I purchased recharge free ITZ cash card from Ms.Nangia, Yeshwant stadium Nagpur I sent SMS on 24/4/2009 from mobile no [protected] we got reply missing que, recharge for VC No [protected] sms id 741327 set top box no [protected] b 57030179. I failed to get Pin number from rechargeitnow.com on mobile no [protected] as per their email. Further card No was given to him for enquiry and recharge. He told it was already used They are not responsible. Again I paid Rs.936/- +30/- for recharging. How to get recharge amount of Rs.700/- neither vendor nor company is taking any response. I had discontinued dish tv services for almost ayear due to recharge problems.on 21st jan. irecieved a call from dishtv people asking me reasons for not recharging my account.I informed him about recharge difficulties for discontinuation. he assured me about promt services and offer of dishtv about getting tow months extra benifit by purchasing tow months cashcard.I beleived him and purchased two months gold cashcard.Isent sms. to 57575 for recharg as per guidlines provided on the card.But to my surprise recharg did not take place.I enqired on helpline numbers but could not get recharg. I was replied that systos are being upgraded so we can not do anything in this matter.This is astonishing and notbefitting for a company like dishtv. Company must ensure for immidiate recharg or payback the investment made by costomer. expacting an early action.my vc.no. o[protected].
