Dear Sir, I Am a customer of DFFL since 2010 and want to inform you that i am very unsatisfied with dhfl since loan taken. When i have take the loan you people have commit lots but all that's was dreams and today i am thinking that DHFL is the biggest cheater in Banking market. the following is my observation till date- 1-i have take loan with ROI 9.5% but today i am paying 12.85% that is highest in housing loan 2-ROI has increased with out any intimation, if this is RBI rules than required inform to customer. 3-Every month you people not clear ECS on time and my bank charged ESC return charge after ecs date. 4-Every Month complaint in branch as well as customer care but till date no response. Finally i have decided to go with legal action, because you people has given loan against my property not donated the money for me. if you are the really profesional in market then never done like same.

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to the above I have taken loan sanction letter on 26th December 2013 for Rs.15, 63, 601/-and after getting sanction letter I have made registration of agreement on 30th December 2013.

    Please note that, I have submitting my original agreement with required documents on 20th Jan 2014 for disbursement but till date not received any confirmation of cheque disbursement from your end.

    Expect cheque? I have received replay from you that my loan sanction validity is expired and new application is rejected. Why you replaying this kind o[censored]nethically I don’t know?

    As per agreement validity of 45 days for a balance payment also expired now you tell me, what shall I replay to flat seller?

    Now if you are not going to sanction my loan then I will request you to please return my loan file immediately without any further delay with cheque of Rs. 21, 169/-. (Rs.17, 569/- + Rs.3, 600/-) which I was paid to you for loan sanction because loan once sanction and after that you have cancelled at your end.

      Never go for loan in DHfl they only have big name and
      banner their service is the worst always negative no
      cooperation i applied for loan an than cancelled but my processing
      fees is still not refund its almist two months they r trying to do fraud with me 5600 is not

          I have apply for Housing Loan in DHFL and they also give me a sanction letter for this and later they say the property which will you purchase the one agreement is false and we shall did not give you a loan. Sir we are not a Property dealer or Advocate i.e. we know about documents your Man Mr. Rohit Matkar will check the same and forward the same to DHFL and he also say to register the same in Stamp Duty House. I will also pay the Rs. 155500/- as a Stamp Duty of the same property. I will bear heavy losses from this. Sir I will request you to give me my Processing Fee back. Please see attach Sanction letter for your reference.

          I would like to bring this to your notice to solve my issues. If you want to analyze my profile i can send it to mail but kindly don’t say send it to Response @DHFL only mail id name contain response but there is no response even I call to executive numbers no response.

          Applied home loan in the month of October 2015, and finally had a call with Nithya (Credit team) on OCT 27th morning 11.30 AM and had discussion on Auto loan and informed her that due to my father heart surgery and Grand mom funeral two transaction missed out and still my loan is going with Mahindra. If am making an payment in between in cash and missing the receipt after 1 yr it will be problem for me if my amount is not reflecting in loan amount sheet because same problem I faced in C&C and conversation is going with bank. I agreed with her that once my loan got sanctioned and pre letter is issued and am ready to close the Auto loan and agreed and Nithya said that for CC and Auto loan .25% will be increased in your interest rate and it will be 9.75% around and agreed on the same. Based on her discussion negotiation amount got sanctioned of 24.5 L below documentation is also sent to her. On the same day I have enquired about the Composite loan and informed Nithya & Saravanan from sales am going for it.

          On 27th evening I called Saravanan number and asked for the letter you said you will give it to representative Mr. Prashanth who has collected the documented from me on behalf of you but I didn’t receive it. After several days follow up you said since it’s a composite Loan you required the document and loan amount is sanctioned. I said yes am finalized after verification from my end and came to know it’s a litigation property which I don’t want to face any issues in future. Even then I have informed you that without pre sanction letter I can’t sit with customer and talk to finish the dealings. After two month 19th of December when I spoked to your manager Mr. Ramakrishnan regarding my pre approve letter and now they are saying its rejected because of Auto loan & CC.

          Based on the words from DHFL me and my family was roaming and searching for land and home. We also given the notice to current house that we are vacating by Jan 15 and shifting to the place where we are selecting the place. Now simply they are saying that rejected that too after 2 months.


