After taking the loan staff over there do not bother to help in any manner.they are ver rude.branch manager is also in same category.

sales person Mr.Mallikarjuna .sanctioned for 4, 30, 000=00, insurance in ICICI for the amount of Rs 21, 248=00, 18 empty post dated cheques and one guarantee, etc

These things are not intimate before the applying the Loan 15.01.2010.it is very late
and insurance is very burden to me.if adjust the insurance i will take Loan.if not i want refund of p.f also.pl.advise to concerned immediately .further i will approach to RBI-Ombudsman at Hyderabad. B.M is also speak with rashly.Branch and staff are very very bad response.

    sanction of home loan received but not disbursed

    i have received the sanction from dhfl home loan from borivali branch during the time of disbursement the company & manager cancells the disbursment saying that my cooapplicant profile is fake which is not true and does not give in writing many times contacted to the company but does not respond

    kindly take strict action towards the company and branch manager...

    Hi,
    My name is Trinidade Franco. I want to bring to everyone's notice that in my opinion DHFL is perhaps bankrupt and is collecting free money my means of processing fees for processing housing loans claiming quick and hassle free processing. Below are my complaint details

    (1) In Dec 2008, i applied for a BT + Top Up loan with DHFL, (Executive Mehul Gokhani & Ajay Chande - earlier Bandra and now Thane Branch). I filled in 2 application forms. As processing fees I was charged a amount of 8800/-, since Ajay Chande came to my residence without prior notice and wanted processing fees for quick processing of loan. I was short of cheque so I took him to ATM and handed over thim cash 8800/- of which he was suppose to convert it into DD and process the file.
    After this after repeated follow-ups I was told due to my property falls under forest land the loan cannot be sanctioned. I requested my refund of processing fee for which they delayed a lot and finally Mehul suggested that i look for another property and they would consider my pre-paid processing fees.

    (2) After 8 months i applied for a fresh home loan for a new developed property. I was again assured quick processing of 4 days and disbursement of amount withing 10-12 days. To fasten the process Mehul suggested me to pay the processing fee of 5618/- for now and earluer 8800/- would be refunded later.
    There was no call for almost 15 days, after which my alternate bank sanctioned my loan. I immediately wrote to DHFL that due to their huge delay in initiating the process please stop my file and refund my fees in full....which has never happened till date

    After repeated calling and writing to DHFL and giving them fear of Ombudsman complaint, finally they gave me a cheque of 7000/-....still 7000/- is pending, which they are claiming as deduction of fees against processing fees.

    Please if anyone know better route of escalation please let me know. I am not much worried of 7k at the moment, but i fear a big scam by DHFL whereby poor people like me are getting trapped and duped of hard earned money

    This is with regard to DHFL Bangalore Office.
    Applied for a home loan in May 2009. All papers submitted, Company done all inspections and queries, encashed the Service Charge cheque (Rs. 5500), Issued Sanction letter and signed the Agreement after paying more than Rs. 600 in cash. Finally they asked for Guarantor Certificate which I took some time to arrange. For this also I spent some money (~5000). On submition of this, DHFL started sleeping on it citing reason as "forgot due to oversight". After every 3 months, they ask for new Salary Slip, Bank Statement etc. and some other documents (pertaining to one takeover loan). Now after one year, still they say, "sorry, will do it soon". Nowadays they are asking me to submit new Guarantor Certificate as the old one is more than 3 months old.
    Now, all these problems are happening due to company's negligence. Still they ask me to arrange newer documents for which I need to spent money (by collecting bank statements etc.). Cannot understand why they are dealing in this way. They can tell clearly why they are not releasing the money. Or they should tell me why they are dealing with me in this way. Apart from the mental stress, I am losing quiet a lot of money also. I am a person aged 55. They should treat me at least as a human being. Being a man with meagre income, cannot afford to lose money in this way. Please suggest me the next step.

      I had applied for a loan for Flat in Virar from DHFL Vasai in october 2009, and disclosed all the issues with the Flat & my salary-- eg an in between agreement original was missing although I had the zerox, and I also had a personal loan. the executive (Pradeep) and so aclled Asst Manager(Piyush) assured me that the loan will be sanctioned within a couple of week. Till Dec 2009 I have not received the cheque, there was always some reasons... manager on leave.... no one available to collect the cheque from head office, Training in progress in head office an on's... finally when they had the cheque they started demanding more documents..which haet had never mentioned earlier ..that too from the Seller...who of course wont get into this mess... DHFL also wanted me to pay the intrest for the period from when the cheque was issued but was head up by DHFL Vasai brance. I have cancelled my application and they were not ready to give the documents saying they were in the headoffice whereas is was at their brance which they finally handed over after warning of sevear action.. I hope against hope that they refund my amount paid to then as processing fees soon..

