I regularly order dominos from JP Nagar 4th phase, Bangalore outlet. Tonight when the order was placed they accepted my order but it was not delivered. I've called them so many time, initially they said delivery boy is on the way to delivere later they are not even picking the call n many time hanged the phone without answering. My order was not delivered finally. That kind of behavior is very rude and unethical. My house is just 2 km from the outlet and is only 5 min drive for which they didn't delivered. Never expected such a nasty behavior from the staff of a multinational chain.

    Three times in a row i have faced bad service.


    1. The pizzas were not cut properly. All peices were of different size.
    2. The garlic breadsticks were stale..could barely sink my teeth into the hard bread.
    3. They forgot to season the pizza sauce...it was without salt and very bland.
    4. My house is 500 metres from the shop still time taken was more than an hour. When i asked if its free..the guy starts arguing.
    5. The pizza over here does not taste like a regular Dominoes pizza.

      I ordered a medium size pizza - (1 nos) which was "30 min nahi toh FREE" offer at 8:58:34 PM on 22nd August 2012 from Dominos, Online.
      The order redirected to Panchpakadi Store. After 22 mins store called me to confirm address.
      They deliver the order at 09:35PM, So I asked his for free offer but delivery boy said that this offer is not valid for online payment.
      This was the second time when declined my request.

        i ordered a cheese burst pizza with extra cheese from dominoes 3b2 and it did not have cheese at all.i called them to complaint about the same,first they did not had time to talk while if you have to order they have all the time in the world.then the manager came on call and was not ready to listen and instead of feeling sorry he kept the phone down.

            I Live in US and was visiting Goa for vacation. I am so used yo the sizes of Domino pizza in US. Based on that I ordered Two pizzas from Margao Domino pizza store. My tel. no is 732841. One was large and the other medium. What I received was more like a pan pizza and medium pizza. The delivery boy said this is the large and medium pizza. I could not believe what he said. How can Domions being international company have two different standards? I tried checking on internet but did not find a place where I could find the right information.

            Hope to hear from Dominos...I ma here for only short duration, so email is the best medium

              I had ordered 1 margarita, 1 farmhouse cheese burst pizzas from Dominos Sec 22 Gurgaon Branch and 3 stuffed Garlic breads.
              The Farmhouse pizza was pathetic, Garlic breads had no stuffing at all, they were as good as the normal garlic breads.

              I had also ordered 3 chocolava cakes, and out of them 1 was burnt having a very bad taste.
              I called to register a complaint and talked to Shashi Nayak and he was very rude about it.

              The order was dated 17 August 2012 with order number 46.

              I am very dissapointed with all this and will prefer other pizza outlets from now on if this is the kind of response one gets for the complaints

                This complaint is regarding three things:
                1) In Efficient Manager and staff
                - Most of the team, Manager included, make up their own policies and rules. I can understand that the team members can be true but I don't think customers should be the harassed to train these new members. That is the responsibility of the Manager and Dominos.

                2) Bad quality of Food and packaging
                - The quality of food and even the packaging is ridiculously 'Dhaba' style. Just dump everything on the plate without concern about the portions or even distribution of toppings. Once I actually received a pizza with three pieces of bread and three pieces with ALL the topping.
                - Even the packaging is dirty and needs to be wiped at home before we can even open the packaging.

                3) Non-Compliance of 30 minute guarantee
                - I never get the FREE pizza. Once I got a 300 rupee discount and other times I got arguments and stupid reasons for not making it on time. One of the most hilarious one was that Dominos is only responsible for delivering the order till the society gate. And it can take much longer to deliver to your door step. Is the company trying to cheat clients?

                An international brand is turning into an Indian nightmare. Will someone look into this? I wonder.

                  I had a Worst Experience with Dominos Pizza on August 03, 2012. I had ordered Pizzas Online on Dominos Portal at 8:40 PM and we got these Delivered at 10:15 PM.

