[Resolved]  DHFL — Refund of processing fee as loan rejected

Hi, I had applied for home loan app. no 00845993 to DHFL 2 month back. I had giving Rs 5618/- as initial amount as processing fee to DHFL. But because of some issue in my CIBIL reprot DHFL has rejected the loan. Later I asked to refund the processing fee as the loan is not processed. DHFL says Rs 3000/- there would not be refund of money.refund of mony Rs 2618/- my question is if loan is not processed then why they are taking this much amount? As per my knowledge they should charge the amount required to get my CIBIL report and background check. Is there any way to get the balance amount back. Thanks

I HAVE APPLIED A LOAN (GURGOAN) IN THE NAME OF MRS SWETA MANDAL(AGENT NAME MR PANCHAM) (MANAGER AMEET SAURABH) I HAVE SUBBMIT ALL PAPER AS REQUIREMENT AND PAID LOGIN FEES PROCESSING FEES & STAMP FEES TOTAL AMOUNT PAID (RS 8400) AFTER THAT THEY SAID YOUR LOAN IS SANTIONED AND CHEQ IS ALSO READY BUT APPROOVAL HAS TO COME AFTER A MONTH THEY SAID YOUR LOAN IS CANCELLED BUT THEY HAVE AGAIN DEDUCTED A PRE EMI RS 750 FROM MY ACCOUNT BY CHEQ THEN I GOT A ICICI PRUDENTIAL POLICY INSURANCE OF MY LOAN AMOUNT RS 1313400 DHFL HAS PAID A ONE TIME PREMIUM RS30, 000 FROM MY SANTIONED LOAN AMOUNT AFTER THAT THEY AGAIN APPLY A CHEQ RS 4782 OF INTEREST OF SANTIONED AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT IF MY LOAN IS NOT PASSED WHY THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM ME .AFTER THAT THEY REFUND MY FEW PAPER OF MY PROPERTY BUT TILL NOW THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY MONEY & 12 BLANK CHEQ SIGNED SO PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL OTHER WISE I HAVE TO TAKE SOME ANOTHER ACTION MY MOBILE NO [protected], [protected]

looting money and terming it as processing fee... wow... go work hard to earn not to loot others money... you fraudsters DHFL 😔