      I totally disagree all these complaints.
      I have also taken housing loan from DHFL and is very much satisfied from their service and excellent guidance from their B.M. & other staff members.
      First of all my friend had approached DHFL and had availed housing loan from them. And me too had asked for the enquiry from them. The DST & BM both have guided me through the policy, legal documents (which is very necessary while purchasing any type of property and to check whether it is free from all encumbrances or any default or is not mortgage in any other banks), ROI, PF, Loan cover insurance & other charges, etc. I am very much satisfied from their service.
      We the people dont understand the exact requirement of the sanctioning authority.
      They are also having Triple protection plan for free which they offers to their customers and it includes life, property & job loss insurance.
      I also gets my loan account details, change in ROI, Interest certificate, etc on regular basis on demand and on my personal emails id.
      I really want to thank them for their good service.

      i would like to know does DHFL provides the copy of the final report or anything in writing after the legal checking that everything is ok because before doing the registration i would like the confirmation from the bank.So kindly suggest me about the legal proceedings.
      Dear friend best cheat company in INDIA they are the first in the line to increase the ROI when there is a revision of interest rate but when it comes to reducing the rate when RBI slashes the rates they donot recently may be May-June 2012 all major bank reduced ROI till now DHFL has't CHEAT NO-1

        Dear Consumer Forum,

        My request is that I want strik action on DHFL; becuase i have applied for the loan & they just delaying to give cheque as well as they did'nt inform me and charge me interest rate which they not told me, and on top up that they included insurance which they did'nt explained me.

        They just harass me like any how.

          This is regarding my Housing loan file (loan a/cno.[protected]to be received from your office at Pramukhswami Arched at Rajkot. I have completed my said housing loan at 10th of Nov 2009 and I am yet to receive my NOC and file. It has been given to understand by your officers only that the file would be definetly given to us by 17th of this month since the loan has been completed. By inquiring again for the file they have given rude answer and said that the file will be given to us very next month !! I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis or else we are left with no option but to take legal action.

            I had received sanction letter from dhfl on the basis of that sanction i had booked two flats one resale and another under construction

            At the time of disbursment dhfl borivali branch manager amit karnik cancells my loan without giving me in writing,does not reply my mail,does not given full documents as on today.

            I totally agree.
            I totally agree, It was my biggest mistake to opt for DHFL housing loan. There is so much of communication gap in their own team that the customer suffers for the same.

            Its like you are paying for getting troubled.
            One of the most junk bank I have ever seen in my life. If you really need frustration/headache please opt for this.
            They don't have proper communication channel so that the customer gets some clarity to the process.
            It took almost 4+ months for getting the home loan, that too after so much effort like you should be dedicatedly on this process.
            Similarly, there are so many points I don't want to mention all those which leads to time waster nothing much.

              I have applied a housing loan from DHFL with their employee Mr Raj Kumar. During the processing of case he has told me that rate of interest will be 9.50% is the maximum. But when they have booked the my cheque with my banker only them I have come to know that they are charging 11.75%. I have lodged my complaints with their branch office (REWARI in Haryana) and their head office at Mumbai. But they have said that you have signed the paper in which you have agreed to pay this interest rate. I have requested several times that no body will check or study the papers during the signing and your representative has assured me that rate of interest will not be charged over 9.50%.

              Further during the sanction of loan, they have compled me to take a policy of Rs. 1.00 lac so that loan amount can be secured after my death. I have requested him I am not interesting to take the policy as why I have take another burdon of Rs 1.00 lac. But they take the policy and paid the amount and add in my total loan amount.

              In the above case, what can I do. As I have signed all the papers which they have offered.

              Kindly do the needful.

