DHFL Housing Loan — Processing fee

I have applied for a housing loan in 06/08 in Hyderabad and after 2 months they have given loan sanction letter and collected of Rs.11236 as processing fee.After 4 months of delay they have rejected my loan and upto now they did not returned my Processing amount.
SO PLS DONT GO FOR DHFL HOUSING LOAN

I fully agree to above complaints against DHFL home loans. They promise less interest rate & later increase interest rates while sanctioning. Once you pay processing fees of approx 7, 000, they sanction your loan but at very high interest rate. So, you can't claim your processing fees back as the loan is sanctioned. So you have to either accept higher interest rate or forget about you 7, 000/- Rs. They are very unprofessionals and don't deliver on promises made.

They are cheats and very unproffessional.They have taken Rs 5515/- from me as processing fees for a loan I have not taken.I am going to the consumer court.

I would like to inform you that I Avijit Ghoshal made an application no 00759702 on dated 06/02/2012 for home loan and in respect of that home loan i made a payment of Rs- 5515/- vide Cheque no- 134066, but without any information the matter was declined and do not shown any valid cause for it. Sir this way you can't enjoy with my money, you have to return me back after declined the matter, but yet i didn't received my money back.
In that circumstances i request you to return my money back within Three (3) days, otherwise i will take necessary action against you as per law and lodge complain before Consumer Forum against you.

I paid Rs 5000 processing fee for 500000 loan amount, but due to mistake of branch loan officer sensation duration of loan is left, than he demand me for reprocessing fee again i paid Rs 3500 and after debit amount from my account the loan officer told me your loan will not processing again because your loan sensation duration already left, so my point is that why not officer told me all matter before debit my money from account.so i request that please refund my reprocessing amount.(Otherwise i will take legal action for only Rs 3500 amount )

Hi all,

I applied for home loan through a sale executive hyderabad. This guy promised that he will sanction the loan. After few days, they deducted the processing fee of Rs.5618 from my bank and now informing that my loan is declined. How can they take the processing fee without loan sanction. Now when I am calling them to refund of the processing fee, they are not responding properly.
