I'm a customer of DISH TV; my VC no. [protected];
I'm requesting to dealer/ DISH customer care - regarding problem being faced suddenly by me about non-receipt of Signals (Set Top Box- Antenna)
Immediately, everyone trying to bring me to spend money of Rs.150.00 for mechanic ( whose work don't have any guarantee period).
I tried to explain that, being your so many customers, it should be mandatory to keep the service free
(as being followed by Cable opeartors). No One is ready to listen; Alternately, they advised me to go to the Cable TV operator.
How amaging India is Progressing!! One side, Mr. Shahrukh khan tiredlessly trying to campaign for DISH TV. But, he don't feel the grassroot problems. Alternately, he is campaigning / will again campaign for Annual Maintenance Contract ( he is interested in his part only- being a National Hero also).
It is to be understood by DISH TV Owner, Mr. Subhas Chandra that, they are getting regular advance renewal from customers, for which, it should be responsibility of DISH TV to look, whether customers of them are getting satisfied of the uninterrupted service. If
Yes, it may be the option, if there is any harware got damaged, it may be chargeable. But to depute mechanic immediately, i feel, it should be M/s DISH TV's responsiblity.
I request DISH TV for necessary advice to concerned dealer ( M/s Metro Vision- D.P.Road, Opp. Medipoint Hospital, Aundh, Pune- Mobile No. [protected] / [protected]), so that, I get the uninterrupted service of viewing DISH TV, for which, i ( everybody) already paid in advance.
