Dear concerned,

Subject: cheated, mis-guided, mis-behaved and rude attitude of your gurgaon office Sales Manager
You would appreciate that if any organization is ethical, transparent, fair and clear in dealing with its customers, they win the heart and next time the customer may not have to think twice dealing again and with great confidence customers give reference to others.
DHFL is a big name and may be the same kind of vision your promoters may be having and as a result of which the company has reached to such a level.
However would like to mention that the same is missing at your branch for which you are directly responsible as head of this unit as I have been cheated, mis-guided, lot of time has been wasted due to unfair and unethical approach and attitude of your team and further would also like to add this is also because of lack of knowledge to even your sales managers.
After I decided to go for the flat allocated by MVN, I decided to go for a home loan and before I decide the name of the bank/NBFC, I saw three names on the website of MVN, out of which one was DHFL and number was also provided to me by the MVN team ; the number provided was of some broker, however I then decided to go with DHFL but directly.
As the tie between MVN and DHFL was there hence the reference came and the same was also accepted by the DHFL team.
Afterwards, I contacted your team and one executive called Shahid contacted me at the beginning only, it was visible that the team is not trained and professional, as he committed to come at a particular time and all the time he missed, thereafter I contacted you and he came to me to collect the papers. I handed over all the papers in one go as demanded by your SM, Mr. Purshottam Pal.
He also demanded a cheque of Rs.2810/- as the first instalment of processing fee, to which I asked boss if you are okay to do this project, 90% funding, within the deadline you need to disburse the payment to builder, then you present my cheque and not only your executive, in this regard, i wrote a mail to your sales manager and you, after which it was confirmed to me that you are dealing with MVN and will disburse the payment within time line and do maximum finance of 90%. After these commitments, I agree to give the cheque and then also it was clearly intimated to me that in case there is any deviation in all these commitments, cheque will not be presented.
Now the process of harassment started, there was no revert from your executive or your sales manager, however whenever contacted you, response was there and it was told that within two-three days sanction would come and payment would be disbursed.
I visited your office and spent almost whole day there to complete all the disbursal formalities . Sanction letter was provided to me .
However as I observed that your team is not professional and may be the payment is not disbursed within the time limit of the builder, I informed you that I would be paying the 20% amount demanded by them and you will re-finance and refund the money to me.
Accordingly as per the discussions, I paid the 20% demand of the builder, got the builder buyer agreement executed and copy was submitted to your office. The original was demanded and it was confirmed that now the TPA has to be signed by the builder and then payment would be disbursed.
Thereafter i again spent half day in your office to get copy of TPA and the I contacted the builder for signing the TPA, who in turn told me that DHFL is asking for NOC from PNB in-spite of our clear terms with them that the same cannot be provided.
Your executive also visited my office next day and demanded cash of 1500 for other legal disbursal formality amount, and he confirmed to me that he amount would be disbursed within two days.
My question is if that was pre-agreed between both of you then why this clause was mentioned in the TPA and if that is not the case, then why it was not explained to me before rushing to take the processing fee cheque and taking other cash.
In-spite of your clear understanding with the builder, why I was kept in dark and TPA with this clause was given to me.
Thereafter because of lack of knowledge of your team and only motto of just taking the processing fee and other cash from the customer, after which customer is bound to chase you, I had to do the follow up with the builder and spent number of days there to get this resolved.
Now builder is writing on the mail that the NOC has been given to some Mr. Shailender (who also called me in between this harassment process was on to confirm that within two to three days this problem would get resolved) and as per you the NOC format is not acceptable to your legal team.
Now all of you have stopped taking my calls as the purpose of just getting processing fee and other cash is fulfilled.
My request is very simple;
-Who is responsible for my mental agony, harassment, wastage of productive time?
-Why the confirmation of disbursal was given to you, if your team was not aware about the PNB project finance clause?
-When i asked clearly before giving the cheque, that in case you are not able to disburse the amount to builder, I will not pay this processing fee, which was confirmed, then why your sales manger Purshottam is rude to me and talking nuisance?
-Why I had to chase your team always for getting the follow up and there was not revert to me?
-why I have been cheated ?
-Why your executive has taken 1500 cash for which no receipt was given?
I have been cheated, harassed and it is a clear breach of trust.
I do not want to deal with DHFL ; never in my life and not even recommend any one to deal with you.
I last time request you to kindly refund all of my papers, processing cheque of 2810 plus cash of 1500 paid to your executive, otherwise I have no option but to appeal to the court of law/police and also to your higher authorities for cheating me.
I am emotionally hurt, feel mis-guided cheated, mishandled and rudely dealt by your sales mangers and executive.
Although the money involved is very high, but there cannot be any place for nuisance, cheating, breach of trust and such kind of nuisance. I also have a feeling that my papers submitted to you may also get misused.
If the matter is not resolve, then I would feel that you are clearly indicating me to approach to anyone as you feel it is your right to cheat customers .