                I had applied to DHFL and submitted my personal papers and Property papers as well. upfront i told them that i have more trust on my personal papers and have alreade pre sanction earlier from HDFC and SBI on my personal papers but they are not ready to finance the property. if you ( DHFL ) also have the same veiw then let me know upfront like SBI and HDFC. Wherein they confirm that they have already finance on such property cases wherein SBI and HDFC wont finance and asking for processing fees chq. first 20-25 days they didnt turn-up only neither any oral or written communication after so many mail and phone call one day they were asking me another processing fees chq of Rs.15000/- which i have agreed and agter 5-10 minutes they again called and said we will not able to finance this property. for my refund of processing charges again i have to followup with them more than 20-25 days and one day they issued a chq with deduction which i didnt understand for there is no written or oral communication on this. This is really bad financial institution neither organise nor any professional ethics.

                personal loan processing fee — wrong communication

                i have taken a personal loan of rs 100000 and was told that 2% wl be charged as processing fee and rs 98000 will be credited into my account but i have received only rs 97140 which is rs 860 less than what i was told, need to know the reasons.
                Dear Complainant,

                As a policy, the applicant is required to pay the process fee along with the application form. IN order not to cause much hardships to the customers the company, s policy is to accept part amount of the process fee at the time of application along with the service tax. Balance of process fee shall be collected at the time of disbursement of loan. After clearence of the processing fee, the loan applicastion shall be processed.There are different stages in process of loan application form.

                In case of rejection of the application form, as customer friendly, we return the process fee less service tax, depending upon the stage of process of loan application form, as per rules of the company. Approval for refund of process fee is required at appropriate authority, & therefore it takes some time.
                You have not stated from which branch you have applied for the loan, which facilitates us to check exact details. In the absence of it we given our genral reply.

                I am your customer with a loan of Rs. 10 lacs but the behaviour of your staff at sector 26 Chandigarh is so rude that they do not know how to deal with customer in patiala. Even thay do not want to reply on phone .                 i have taken a loan of Rs. 10 lacs from dhfl . Mr. parveen kumar (credit officer) has taken Rs. 20000/- bribe at the time of pd from me and sanctioned my loan of Rs, 10 lacs and assured me that after six months i will give u Rs. 10 lacs more as top up. but after six months when i put up my file he refused to do the same and asked for Rs.50000/- more bribe which i denied to pay. if this kind of staf[censored] have put who wants extra money other than salary.
                Parveen kumar has taken bribe of 10000/- from me for loan of Rs. 5 lacs
                i am also agree with this complaint. parveen kumar- credit officer taken bribe of Rs. 20000/- from me for sanctioning my loan an got it sanction. but after sometime when i demanded more loan he asked for more 20000/- bribe for Rs. 4 lacs top up. i didnot pay him so he denied my loan. no body is their to hear me.

                Sir, I have applied for housing loan in the M/O November,2011. DHFL has demanded Rs.5515/- as a processing fees. My loan has not sanctioned while Rs.5515/- was deducted from my account No. [protected], vide cheque No.311222 on 09/12/2011, as processing fees. After my repeated requests DHFL had not refunded the money, which was wrongfully charges from me. It is requested kindly refund my money as early as possible.

                Hi all,

                I applied for home loan through a sale executive hyderabad. This guy promised that he will sanction the loan. After few days, they deducted the processing fee of Rs.5618 from my bank and now informing that my loan is declined. How can they take the processing fee without loan sanction. Now when I am calling them to refund of the processing fee, they are not responding properly. They are cheats. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY loan fro DHFL bank.

                I am submitting this written application requesting a refund of the loan processing fee of (amount-5618.00) and all the documents submitted to your financial company, as per the telephonic conversation we had today Monday 16th December 2013.
                I have already give this information about the plot size of 33 yards as there is no map available to your employee Ritesh Gautam at DHFL at the beginning while the submission of the documents for the home loan application, but i was given this reassurance from him after talking to his seniors that it will approved and your loan will be sanctioned in a week or so, but even after that while i got a confirmation call from DHFL last week i have told them the size without map and the required amount of 13 lakhs but they said that we can offer you more if you want and then the required amount was changed to 14 lakhs but even then i have not got any disapproval of the size or the map which is mandatory while submitting of the documents, and till now the amount was debited with cheque number-948407 on dated 10th December but till now i have not got any application number or any the form number regarding the request of the home loan from DHFL.

                The amount of 14, 00, 000, I plan to take from Dhfl, plus the money I already have will help me to buy the apartment as well. I have a good credit history, so getting a loan will not be a problem as there are no issues of debts.

                Worst services from DHFL, if the employee is not responsible that applies that the EMPLOYER is not. They are good at Marketing by showing TV STARS and try to get attention from people. THEY HAVE TO LOOK MORE IN TO WHAT IS HAPPENING INSIDE THEIR FIRM.