          1. When the Credit manager called on 27th why she has increased to .25%? its because of CC and auto loan due ( Why Nithya not informed me its declined why they informed to increase the rate of interest)
          2. Sales people will say its approved and see the land and provide the land document finally after two months you say rejected of CC due ( its all agreed by your credit manager and increased to .25%)
          3. When I was asking for the reason why now its rejected and not informed earlier DHFL employee saying me that please pay the due and talk to me
          4. After all conversation with credit manager and based on the agreed I have released my Cheque for Document fees otherwise I would have cancelled my loan during the initial log in
          5. How can you complaint me that from 2013 you are enquiring about home loan its customer wish to enquiring, applying and cancelling it and still customer pays for it
          6. For presanction letter why do they required the land or home documents (when you have been collected the Document fees and we have some validity days for that presanctioned letter). When the land or home finalized customer will be submitting the record to release the fund.
          7. I have contacted Narayanan from Regional office he says doable if I go to Chennai branch they are giving Phsycological counselling by Mr. Karthir who has introduced by Mr. Jayanth.
          8. Till now no proper response given any DHFL why its rejected?

          Note: Still my Auto loan is going on and it will be ended by 2016. Simple if the customer can’t for home loan they can easily return back the cheque why customer has to be simply 3000 Rs when I couldn’t get the loan

          I need some one to call me from management who can listen and solve my problem

              Dear Sir, In reference to DHFL LOAN APPROVAL - Application No:00933141, this is to inform you that I'm really disappointed with the service you offer the customer who comes for loan. I don't feel like having any relationship with DHFL from now on. I have applied for home loan approximately on 10th of Dec 2013 along with my reason for the loan and gave me all document to Mr. Sunny ([protected]) referred by Mr. Sammir Manchanda ([protected]). I spent almost 30 days for getting all those documents requested by Mr. sammir. after a month Mr. sammir asked me that loan is sanction but it is block by the technical Department due to following reason of “Part of Plot” but give me some time i will sanction your loan. finally After 35 day he said me that your loan could not sanction. He also said me to refund my processing fees. This is really not a good service. I have received only the verbal information regarding loan sanction from the loan agent and so far no sanction letter has been issued by the bank and no disbursement has been done. Please give me a mail or letter also if the loan amount of Rs.20 lac. can't be sanctioned. I would like to request you to refund the amount of Rs. 5, 618.00 that was paid by me through cheque to DHFL as processing fee. The cheque details are as follows: HDFC BANK Cheque No. 427095 Paid to: DHFL Dated: Dec 23, 2013 Amount: Rs. 5, 618.00 Waiting for a satisfactory reply from you.                 DHFL is charging unauthorized charges, I have asked for Foreclosure letter they are charging Foreclosure charges, Document Retrieval Charges & Preclosure Statement charges

                And they maintain double standards for lending one standard and at the time of closure one standard, it’s seriously unfair. irrespective of date you wish to close they will charge you the interest they will charge you for the entire month and they will not reduce the current month EMI and they will charge Foreclosure charges for the current month EMI which is cleared 10 days before.

                And request all to never take home a loan from DHFL as they just increase loan as per RBI but never reduce it while RBI is reducing the rate. I took loan in 2010 at 9.5% but as you know that after 2010 rate of interest was increasing regularly (when RBI revised rate). My loan is now at 11.5%. Whenever RBI reduce REPO rate by 0.5 point and 0.25, DHFL never do the same. When i asked them they have not reduced my rate of interest they told me that they can not do this.

                DHFL — Withdrawal of PF not Received

                I am ex-employee of Kelly Services Inda Pvt Ltd. we are left the job on[protected]. I have sent a PF withdrawal forms to PF office in Gurgaon. but till date, i have not received my PF amount. i have submitted the forms
                I want to know the status of my PF.
                DHFL is charging unauthorized charges, I have asked for forcecloser letter they are asking for charges for same which i think is not required,
                Also they will take week time for providing same,
                Even after RBI repo rate was decreased they were charging us interest on 12% only, there was no any change in my emi,
                I think this kind of finance companies must withdraw or government must take right action.