                  While tried contacting the Store all the phones are ringing but no one is attending. After 10:00 PM one person had spoken with me and said that there is a Oven Problem and we will get it by 20 Mins. But the Delivery Boy is saying that it is out of Area and that is not their mistake.

                  When the Company cannot Stand on their Promise for Delivering within 30 Minutes why the hell they are cheating the Public with the false Promises

                  Also the Customer Service is Horrbile as both the Manager and Delivery Boy of the AshokNagar store are Worst.

                  Please dont ever Buy the Pizza thorugh Online from Dominos Pizza. This is a wrong way of cheating the public as we already would have paid the money and they can Deliver whenever they want and Wish to????

                  My name is Shashikant Mulik, yesterday at 14.29 I did order to dominos pizza shop(Kopar Khairane) for the peppy paneer and barbeque chiken and i also have the coupens ADV01, Delivery boy came at 15.08, as per company policy he should gave me the pizzas for free of cost. but he told me to call in store n then i called there the person Pramod Chouby was on call n he told me that "why r u doin like this?, Pizza delivery is not late(in very arrogant language)".
                  We eat 3-4 slices, but on the pressure of Pramod Chouby the delivory boy takes return his order. That means he didnt fulfill the companies policy n didnt deliver the pizza.

                  Please do some strict action on this, and give my delivry return.On today only.

                  today i have ordered a country special pizza and it came after approx.40 mins and when i call them, said that i am going to complain they said they don't worry about the complaint... how disgusting they are
                  I ordered two medium pizzas from dominos on June 17, 2012 and it was suppose to be a home delivery. Now, the dominos pizzas promises that if the pizza is not delivered in thirty minutes, the customer would get it for free. My pizzas was delivered FIFTEEN MINUTES late, i.e, he took forty five minutes. I paid the the delivery boy but when I went to keep the pizza inside I realized that he was extremelt late and the pizzas were cold too. I rushed to the door but he had left so I called the dominos manager, (patna) to inform about this. Someone took the call and after listening to the problem, he very rudely disconnected the phone instead of connecting the call to the manager.

                  When somehow i reached the manager, Mr Sanjay Thakur, he said that my locality does not cover the offer of free pizza on late delivery so it was ok if the pizza was delivered late. He said its a rule in Patna for few of its localities. Whereas my information goes, Dominos mentions free pizza for late delivery and never the customers have been informed about the rule which Mr Thakur has mentioned. Secondly, they could have informed about this self created rule when I gave them my address. Few weeks back same thing had happened with my sister but at that time he had given the pizza free but after much argument.. Now, if dominos has this rule of not giving free pizza on late delivery in certain locations in patna, then how come my sister got the refund? Does the rule keep changing? Dominos is famous for its offer of free pizza if it does not reach in thirty minutes and never and nowhere dominos has mentioned that this offer is invalid for few locations. Then how come Exhibition Road Patna Dominos outlet has come up with this rule without the company's notice?

                  As customers we go by the advertisement and the info provided by the company in various media and if we do not get the same as promised, it is mere cheating on the company's part. Please kindly look into this matter as it is happenning repeatedly and being a small town dominos employs are trying to misbehave and fool the customers which is a serious issue. I do expect certain level of discipline and honesty from such a big company.

                  i orderad pizza but the delivery guy was late. when i told him he is late he said i need to talk to manager. when i called him first of all one guy came when i told him my complaint then he said i need to talk to another guy when i told him my complaint then he said i need to talk to another guy this process went for 20 min at the end i hung up the phone and paid the pizza guy full amount.


