[Resolved]  Dish TV — Recharge validity

Dear Sur,

I have recharged my dish tv (VC No. [protected]) amounting to Rs. 500/- vide Account No.[protected] and Password No. 5092, but the payment details and validity have not yet been shown on my TV screen after passing 2-3 days.The message received that transaction successfully done.

i have recharged the dish tv my vc no [protected] on 31/12/2010 reference no given ro-31/12/10 cr-104034 at 19:00 hrs on 31/12/2010. at what time i will get updated

yesterday iam recharge for two month validity but validity date reduced for one week so you give full validity for two month my vc no [protected]
