Dear Sir, I have your company dish tv connection & same was disconnected some months back. I contacted Sangeetha Enterprises for re-activation and pay the subscription of Rs.3780.00 (Refer bill no 2100, 2.6.08) They assured me to give the connectioon within 48 hours. My dish TV V.C No. [protected]. Till today no service from your team. Simply they given the different number us to contact, which was do not useful to us. You are requested to send Service Personnel to our address and sortout the matter. Otherwise, kindly refund our amount and we will avail different company connection for the same. Dish TV Connection — poor service from Dishtv/service center
Dear sir,I have worst experience with the DISH TV.
I am not getting any response from you and your's service center. I had registered a complaint on 17.08.09, 19.08.09 compl. No. 28410662 and 21.08.09 in customer care, but of no use. Now i m not getting response from them. did anyone have the senior mangement to look the matter or any contact no of senior officer. please informe.

Subject: Harassment and befooling by Dishtv leading to deactivation of connection inspite of advance payment
Dear Sir
Three days have passed since your company deactivated my dishtv connection one month in advance, though I have paid for the same. They are deliberatly harassing us by beating around the bush and not replying our specific query, i.e., to send the proof of the fact that we requested the additional channels for which they have arbitrarily deducted from our advance subscription for 6 months and closed our connection in 5 months.
We have requested to the Nodal Officer but, the reply is coming from the same customer care staff who feel that we are fool. From this scene it seems that practically there is no Nodal officer in Dishtv and only customer care people are autocraticly handling the complaints working hand in gloves with dummy nodal officer. We are continued to suffer and deprived of your services for which we have already paid. If the nodal officer exist in the compny please respond to our mail. And Kindly direct your customer care staff to stop sending befooling nonsense versions of the complaint.
The problem is very simple and they are making it complicated for unknown reasons. They say that since we got some UTV etc channels activated along with platinum pack so they ave deducted extra amount from our 6 months advance and cut short our viewing period from 6 months to 5 months. In response to their version we have simply asked to send us the evidence of our request that we requested those so called additional channels. And that is all. We do not know what is wrong in our request, so that instead to sending us the evidence they deactivated our connection.
For last 3 days Dishtv have been confined us to jail cutting us from entire outside world including the basic Free to Air Channels. Kindly look into the matter and activate our connection and take action against staff who is harassing us.