NO ONE IN DHFL IS BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES, NOT EVEN AFTER APPROX 50 MAILS TO ALL CONCERNED INCLUDING REGIONAL MANAGER AND OTHER SENIOR MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING THE ADVANCE PROCESSING FEE CHEQUE AFTER WHICH CUSTOMER IS BOUND AS HARD EARNED MONEY IS GIVEN SO NO ONE WANTS TO LEAVE IT SO THEN WE NEED TO START FOLLOWING UP. IT HAS BECOME A MATTER OF MENTAL DISTURBANCE, MENTAL AGONY AND PURELY WASTE OF TIME. SALES MANAGER OF THE GURGAON BRANCH IS AUTHORISED TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS RUDELY AND EVEN THREATENED CUSTOMERS.

CAN ANYONE PROVIDE ME THE EMAIL ID OF MD OF DHFL AS THEIR TEAM IS SPOLING THE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY WHICH I AM SURE DIRECTORS WOULD NOT WANT.

    Hi, My Name is Suchit Gurav i applied a loan at DHFL, loan is sanction but i will not getting a proper guidance from your side, Name of Customer: Suchit Suresh Gurav Application Status: Application Sanctioned Enquiry Date:[protected] Loan Sanction Date:[protected] Requested Loan Amount (Rs): 2500000 Sanction Amount (Rs) : 2742709 After this i called your customer care executive snehal for next step, she gave a call to wilson desoza, he told we want a draft agreement and master file from builder and he will collect, i called Wilson on Saturday evening paper is raedy and please collect, he told told me i collect on monday but still he not collect the paper and now not picking the phone. Now i am helpless i dont know what is next step and what to do. And if loan is not happen from your end please tell me, but then why i got the sanction message . Please give me proper guidance, otherwise i have to complaint about this to RBI and for other sources. i dont know why wilson delays the process, whether he want any bribe from me for doing next process ?         Sir, This is Prashant Kolarkar from Aurangabad, Maharashtra. (Kolarkar Developers & Dhillon Construcion) Sir have logged in 11 files from my Construction project (Sai Siddheshwar Nagar, Pokhari, Aurangabad (MH)) in the month of November 2014. ..7 files approval's were came in the month of December 2014 only and they ask us to complete registry formality out of that only one clients registry was done in the month of November 14 is only...but for rest of the files your people from aurangabad branch said you have to wait till some project need to finish first...after that we were waiting from 2 months for client registry ...but now your people of Aurangabad branch are asking me to submit the withdrawal letter from customers and ask them to withdraw their proposal from your Bank. Now client as well as we are getting frustrated about this condition ...we are not able to understand why this thing is happening...already all processing fees are deducted from clients account 2 months back...all loan approval messages are gone to client...and now your people are asking to withdraw them from bank...what we should answer to our clients?????           I am Santu Ghosh from Kolkata, and I received a call in December. I had been made to apply for an Insurance on Rs.30, 000/- from Reliance. I have received the bond from the same on January '15. AFter that repeatedly I'm being postponed regarding the disbursal date of my loan. They are not communicating their proper branch address. I had visited the Duckback House branch and was told there is no such plan, but even after that they are continuously using DHFL's name and they are not being able to convey the status of my loan. Is this the way to response with the customer. In a biggest democratic country in the world like India how can this happen, is there no government agency in India to question DHFL or what is the government doing. I want to go to online consumer court forum, what is the procedure or forward this letter to the consumer court. May I know the reason for this delay. As DHFL organisation is not kept their words as they have mentioned in their web-site. And they have wasted my time. and DHFL people have misguided me in this regard. awaiting for your reply