                  I had applied for a home loan in March end 2009 with DHFL.com. Person Handling was Mr. Swarup Mitra and Mr. Vilesh. I came to know in the month of august mid that my loan is not sanctioned. All the verifications were done, at home, office and the flat already purchased in Thana, Gawan Baug. I waited for 4 mnths just to hear that its not sanctioned. I will send a notice for claiming the interests for 5 months as it took you people so long to just tell me a NO. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. If there were issues regarding a flie it shouldnt take a bank 5 long months to tell a NO. whatever asked was provided in documents still the result was negetive. I am really pissed at your working capacity and employed - uneducated & worthless people. Even my processing chq got cleared. I will send notice and claim for interest on loan amount for 5 months. BEWARE.

                    I think DHFL should shut down his business in UK because either the management itself is very poor in business ethics or the staff who deals with customer is in need of training. The staff name Pritpal singh is the one who dealt with my home loan, kept asking for document and then without checking the documents accurately , called me back letting me know that i have not send documents correctly. for example equifax report was printed out both side was full completed though he called me back the report you sent is not complete as it contained only even numbers. I was puzzled because I knew that what I sent. However, I sent it again, and he came back with the same reason. Now, I told him to check the other side of the printed page you will find the missing part. He checked it and confirmed that yes it has got the other side.. how silly is that, it confirms that he has not checked or bothered to see other side of the page!! not even apologitic tone over the phone for his mistake. second example, bank statement, I send 6 months bank statement. he was keep telling me that what I sent is the summary of the bank. Infect I explained that you will find the summary first and the transection then after. But I think as I said before he has not bothered to check even that part of the document too.. the tone of that person was very rude, I told him to call me out of office time, but he was keep ringing me in my office time. how rude is that... he had kept lying about the interest rate, term that he had changed what he agreed before any notice and besides telling me lie that he had told me this before.. now how on earth one can trust this kide of fella.. Pritpal singh is nothing but lier and unprofession and rude in his behaviour, I could go even more than this that he had done to me. but I dont want to waste my time for this fella.. All I wanted to say dont even think or dream of going to DHFL for any loan products. it is not my personal expreince but also many of my friends advised me too for no..no.. to DHFL.

                      Yeaterday (sunday) 19th july, 2009 I have put my details in you web site for inquiry regarding Housing Loan for Rs. 20 lacs. To day I have received so many missed calls from you from land line number [protected] total six missed calls at the time between 12.38 PM to 1.58 .

                      After I have called on above number and I replied that we are going to confirm that yesterday you have inquire for Hl or not ? I think it is very bad manner to make missed calls from land line to your new proposed customer. I think you have to guide regarding schme of Housing Loan.

                        my name is ashwani sharma. i have applied for home loan in the 2nd week of april-2009.
                        but till now the case was pending. DHFL agent mr. B.S.GOGIA taken rs. 20000/- (twenty thousand) for loan approvel in the name of sachin rathi of ghaziabad branch and said that some money was gone to mr. gulshan & credit deptt of tilak nagar branch delhi. after all till now my loan is pending and mr sachin rathi told me that your loan is in process and soonly you will get it. I have duly compelete all requirement of loans than why my file is pending.

                        the person mr. B.s. gogia shows me DHFL welcome kit & cheques of some other cutomer and used dhfl rohini branch telephone nos[protected] or mobile no. of mr. kapil (employee of dhfl-[protected]) rohini branch for conversation with me regarding loan approvel & also said that branch manager of rohini branch is very closer to him and after taken some money he will approved your loan. mr sachin rathi -[protected] (employee of dhfl) also said many times that mr gogia is a good person and your loan file is pending in credit for approvel.
                        one time i dialled the no of mr. kapil and trying to enquire about mr gogia but mr gogia is present with him.
                        and also many times he used ghaziabad vasundhra branch landline phone no[protected] & tilaknagar branch nos[protected] to enquiry purpose.
                        after all these activities DHFL says that mr b. s. gogia do not represent DHFL company and have not any relation with DHFL.

