[Resolved] Dish TV — DishTv Service is very poor and Dish TV doesnt care for problems of its customers | |
I am facing a lot of problems against DISH TV. My dish tv is not properly worked because the dish tv alignment is not properly connected. Regarding this. I tried customer care phone no given by Dish TV[protected],[protected] &[protected] for logged a complain. I tried continuously 4 hours but I could not get the line.Next day once again I tried to lodge a complaint and finally raised a complain(no;[protected] on April 18, 2008 but they did not respond to my issue. After 5 days they send one technician nothing he did but he charged 500 rupees. still i am facing same problem this is the very bad situation with DISH TV. please... Was this information helpful? | |

Completely unscrupulous service team. Not at all bothered about customer and worser than local cable tv service.
Normal package migration is pending complaint 10226262. no response for more than 3 days. spent more than 200 rs in calling the customer service.

For everyone who is reading this post, its my personal experience and suggestion Please dnt go for DishTV.

My bad days started, when i planned to go for Dish TV.
They took 4500/Rs, assuring that they will provide free service for one year.
But when we are checking the records, its coming out to be only 6 months ...
and after one month of service, something happened to DistV antenna becoz of which it was not catching the signal.
After that i am calling Customer care everyday..everyday, i swear ..but they and their 24 hours...
everyday same damn thing, "Madam give us 24 hours" but dnt knw when their final 24th hour will come.
so please dnt make the the same mistake that i have made...
Dont ever go for DishTV in ur life...

I am not getting any channel through DIsh Tv. I have lodged the complaint regarding DISH TV, on 26 apr 08. They transfer my complaint to Pune office(kharadi). But no technician came to solve my problem.
Now nobody is picking up the phone, if someone pick the phone for disconnecting it . Really if Dish people come to my home then i will through them from 5 floor along with their DISH .
Totally DISH is cheating people, worst service center in country.

I got BB connection from MTNL under a scheme of "waiver of all installation and other charges" in March 2007 but surprisingly Rs.1300/- was deducted as installation and other charges in Dec'2007. Though I have moved my appeal to PG cell but no result. Disgusted I am, ultimately disconnected my BB connection in May 2008.

I fully agree. Last two days I am trying to renew subscription by phone & website but without success. Site is not working. IVR is of no use. telephone number is constantly busy and if I get hold of some crap CSR she tells me some new number. I recommend not to take any subscription from dishtv.

Dish TV is not working here for past two months, we have been calling AV solutions, but not responding to the calls ( Adsress:Tata Consultancy services SJM tower, Gandhinagar, Bangalore-560009

Dish TV — DishTv doesnt care for problems of its customers
I purchased one DishTv DTH set on 31st August 2006. At the time of purchase I was assured by the dealer for a quality service.I was promised to install the dish on very next day ie the 1st of Sept. 06. Hence, I waited for DishTv man who was supposed to install the dish. But NO ONE came.
I spend a good amount on calling DishTV peopple during next two months for installationj, but NO RESPONSE. Only after two months of purhcase, company's service personal came to my home for installation... what a service ! DishTV can verify my installation record.
One of my friend who purchased another company's DTH got his dish installed on the very same day. thats a service which should be appreciate.
I am afraid to comment about the DishTV services - its worst one i ever seen provided from a Big company like it is.
As the Installation occurred AFTER TWO MONTHS of purchase, I requested company (almost 50 times through phone and emails) to extend my free viewing time for another two months. They never look into the matter and never tried to feel the problem I faced because of their company.
I NEVER GOT ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY FROM COMPANY. THEY SURELY FEEL THEIR CUSTOMER CAN NOT DO MUCH ONCE THEY TRAPPED BY PURCHASING THEIR DISHTV.
THIS IS TRULY HOPELESS COMPANY...!