                Dear Sanjeev Thakur {Branch Manager Sec 18, Noida sanjeev.[protected]@dhfl.com Request your attention to the following issues {Courtesy : Mr Raj Kumar from DHFLs Sales Team} which are in your knowledge but pending to be closed :- 1. Processing fees was assured to be 5, 000/- + ST and which turned out to be 10, 000/- + ST Mr Raj Kumar assured me that there will be no other amount to be paid by me other than the Processing Fees. In the Loan Account Statement Rs 500/- as Cersai charges has been added ? 2. I had signed a couple of forms which didn’t have a Customer’s copy along with it. Request you to please arrange to give me a copy of all the documents which I signed 3. I had given 14 blank cheque leaves to Mr Raj Kumar. I requested him and you as well to please inform me before depositing any of those cheques as my current bank will not clear any of these cheques without my approval. But 3 of them have been presented till now and whose bouncing charges have also been included in my Loan Account Statement @ Rs 250/- each 4. Mr Raj Kumar also mentioned that now there is a Pre EMI clause as well {Only when he came with the Sanction letter}. I had clearly told you and him as well that I will not be able to pay pre EMI but will pay EMIs as per schedule {starting after 1 month} 5. Most Important : It took more than 60 days for DHFL to process my HFL application and I also did a pre-payment in the meantime. This changed the foreclosure amount. When I told this to you before disbursal, then you told me that I can immediately deposit the excess amount of 1.1 Lac back to DHFL, the moment I get it from my previous HFL Bank. Today DHFL asks me to wait for another 6 months before it can accept this excess amount it had disbursed to me/my previous HFL bank 6. In view of the time it will take to settle the above mentioned open issues, you are requested to pass the necessary instructions to the concerned team to not to levy Late Payment Interest/Charges on me Please help in arranging to resend my Loan Account Statement after having amended it as per above commitment from you and your Sales Rep : Mr Raj Kumar Hoping to hear soon from you on this Thanks and Regards, Maj AP Singh [protected] [protected][protected][protected][protected]

                  I have taken total loan amount Rs.1500000 and Insurance amount Rs.38865 and I paid my EMI almost 42-months after that when Balance transfer from ICICI bank I paid Rs. 1503652 to DHFL bank.

                  Interest is 640131 (Six lac forty thousand one hundred thirty only).

                  They have inceresed 12.60% and for next 23 years remaining, even I have taken the loan amount 20 years and paid 3, 5 Years too.
                  i didnt get any response for DHFL...till now.

                  That Factor will work for the bank as same.
                  I already shown the intrest rate as same from others bank but the principal you deduct is very less in three and half years. but same principal ICICI deduct in less than one year. even DHFL also increase the 5 years after making the emi 3+ years.

                  I am not advicing to any one go any kind of laon via DHFL.
                  But from ICICI, I have taken the loan of same amount and paying emi around 2000.
                  this factor will work only for DHFL bank.

I am going the register office and registration of house than after summit all document for DHFL Bank. After all process he say flat are available in common gallery bank is not funding for this property. I am totally suck for this news I am paid for all expemses and charge for bank

                      Dear sir, I had submitted the home loan request in dhfl (Loan application no #[protected] in Oct 2014 with initial processing fees through cheque of Rs 5618 as per condition which will be debited after sanctioning the loan case otherwise it will return to me. But due to some reason, this loan case is not sanction.And also the amound got Debited from my account I went to dhfl office in Mira Bhayender Road and requested to refund the processing fees. I had been told to submit the written application for the refund of processing fees same had been done on 16th Nov .and continousely followed for the status . initially I had been told to the refund will be processed after 20-22 working days. Again I followed up on Dec 2014 I had been told the application is missing and it had been resubmit . Again I went to DHFL office in Mira Bhayender road on 13th jan 2015 and I had been told ther e will be no refund as per company policy.Hence I am looking to raise the incidence to the cosumer form and to know the legel ways to get my money back Thanks & regards Murli Mohan