                        My Name is karthik & My native is Tiruvannamalai, and i approach the DHFL for the Purchase of the House property, and i give the all the papers to the DHFL and my loan has been sanctioned afterwards suddently they refused the loan amount i am afaried because i pay the Advance of Rs 3.00 laklhs to the seller, but still they are refusing the loan amount of Rs 8.00 lakhs, finally they told that the property is
                        path is 3 ft and the and 53feet, lenth hence the market value is lesser, so they denyed the loan amount, i tell you one thing, the property is selected at the very begining and they are staff also inspect the property and they said ok we can do this property then only i pay the advance of rs 3.00 lakhs, finally they told this reason, after wards i spoke to Mr balasubramanian, Branch Manager, and they also told the same reason i was shoked, because the property is inspected by their staff and they said is ok, but they suddenly denyed the, i dont know what happen in the their company and they are not able to guess about the property finally i am in the corner, SO DONT GO THE DHFL,

                          This is to highlight that I have taken home loan from DHFL, and they have recently put some one's else check in my account which got returned due to signature errror whichis obious, and now when ask them to provide me letter of apology they say me, they will never provide me that, do what can you do.
                          The managers working over there are very rude and with attitude, Mr.late Rajesh the cahirman should be ashamed of his management and what service they are providing to the company..

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had taken the above mentioned housing loan from DHFL in August, 2002. Right from the beginning, every year I have been giving post dated cheques (dated 2nd of every month). Till date I never gave any chance to return the cheques issued to DHFL. Instead, I had given a standing instruction to my bank (UBI, Nagampadam Br., Kottayam) to honour all the cheques issued to DHFL. And if, in case, sufficient balance is not available in the account, instruction had been given to tranfer the required fund from another account of mine to honour the cheques.

                          Sir, I have been working in Dubai from January 2008. But, before leaving for Dubai I had issued post dated cheques dated 2nd of every month for two years (till December, 2009) - for Rs. 4, 000/- per month. On 22.08.09, I had to go on emergency leave since my mother was in sinking stage; and we lost our beloved mother on 25.08.09. Now, I am coming to the point - on 24.08.09 when I was standing near my mother's death bed, one gentleman from your Kottayam branch office called me informed me that there is a due outstanding from my side. I told him there is no pending from side as I had given post dated cheques and that there is enough balance in my account to honour the cheques issued. Then, that gentleman told me – he will check in the system and call me back within half an hour. But he didn’t call me; when I contacted him after one and half hours he gave me the same answer again. After that I couldn’t contact him as I was busy with the funeral functions of my mother. After coming back to Dubai I told my wife to contact your Kottayam branch office and to get the details. When she checked with your office they are telling the instalment for the month if January, 2009 is still pending. Infact, this cheque (Ch No. 87166 for Rs. 4, 000/-) had been cleared from my account on 20.01.2009. Even if there is any confusion, is this the way to communicate?! After eight months??!! Unbelievable!!! It shows the responsibility of your staff members. Definitely this will affect the reputation of DHFL.

                          As per my instruction my wife has submitted a copy of my bank statement which shows the clearance of the concerned cheque to DHFL, Kottayam office. Then, they told her, they forward the statement to DHFL, Ernakulam office and confirm back. After three/four days when she contacted the Ernakulam office, they told her that they don’t have any idea about the statement. She contacted DHFL, Ernakulam, again after two/three days, then they informed her that they got the statement and they returned the same to the Kottayam office and that they will confirm after checking in the system. But, still we are waiting for a reply.

                          On 15.09.2009, I contacted your Ernakulam office directly from here and complained about the matter. I also informed that I will make a written complaint to DHFL head office, if I am not getting a favourable reply within 2-3 days. But, till now we didn’t get any reply from your Ernakulam / Kottayam office. My bank already confirmed me that the amount had been gone to DHFL, Kottayam. I request your good self to take necessary steps to clarify the matter immediately, and to give credit to my account on the same date ie. on 20.01.2009.

                          Another thing I would like to bring to your kind attention: I had given post dated cheques dt.2nd of every month; but almost all the cheques had been coming to my account only after 20th . Now, I doubt that your people are making delaying depositing the cheques and charging me interest for that period also. I request you to kindly clarify this matter also; and send me a statement of my loan account from beginning to till date, Kindly do the needful.

