[Resolved]  DishTV — Poor reception of signal since the time it was installed.

I Muktaben Rathod a subsciber[vc# [protected]] of dishtv(direct to home tv service) would like to officially lodge a complaint against dishtv for poor reception of signal since the time it was installed for roughly around 9 months.I would also like to lodge a complaint against the dishtv franchise(set vision, waghodia road, vadodara, gujarat) whom i had bought the dishtv from for persuading me to switch over to another service provider like airtel.This is highly unacceptable on part of the dishtv franchise to do marketing for & compelling customers to switch over to other service provider.
I reported the problem to franchise which was then been looked upon by the engineers with some adjustments in the orientation of the anteena, but the problem prevailed thereafter once the engineers left my house.there were number of false comitments made by the franchise to send in the engineers.They dont even attend our calls.
Inspite of repeatedely intimating the customer care through phone no action has been taken yet.
I will be really thankful if you take an immediate action against this problem and fix the same ASAP.

Dish TV — Poor Reception

i took connection of Dish TV in 2006, since then whenever it use to rain, no signal was recived. i complained this many times to the deler and customer care no without any positive feed back. dealer would send his person and charge us Rs 150 for every visit.
recently i.e. april/may we stared loosing chanels in afternoon hence we comlained to dealer and SMS the complaint to 57575. we got complaint no. and nothing happened. after third time i wrote email to customer care bur recived no rpely.
again i send reminder without response.
now in sept my subscription is over, and Dish tv has started responding saying your subscription is over pay the same to resolve the problem.
i sincerly advice all no to go to this service provider any more.
on[protected] at 11.59 am we had subscribed your dish tv and paid Rs.630 for gold pack for 3 months. The transaction number was 38872547. On the next day we recieved a message saying that they had booked for platinum pack and that to for two months without my approval.I had also complained to the dealer about this act but no action was taken, now again I paid Rs.250 for silver pack that is on 11-12-09 at 7.15 pm the activation was done after 24 hrs and that to calling 8 to 9 times at the telephone number which is subscribed by you people, I have wasted Rs.150 just on the phone call to get proper reply from your dish tv persons. On 12-12-09 that is just after one day i am againing receiving a message saying your next recharge is 15-12-09 it also indicates the price as Rs.113 tax per month. what is the actual payment?. This clearly indicates that a customer has to pay Rs.250 for two days this will be published in the media along with all the telephonic message
I would like to complain about dish tv my VC no. is [protected]. Dish tv people are cheating people by taking the said amount and not activating it. For example
1.) on[protected] at 11.59am I had paid 630 Rs. for 3 months and that to for gold pack as per the instruction of dish tv but the activation was done for platinum pack and that to for 2 months. I do not understand the reason why such act was done. About this act I had complaint to the dealer from where I haved booked and also on the phone no. mentioned in the brochure of dish tv but I did not get any positive reply from both the sides.
2.) On[protected] at 7.15 pm I paid 250 Rs. for a month, silver pack on[protected] that is just after 5 days the silver pack was discontinued. I would like you consumer people should take strict action against this complaint

Note: In this 3 month's I have wasted 150 Rs. on my mobile just to lodge a complaint to the dish tv call center.