                        Dear Mr/Mrs. This is sad to mention that DHFL guys are professional cheaters. I have taken a home loan in 2009, Loan code 00004564, Ihave taken this loan @10.5%, suggested to go for variable as in term to benefit in case of lower interest rates, but since then when it goes up and up to 12% and 12.75%, go knows and it never came down although govt slashed their repo rate. Also, In last 5 years, my principle has deducted to less than 6% of sum taken. Its pathetic and feels like cheating, please someone help me what to do and how to go about. After taking two months, they said loan cannot be given due to so and so technical reason. They took 2809 from me as loan application fee and that they are not returning back now.                               i have applied for loan against property at DHFL. Four months after submitting the loan application they rejected my loan. Now when i asked for returning Xerox copies of documents submitted they give me some documents but important documents like Sale Deed, Municipal Tax Receipt, Map of the property has not been given to me. When i asked them about this they simply said the documents are lost. i had spent lot of money on photocopying these documents. After 4 months of wait DHFL rejected my loan, lost my Important Documents this has caused me lot of pain. i am hugely disappointed with DHFL.

                                I have applied for Loan against property at DHFL( Dewan Housing Finance Ltd) in the month of August 2014 and after giving every document they asked for after the lapse of 4 months they rejected my loan saying it does not fit company policy. if they had to reject the loan they could have easily done that within 10-15 days looking at the urgency told them by me. But they kept asking for various documents and even after supplied all the documents they rejected the loan. Hence i am very disappointed with DHFL. I am highly disappointed with DHFL.

When we approached to your DHFL, Kakinada branch for site and home loan your incharge, Kakinada branch/Asst.Manager Mr.Sharma told me that site loan will be converted as home loan if construct home in that site if take loan for construction. That’s why only I took site loan at rate of 11.30% interest form DHFL. Now I am constructing house in that site and I need loan. But now your incharge, Kakinada branch/Asst.Manager Mr.Sharma says that site and home loan is different. He says false words to customers for reaching his targets.                                     I applied loan and processing fee is 5k as per their website and executive, but in reality they charged around 1.5% of the total loan amt. Insurance mentioned was around 36k but in actual they have charged 68K, when questioned they say its data entry problem, how a financial institute can answer in such a language on other money saying data entry error and they say no option to role out and I shd pay it as it is sanctioned. Applied amount, sanction letter amount and actual amount disbursed are different, due to which I ended up paying difference amount on the date of registration begging with friends and relatives for the mistake done by DHFL as we do not have option at the time of registration. Delaying the loan sanction till registration of property seems to be a tactic for DHFL so that customer will end up agreeing for what all they say.

                                      Dear all, Regret to state that the details mentioned by Mr. Rajan shettey is different from what is mentioned in your sanction letter. To start with the processing fees was mentioned as only rupees 8000/-. However what you have mentioned is way higher then what was communicated by Mr. Shettey. There was no mention of insurance being created or the requirement for it. We had specifically asked for a loan tenure not exceeding a period of three years and as such our EMI was worked out to approx 27800/-. Hence we find the terms and conditions are not as per what was agreed upon at the time of filling the paper work for loan processing. Such behaviour on part of a reputed company like yours which was grossly misrepresented by your authorized personnel Mr. Shettey is highly confusing. These terms and conditions are not at all acceptable to us. Revert your response immediately as we do not wish to continue under these terms and conditions. Kindly refund our processing fee paid at the time of application through Mr. Rajan Shetye.

But during diwali mela in new navy i have came to know from your stall that DHFL is disbursing loan at 10.15% for new loans and 9.6% for rural India.I am a salaried person . I have taken a loan from your bank for a property which is in nandivilli, kalyan east which is part of rural India Please let me know what are the different options available for me to reduce the rate of interest. I will be very thankful for your act. Also when I am trying to register myself in dhfl.