                          I am a trader of marble. I am carrying my business for last 8 years doing retail trading in marble. I have a cash credit account with state bank of India for last 7 years of Rupees 14, 70, 000/- against my property estimated approximate valuation of Rupees 70, 00, 000/- . I wanted to shift my cash credit loan to EMI based loan. Representative from your company approached me and I applied for a loan against property.
                          With much profound grief I am writing this letter to you. I have applied for a loan against property to your bank on 29 july 2013 along with all the papers. I wanted a foreclosure of my cash credit loan and transfer to loan against property. I talked with DHFL and they agreed to do the same. On 05 August 2013 I received a sms in my mobile about receipt of my application and allotted with enq id BRSC523121. It stated that “ YOUR LOAN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED . KINDLY CONTACT OUR SALES EXECUTIVE FOR FURTHER REQUIREMENTS.” Along with my loan application I have deposited 3 cheques . Cheque no 7289 amounting rs 5618.00. cheque no 7290 amounting rs 1600.00 and cheque no 4912 amounting rs 11236. All the cheques were cleared from my icici bank account number[protected] on 10 august 2013. In the due course of time my verification was done by your bank, valuation of my property was done and technical inspection was also carried out. In several occasions I received call from your DHFL 4 N.C. DUTTA SARANI, CLIVE GHAT ROW UBI BUILDING 1ST FLOOR. OPPOSITE SAGAR ESTATE DALHOUSIE KOLKATA 700001 and asked to visit there for few queries. I visited there and solved the queries. On 27th august I was confirmed that my application is complete and I will get the loan. I applied for rupees 3500000. I was said that you will get between 3000000 to 3200000. On 29 august 2013 I received a call from mobile number [protected] by Mr Krishanu who introduced himself as a representative from the credit department of DHFL 4 N.C. DUTTA SARANI, CLIVE GHAT ROW UBI BUILDING 1ST FLOOR. OPPOSITE SAGAR ESTATE DALHOUSIE KOLKATA 700001 wanted to visit my office. He visited my office and asked several questions which I replied and showed all the documents he asked from me. Before leaving the premises he asked me for a bribe of 2% of the sanctioned loan, which I denied straight way. He even said that If you don’t agree to my proposal then your loan will not be sanctioned. At about 04 37 pm I received a sms enq id BRSC533940. It stated that “ YOUR LOAN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED . KINDLY CONTACT OUR SALES EXECUTIVE FOR FURTHER REQUIREMENTS.”
                          On 31 August at about 02 19 pm I received a sms from DHFL stating “Dear customer, your loan application 00905422 dated 29 August 2013 with DHFL has been declined. Kindly contact your Sales Executive or visit our nearest branch. “ . I visited several times to your aforementioned branch but treated like a shuttle cock by the branch manager Mr D. K. Mishra., Mr Arpan from credit department. Nobody can say me why my loan application was declined. I meet Mr Sanjeev Patnaik, who informed me that my loan application was declined for low eligibility, but could not state that how much is my eligibility when I already got a loan from sbi 7 yrs back with less valuation of property and less sound income tax profile.
                          As per the para 5 of RBI/[protected]/280 DBOD.No.Leg.BC.65 /09.07.005/2006-07 DATED March 6, 2007 your institution is supposed to submit me the reasons in writing.

                          On enquiring I found that your institution has a practise of receiving lots of application and rejecting them without any written submission and not refunding the processing fee. When I approached with this point I was promised that my processing fee will be refunded. I submitted an application to Mr D K MISHRA, but not received any refund of fee till date.

                          I know that granting of loan is at full discretion of the financial institution where I applied for loan, so I have no grievances for why I have not got the loan.

                          I need the clarification on the following points.

                          1. What happened to my loan enq id BRSC523121. Dated 05 august 2013.
                          2. How a new loan enquiry id BRSC533940 dated 29 august 2013 is opened without my consent when I refused to pay bribe to Mr krishanu before rejecting the loan enq id BRSC523121. Dated 05 august 2013.
                          3. Why the reason of declining my loan application has not been intimated to me in written even after 35 days of declining the same.
                          4. When I will get refund of my processing fee.
                          I would also like to clarify on RTI ACT that how many loan application is received by your institution every month and how many are processed and how many processing fees are refunded for the declined loan application and the accountability of that money and report the matter to RBI for further necessary action.

                          Last but not the least, now I will like to share my experience I gathered from your institution with everyone through my facebook, other consumer forums, local tv and other media SO THAT PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE SUBMITTING THEIR APPLICATION TO YOUR INSTITUTION AS IT WILL BE A LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY.

                            Hi,

                            I had applied the home loan in DHFL for 9 Lacs and i have gave them all the document, after 5 days they sanction the loan amount and they sent me a SMS that your loan amount is sanctioned.