                  WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN Dear sir, I am submitting this written application requesting a refund of the loan processing fee of (amount-5618.00) and all the documents submitted to your financial company, as per the telephonic conversation we had today Monday 16th December 2013. I have already give this information about the plot size of 33 yards as there is no map available to your employee Ritesh Gautam at DHFL at the beginning while the submission of the documents for the home loan application, but i was given this reassurance from him after talking to his seniors that it will approved and your loan will be sanctioned in a week or so, but even after that while i got a confirmation call from DHFL last week i have told them the size without map and the required amount of 13 lakhs but they said that we can offer you more if you want and then the required amount was changed to 14 lakhs but even then i have not got any disapproval of the size or the map which is mandatory while submitting of the documents, and till now the amount was debited with cheque number-948407 on dated 10th December but till now i have not got any application number or any the form number regarding the request of the home loan from DHFL. The amount of 14, 00, 000, I plan to take from Dhfl, plus the money I already have will help me to buy the apartment as well.                         I applied for land loan on 2011 . They took Doc and processing Fee.
                        After Some time they told you Document is not proper so you have to deposite 2 LAC INR that means i applied for 5Lac Now they told me that you apply for 7 Lac and deposite 2 LAC on there Bank.
                        Finally i tiold no need - get my processing fee - they given less than 50% what they took from me.

                        Please look closing they may be doing Illegal business.
                        I recommend - these people must punished .

                          Sir, My self Anupam Kaushal, I have taken loan from your bank to purchase a plot in Murbad. My customer code is 00971902 & loan code is 00020195. I have closed my loan on 07/09/2013. My receipt No. is 00018892. I called by bank (DHFL) to collect the original document of property on 11/10/2013. Bank handover me the following documents. 1. Agreement for Sale 2. Index II for agreement document 3. NOC for Mortgage from the builder/developer. 4. Receipt of payment of stamp duty 5. Receipt of payment Made to Builder 6. Registration Receipt Please see attached document. I did not get my sale deed. I asked the same question to the person who has hand over me the document. I got response that bank did not get sale deed till now. Now I have confirmed with authorized person that Sale Deed has been received by Bank. I have a cash credit account with state bank of India for last 7 years of Rupees 14, 70, 000/- against my property estimated approximate valuation of Rupees 70, 00, 000/- . I wanted to shift my cash credit loan to EMI based loan. Representative from your company approached me and I applied for a loan against property. With much profound grief I am writing this letter to you. I have applied for a loan against property to your bank on 29 july 2013 along with all the papers. I wanted a foreclosure of my cash credit loan and transfer to loan against property. I talked with DHFL and they agreed to do the same. On 05 August 2013 I received a sms in my mobile about receipt of my application and allotted with enq id BRSC523121. It stated that “ YOUR LOAN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED . KINDLY CONTACT OUR SALES EXECUTIVE FOR FURTHER REQUIREMENTS.” Along with my loan application I have deposited 3 cheques . Cheque no 7289 amounting rs 5618.00. cheque no 7290 amounting rs 1600.00 and cheque no 4912 amounting rs 11236. All the cheques were cleared from my icici bank account number[protected] on 10 august 2013. In the due course of time my verification was done by your bank, valuation of my property was done and technical inspection was also carried out. In several occasions I received call from your DHFL 4 N.C. DUTTA SARANI, CLIVE GHAT ROW UBI BUILDING 1ST FLOOR. OPPOSITE SAGAR ESTATE DALHOUSIE KOLKATA 700001 and asked to visit there for few queries. I visited there and solved the queries. On 27th august I was confirmed that my application is complete and I will get the loan. I applied for rupees 3500000. I was said that you will get between 3000000 to 3200000. On 29 august 2013 I received a call from mobile number [protected] by Mr Krishanu who introduced himself as a representative from the credit department of DHFL 4 N.C. DUTTA SARANI, CLIVE GHAT ROW UBI BUILDING 1ST FLOOR. OPPOSITE SAGAR ESTATE DALHOUSIE KOLKATA 700001 wanted to visit my office. He visited my office and asked several questions which I replied and showed all the documents he asked from me. Before leaving the premises he asked me for a bribe of 2% of the sanctioned loan, which I denied straight way. He even said that If you don’t agree to my proposal then your loan will not be sanctioned. At about 04 37 pm I received a sms enq id BRSC533940. It stated that “ YOUR LOAN APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED . KINDLY CONTACT OUR SALES EXECUTIVE FOR FURTHER REQUIREMENTS.” On 31 August at about 02 19 pm I received a sms from DHFL stating “Dear customer, your loan application 00905422 dated 29 August 2013 with DHFL has been declined. Kindly contact your Sales Executive or visit our nearest branch. “ . I visited several times to your aforementioned branch but treated like a shuttle cock by the branch manager Mr D. K. Mishra., Mr Arpan from credit department. Nobody can say me why my loan application was declined. I meet Mr Sanjeev Patnaik, who informed me that my loan application was declined for low eligibility, but could not state that how much is my eligibility when I already got a loan from sbi 7 yrs back with less valuation of property and less sound income tax profile. As per the para 5 of RBI/[protected]/280 DBOD.No.Leg.BC.65 /09.07.005/2006-07 DATED March 6, 2007 your institution is supposed to submit me the reasons in writing. On enquiring I found that your institution has a practise of receiving lots of application and rejecting them without any written submission and not refunding the processing fee. When I approached with this point I was promised that my processing fee will be refunded. I submitted an application to Mr D K MISHRA, but not received any refund of fee till date. I know that granting of loan is at full discretion of the financial institution where I applied for loan, so I have no grievances for why I have not got the loan. I need the clarification on the following points. 1. What happened to my loan enq id BRSC523121. Dated 05 august 2013. 2. How a new loan enquiry id BRSC533940 dated 29 august 2013 is opened without my consent when I refused to pay bribe to Mr krishanu before rejecting the loan enq id BRSC523121. Dated 05 august 2013. 3. Why the reason of declining my loan application has not been intimated to me in written even after 35 days of declining the same. 4. When I will get refund of my processing fee. I would also like to clarify on RTI ACT that how many loan application is received by your institution every month and how many are processed and how many processing fees are refunded for the declined loan application and the accountability of that money and report the matter to RBI for further necessary action. Last but not the least, now I will like to share my experience I gathered from your institution with everyone through my facebook, other consumer forums, local tv and other media SO THAT PEOPLE THINK TWICE BEFORE SUBMITTING THEIR APPLICATION TO YOUR INSTITUTION AS IT WILL BE A LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY.                               Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I wanted to pre close my existing home loan from DHFL Mysore Branch. Regarding this I have already discussed with Mr Kulkarni, he promised me that my original paper will be given back to me within eight days. Till date he is unable to answer because he has no knowledge about the same. His senior Mr. Ramchandran too does not have any information. They are just telling me that my house paper will be dispatch on Monday. Condition is such that, I have already sold the house and taken a token advance of Rs. 500000/-I have to hand over the papers to the purchaser on 27.9.13 for Registration. I have already deposited loan amount on dated 07-September-2013. Till date no response from the concern office. If I don’t hand over the paper to the party before date I have to pay Rs 500000 (Rupees Five Lakhs) as penalty to the purchaser. Please look into the matter at the earliest, incase if I have to pay the penalty I will file a case in the Consumer Court.

