detailed. Because of this I m very shock that companies calling me they know my full detailed. I am very upset because of this unwanted call and messeges at my working time. I have want to claim on the airtel company. And you take a strong action against the telecomm. Company for this works.