                            As I discussed with DHFL executive(Vivek gurav) during the applied for Home loan, he said me that interest rate is 9.75 % and process fee is 1 % of home loan amount.

                            when i asked them to give the Sanction loan certificate from DHFL, first they were avoiding to give me that certificate but after lots of request they sent me loan sanction certificate through FAX, there were mentioned in the document is 10% interest rate and process fees is more than 1 % mentioned in the certificate. Even my stuck my RS.5500 amount as a process fee in DHFL and now they are saying its not refundable.

                            Please do not take anybody loan from this company, this company is no. 1 cheater.

                              DHFL Vysya Housing finance company had sanctioned me a home loan (variable) @ 10% and given a sanction letter in the month of March 2009.

                              But they actually disbursed the loan (variable) @ 11.25% in the month of May 2009 and given the letter accordingly. I was quite surprised as there is no upward increase in interest rate a long as I understood for this period.

                              I discussed it with their executive but they said that it is their internal policy and can’t disclose.

                              I am an NRI and i took the Loan form Diwan Housing Finance Limited on Decenber 2007 at that time market rate for all governamnet bank was 9.75% and private Banks 10 to 10.5% but they took from me 11% and suddenly after 4 months they increase from 11% to 11.75% than after some months 12.25% to til date witout informing me. They have all my contact details and email ID every thing but without intimating me they increase the rate of intrest.
                              Last month September 2nd 2009 i visted in their bank and ask why they are taking so much high intrest rate (12.25%) when the market is so down and all the other bank goes down till 8.75% to 9.5% but they don't have any answer.
                              I think like these kind of finance companies cheating to the customer's. Governamnet has to take some acction on it.

                                I have taken housing loan from Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited. When i applied loan they themselves have increased my loan amount. After that, in the last 2 years, even for getting confirmation balance for IT purpose, they are asking me to come to their office directly. Last year I was in Chennai and it took so much of pain for me to get the same. Now, they have increased the rates without informing me and sending reminder letters to home asking to pay the diff. amount. Now almost all banks have reduced rate of interest but Dewan has not reduced till today. Knowing that I am woking in an office, they are sending personnel to my home and torturing my wife. When asked the revised repayment schedule for revised rate of interest, they refused to give..Reserved bank should take serious steps against these financiers.

                                  I have a housing loan with DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LIMITED (Bangalore) since 2007.

                                  Loan amount taken for Rs. 9, 30, 000/- with a rate of interest started with 12% and now I am paying 13.25%. This is extremely high for current market scenario

                                  Since I decided to go for a Nationalized bank loan, I asked DHFL to give a statement with foreclosing charges,

                                  I got a shocking foreclose charges of 5% + 10% service tax on 5% = 50, 000/- only fore closing charges.

                                  This show DHFL doesn’t want me to go for takeover loan.

                                  DEAR READER,

                                  PLEASE ADVICE ME FOR HANDLING THIS CASE.

                                  I am also, exactly having the same case with DHFL. My loan outstanding now is 4 Lacs 30 thousand.
                                  I heard that a lady usha vaid has approched consumer court against SBI, and got back her foreclosure charges. Just check "State Bank of India Vs Usha Vaid & Anr " in Google. Hope we have a way to stop these money looters!!!

                                  first send letters, emails, to DHFL asking a refund of your foreclosure charges, and If they dint respond, approach consumer court with the copy of all letters, emails u sent.

                                    I have been sanctioned a partial loan Rs.4, 25, 000 on 28/1/09, on Loan My A/C No : 7815. DHFL Narayanaguda branch are charging interest - @ 12% inspite of my request to Sri. Uday, he is charging 12% interest. I have told him, that there is a news published in Business Line dated :[protected] stating that DHFL has cut interest rates. DHFL Hyd is saying that they have not received circular from office and charging me @ 12%.

                                    I request to kindly instruct DHFL Narayanaguda Branch to deduct (charge) less interest.

                                      As per the subject my father had taken loan from DHFL and he paid all the amount before that he pledge the policy bond as security.Now he is no more alive but the reason is that the policy is in DHFL name and the respective policy cheque has been sent to that finance & their duty is to refund the whole amount & now they are not caring my words.
                                      .The manager of DHFL, gulberga was told me to submit the doccuments.I had given all the leagle doccuments required to that, as per my mother name .
                                      so please respond me as early as possible.
