Dear Team, I had a home lone of Rs. 4laks in your company, I also applied of TOPUP of some amount @ 4 months back for getting a call for customer care, One executive Mr. Dharamendra Will come and collect all req. Documents for this and taken a cheque of Rs.5618/- for the name of processing fees.At the time he was said this is a Normal formalities and we can't take any amount without given your Req. Loan amount.as we have already discussed with him. After 1 month he said we are not able to given this amount to you. And we are reverse this amount in 1week to your account.now after many reminders he was said please talk to Mr Satish Ji for this case. I meet Mr. Satish ji in your Office of Ganga Hights Tonk Road Jaipur. Mr. Satish Was assured to me we are reverse this Amount of Rs.5618/- in nest 10 Days in your account.After 2 month Mr Satish Given same Answer Plz Talk to Mr. Pawan Yadav which is setting of Our Regional Office of Jaipur Tower M I Road Jaipur.Again I was talk to Mr Yadav Same he will replayed to me he will done in next 2-3 days but still no positive response for that side also.       Hi, I have taken a Housing Loan of Rs 1760809/- in Sept 2011 & Loan against Properties of Rs 249991/- in June 2013. Both the times I have been charged Life Insurance Policies of ICICI Lombard & ICICI Prudential Rs 60809/- & Rs 7991/- respectively. Since I have foreclosed both Loans on 17th Sept 2014. I have collected documents on 30th Sept 2014. I was told by Mr. Bipin Chaturvedi that I will be receiving policy details with 7 working days. Today after several reminders over there’s no revert or at least an acknowledgement.

          My name K.Padmavathy, 6/24 Elango Nagar, Padi, Chennai 600050. tamilnadu India. dhfl send sms topup loan 200000/- so I was applied the topup loan and issued the union bank cheque for processing fee on january above 25th dhfl Killpauk chennai main office staff said the topup loan cancelled so your processing fee refund next month. but still now this amount not refundable to me. I went to dhfl kilpauk chennai office many times but no responseable answer in few a day your amount refund but not refund please take necessary action.

              One of the worst customer service.I applied for my loan four months back and there is no response from team.Iam planning to shift to other bank .

              The manager in panjagutta branch is doing it intentionally to match his month end or quarter figures.

              On ringing him several times he says that the documents are not complete.When i ask him earlier he says you have submitted all documents in time.

              If i insist he says the documents which is missing so that it may take another week.

              Finally i received an email saying that my loan is approved but waiting for some formalities.This was last month and nothing happened

              I had to postpone my flight to newzealand three times after which i lost hopes on this dhfl left abroad.Now i think they will post pone my loan to next quarter.


              Very poor customer service.When i phone him they say they are in a meeting.I curse them they will be left only with meeting and no customers in future before they realis that these meetings will be there if there are any customers

                Dear sir, I have home loan from DHFL bank.. Bank charged me over 11% ROI from last 02 Year as on date its 11.60%. When the market rate is around 10.25 to 10.50% even DHFL it self offering 10.50 ROI. After complaining about this bank ask me to pay Rs.2800 as conversion fees for reducing the ROI. I don't understand when my loan is under variable interest rate then why bank asking me to pay for conversion fees..

                  I have invested FD with Dewan Housing Finance . This is matured on 1/8/2014. Till now ie 9.30 pm ( 01/8/2014) the matured amount of 3 lacs has not been credited to my link bank account ie ICICI bank. I am surprised and shocked to note that DHFL is doing like this. Don't you think that they should ensure to credit the amount sharp on due date. I do not know how this company was rated very high???????                     Dear manger,
                    I have a loan account bearing No 00001843. Having accessed to your site summary of account is only seen whereas the statement of the account for the month is not down loaded. It is only showing a dialogue box a separate window to be opened. Even clicking on that no fruitful result is coming out. It disheartens the customer. It is requested to provide e-monthly statement on my mail ID. It will enable the customer to abreast with his loan account status.

                    An early action in this regard will be highly solicited.