                                I am a customer for DHFL holding a loan for a plot and I was paying 16,000 EMI until last month. Today I got a call from DHFL saying the check was bounced due to insufficient funds though, I have sufficient funds in my bank accounts. When I went there to enquire I have to hear a BIG shock. They have raised the EMI from 16,000 to 22,000 without my consent or via proper communication.
                                I have asked for explanation and they are so rude and trying to force to pay the new amount. I don’t know how to react. Someone please suggest!!!

                                    Myself devendra from Noida. Yes you are right. They only know to increase rate of interest and never reduce it. If in future RBI revised their policy and i[censored]nfortunately they increase rate of interest then definitely DHFL will increase but if in market interest rate goes down they will never do the same. I took loan in 2010 @8.5 and now it is 11.5%. They always increased my ROI but never reduced it. I really do not know what action we can take. Is any guideline of RBI for this. what is the meaning of floating ROI? if it never goes down. It must be only increasing ROI.
                                    I was trying for loan transfer in other bank. Now they are changing 562/-Rs if you demand foreclosure letter earlier it was free of cost.
                                    almost all bank do same if you want DHFL do reduce ROI then you have to pay conversion fee.

                                    Even this company is having one of their agent Called Anand Dhuri, based in mumbai and running a company by the name of an and finance and strategic advisors pvt ltd is making borrowers fool tell them that he will manage to give loans from this company on lower rate of interest and charge the 10 - 30 lacs rupees as the cost of due diligence or processing fee. Afterward making them fool via saying monday you will get the status on monday he say friday will surely you will get your money. that passes the time day to weeks, weeks to months and them months to year... he is a big time fraud, cheater never deposit money to him. he did not even a single transition in his life till now.

