My distv same time not working

i reached to dealer shop on date 21/06/2009 for some channel not access last weak but always he told in the evening my technician comming but today as on date not came my distv no. [protected].my mobile no.[protected].do the needful.pls solve my problem.
my dish set was working till yestarday night from today morning only free channels i.e only DD channels are comming to get all channels which were their what to do pl guide me my set top box model no-CD-1004iS, SL-No-0860ABF23BS30997 & sim card no-[protected]-6
Sir, my dis tv is not supporting some channels that Ten sports, star gold, filmiy etc. please take this problem sollution
