I am the subscriber of Dish Tv for the last 1 and half year, My VCNo.
[protected]. On 30th April 2009 I re-charged my ("Platinum") package vide
Transection I.D. No. 2725187 for amounting to Rs. 1800/- . On the
renewal I was watching some more channels like Bindass, UTV Movies,
Colors, TV5 monde etc. but they are presently not playing on my TV. I

I have taken gold package from Dish TV at Rs 180 including tax. Now they have increased rate of pacakge from 180 to 190 + TAX of this package.

I do not want to pay more than 180. They are saying you will have to pay only 190 + Tax and if you want to downgrade your plan then you will have to pay additional 40 Rs.

How you can increase package rate?

I worked 1year and 6 months in ASC Enterprises Ltd, Film City, Noida and left in 2007. ASC Enterprises Ltd was later changed to Dishtv India Ltd.

I made a request for two new a la carte packs through sms(MOVIE WORLD AND EXPLORER PACK).But they have not activated it yet.they replied through sms that u have subscibed these package and told me to keep the stb on channel NE tv for 2 hours. But still not getting....

The following is the mail sent to dishtv customer care after talking to them several time on ph after my problem could not be solved after more than 48 hrs and still no response i got after more than 72 hrs over i'm not able to watch any channels.

I am one of the subscriber of DishTV and recharged my Dish TV account on the month of February. As the recharge free offer is going on, i should get 3 a-la-carte packages and free movie on demand for one year.