                        I applied plot cum Construction loan in DHFL On 6/6/2014 at the time of applying they said we will sanction your loan within 15 days.I submitted each and every document which they asked in time only.Iam regularly pursuing them to sanction my loan to day 19/6/2014 they are saying you need to buy insurance product worth Rs.66000/-.at the time of my application they said they are not collecting any other fee except processing fee i.e.1% on sanctioned loan.I agreed. Now they are saying that it is mandatory to take the insurance other wise we will not sanction your loan. my agreement period is over now.what should i do.if they don't make false promise.i would have organise money to register my plot.is it correct. Issues are below: Received sanction mail with Existing Loan Pre-closure condition. If not your loan will get reject. Due to personal issue I am still searching for the amount for pre-closure of existing loan. This was already notified to respective sales person. In this situation DHFL have deducted Pre-Interest without intimation. I am not expecting this start. Really a pathetic experience I had from beginning itself. I need justification...                           DHFL is Biggest fake and Fraud bank they will collect the original documents and they signed onthe all customer related applications then they will sanction loan for broad tenure and interest rates also,

                            I had a loan with DHFL which was closed 3 months back. Ideally it shouldn't take more than 15 to 20 working days to release the original documents and has it over to the customer. I have been chasing them since 3 months and all I get to know is that their server is down. What bloody server does not work for 3 months. I have been loosing on my insurance money as well as ICICI Lombard will not let me request for money refund until I present them loan closure letter from DHFL.                                   I have submitted all required document as per his executive and loan will be rejected, As processing fee on 26-Apr-2011of Rs- 5515/- file no- 10148.
                                  I got the sms on 26-april-2011 for processing the file intimation. After contineous followup with him executive always is told me, file is in processing, will inform later. after 2 month when i was calling him, he is replied " your file is rejected due to legal is negetive. request for help to refund my processing fee.

                                    I went to dhfl vasai west branch today 25/04/2014 for closing my loan acc. 5875 with final amount of rs. 20080/- cheque, miss shruti on cash counter told me i will not accept cheque, u have to pay rs. 1124 extra for documents custody charges, i told regarding this charge i will talk to senior or branch manager, ranch manager is not availble then she told me go to dahisar branch or come next month today is last day for closing then i met mr. Piyush sharma he told i[censored] not give rs. 1124/- u will not get your documents, i told minimum u accept today my cheque of final amount, if i will talk to branch manager if he will say thischarges i have to pay i will pay in cash next time after 2-3 days i will comeagain, but when she denied to accept cheue, i told her u give me in writting that without rs. 1124/- u will not accept my cheque, then she started shouting on me " tumko jidhar jana hai jao mae cheque nahi leyegi, mae kyo likh ker do, mujhe bank pagar deta hai mae bank kasunegi tu kuan hotaa hai mujhe likhwane wala then mr. Piyush sharma came and pushed me, abhi maar khayega yha chilane ka nahi, go from bank, goto dahiser branch and closed loan their not to talk to shruti our lady staff.

                                      I had taken a home loan from dhfl. They continuously increase thier rate of interest without any notice. Now i read all your statement. I get afraid to see this. I m a existing customer of dhfl from2011.but my loan amount is not getting much lower. Now from some day their customer portal isnot working. I called them they told me to mail my loan a/c no. & wait for till the portal not get ok. So, i cant check my statement of a/c.                                         Hi, I took a housing loan from DHFL and my loan was disbursed without a confirmation on 28/02/2014 and I had my registration on 05/03/2014, so I was forced to agree upon the disbursal date. The point here is I had to pay my first EMI on 10/03/2014, that is hardly just 10 days from my loan disbursal and 5 days from the handover of cheque to the seller. I was informed about this only on 01/03/2014 (about the loan disbursed and the 1st EMI) and they plotted this to the end so that I couldn't have other option at all. Loan Amount: 30.81 lacs 1st EMI on 10/03/2014: 40K Loan Account no: JAY/HOUSIN/IN/013879 I was not informed anything about this while applying and also the hidden charges like some safety insurance (apart from regular insurance) and high processing fee. They were lot hidden with the policies and are not explained in detail while submitting the application. Generally for a Personal or other loans that I have availed, I was asked to pay my 1st EMI only after 30 days, DHFL has made me pay my first EMI in just 5days, request to check if this is as per RBI policy and NOW I AM THINKING OF TRANSFERING MY LOAN TO OTHER BANKS.