                                      Never take home loan from DHFL as they just increase loan as per RBI but never reduce it while RBI is reducing the rate. I took loan in 2010 at 8.5% but as you know that after 2010 rate of interest was increasing regularly (when RBI revised rate). My loan is now at 11.5%. Whenever RBI reduce rate by 0.5 point or 0.25, DHFL never do the same. When i asked him why they have not reduced my rate of interest they told me that they can not do this. But when i asked him if interest rate will increase by ant point will they will increase their rate of interest and his answer was YES. So do not take loan from DHFL. As they know only to incrase rate of interest whenever RBI increase this. But they do not know to decrease it. They very frankly says you can get transfer of your remaining loan in other bank, but they will not reduce rate of interest.

                                      I had received a Home Loan sanction letter which shows rate of interest 11.% & EMI calculaion shows 11.75%

                                      I have taken a loan from your ICICI Bank, Sector 9, Chanbdigarh Branch under Loan A/c No. LBCHD[protected]in which at present your bank is charging 12.25% rate of interest and now your bank is asking me to deposit Rs.5925 more if I wanted to reduce my rate of interest to 11% as switchover charges and plus they are asking for some complsory risk coverage insurance plan which has to be done by ICICI Lumbard and charges of the same is approx. Rs.15000 per annum.

                                      I am unable to understand this why your bank is not reducing the interest rate automatically when it was finaced on floating rate of interest basis. I want my interest rate should be reduced with imm. effect and inform me imm.

                                        1. ON 11/03/2013 I GAVE DEMAND LETTER TO DHFL TO DISBURSE THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF LOAN. THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 4-5 DAYS.

                                        2. AFTER ONE WEEK WHEN I ASKED THEM THEY SAID THEY WANT THE BUILDER ESCROW ACCOUNT DETAILS. WHEN I ASKED TO BUILDER (PVS CONSTRUCTIONS P LTD) TO PROVIDE THE SAME . THEY TOLD THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY ESCROW ACCOUNT ANY MORE.

                                        3. IT HAS BEEN INFORMED TO DHFL . THEN THEY DEMAND A LETTER OF THIS FROM BUILDER.

                                        4. ON 06/04/2013 I PROVIDE THE SAME TO DHFL FROM BUILDER. THEY SAID NOW IT WILL TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO DISBURSE THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF LOAN .

                                        BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN HAPPENED TILL NOW AND NO BODY FROM DHFL IS BOTHER TO TAKE THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY.

                                        ALL THE TIME WHEN THEY ARE BEING CALLED BY ME . THEY BEHAVE VERY IRRESPONSIBLY.

                                        I AM IN VERY NEED TO TAKE OVER MY FLAT BUT DUE TO DHFL IT IS NOT PROCESSING.

                                        homeloan — delay

                                        I have saction a home loan of Rs 4.81Lakhs on16th of august 2008. The processing and documentation are done by the SBI Nanthencode branch Trivandrum, Kerala State. But I cannot get the cheque for the prescribed amount through the Advocate to close my existing home loan from the ICICI Bank Trivandrum.Please take necessry steps.

                                        Home Loan — LOAN DISBURSEMENT

                                        I have received Preliminary E-approval letter from HDFC on 13/04/2010 f
                                        I gave my application and document to Santosh Tiwari from Andheri branch. I was informed that the loan will get sanction in 10 day.
                                        I got sanction letter HDFC LOAN APPROVAL - after 55 days on 26 May 2010.
                                        Now during loan disbursement branch official are saying project is not approved.
                                        whereas during application filling time that project is approved.
                                        Branch official are saying disbursement will take place after project gets approved
                                        I have to give builder his due by 05/06/2010. Otherwise builder will charge interest
                                        HDFC should have informed me that it would not be able to give loan in time
                                        Why put me through this horror for 60 days .
                                        Now when i try to call AGENY wont pick up the phone.

                                        Home Loan — Delay for Loan disburse

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have applied home loan for the month of November after all verification also till date my developer yet to received single instalment from the bank.Several times i have follow up with the bank manager but she is absolutely helpless.Now it seems to be that I am a begger....I am begging for money....I don't know but you have change the meaning of Loan ...today's scenario taking loan is a begging....