                  my complaint is no body actually took the responsibilty and gave me the late discount
                  This is to inform you about a very late home delivery. I had ordered at at about 8:30 pm. at the time of ordering i was told that it would 1 hour. After 1 and half hour I did not receive the delivery. I tried contacting the number given but they did not pick up. I contacted the customer number 63336333. i waited for about 15 min till my phone was finally connected to the executive. It was only at 10:15 pm that i received it. I am sorry to say that i am highly dissapointed with your home delivery as well customer care service. I am a regular customer and this is the first time i have experienced this.
                  I ordered a pizza at on time delivery condition . My order should have delivered by 7:45 pm according to our order and condition but it is'n t yet delivered its 8:00pm now, I wasnt expecting this kind of service like a famous and reputed company like this .
                  First time, I am really disappointed by domino's. Yesterday I ordered pizza in office around 9 pm. It got delivered after an hour. Worst part being delivery boy calls 15 minutes before he reached to come outside office to receive. Instead of being apologetic, domino's center people argues for 15 mins about their terms and conditions. Funny part being, when I asked for manager, receptionist says, he went to deliver. My immediate reply being...O ya..your manager went to deliver order and left you to argue.
                  I have placed one order( no 67)in Kanpur today dated[protected] at 5:06 pm and got confirmation call at 5:09 pm which is saved in my mobile, and received the order at 5:41 pm after 30 minutes and this should be free but the delivery boy had taken Pizza back after confirming from his higher official and also he told me that bill is punched at the time of confirmation, although the bill was punched once the confirmation was taken then also the print out was taken at 5:13 pm and it is not my fault.
                  I am placing order from last 3 years my colleague says that they will have Pizza from Pizza hut but I always says that order in Domino's, never before this had happened with me and today in front of all my colleague I have to listen and feel shy about my decision and embarrassed in front of all.

                  i have ordered pizza spicy baked chicken etc online at 9:23pm online on 25th oct 2014.. my order no is 187 and i saw that when my pizza was dispatched by tracking it i had received it almost after 30 minutes by that time my pizza and all food stuff was cold as well as hard. the distance betwwn restaurant and my home is just 2 km and maxm it takes 5 min as there is no traffic in this way. i had called dominos for the late delivery and they respnded that hold on we are checking the issues. i throw all my food in dustbin as it was not in position to be eaten . i just want my money to be refunded.

                  On 26/10/14 i ordered pizza by phone at 4.17pm but delivery boy was very late after 40 mints when i again called up in dominos(New ashok nagar) to check my order they said there is no order by this name. then they again checked and said delivery boy could not find your address pls wait for two minutes. i waited till 5:00 pm then i got call from the delivery boy and he was asking for address. i have got my order around 5:20pm in that case they should give it free but manager said this is not applicable on this pizza. As i know its a big company kindly train your delivery boys and ask for full address before taking order so that customers enjoy their order fully.

                  I ordered 3 veg singles and 1 non veg singles today at 9:06 pm and I got pizza delivery at 9:44 pm. Which was more than 30 minutes and I called dominos center number but they cut the phone and which was very rude behaviour. I'm staying at mulund west and very much dissopointed with the dominos services.
                  My order no. 55 was placed at 1.54.08 PM dt. 01.01.15 which was delivered 10 mins late. And the delivery boy when was told so refused for the same and took away his pizza along with him after making an argument.

                  I ordered Pizza online at 8:39pm and received order at 9:40pm.
                  I kept calling local dominos pizza restaurant where I did not get any answer.
                  I booked online for the pizza with combo pack of 4 with sides on date 3.1.2015 at 9.08:18 pm as per receipt got online with title Guest details(proof attached). I am complaining today i.e 4.1.2015. The order no, is 222, the address of the restaurant is No, 22, 5th cross near malleshwaram circle, malleshwaram bangalore. 560003. But till 9.54 pm I did not receive ordered pizza, as the time recorded in my mobile which is a proof. The placed order not delivered before or in 30 minutes. The complaint of the order is in line eligible with terms and conditions. It was neither amount refunded(due to booking online) nor the team Dominos assured any words of commitment.                   The delivery boy Sanjay is an old hand and has previously delivered pizzas to my residence hence knows the place. The excuse given by both Manager and Sanjay was Rain.

                  Suggest either you advertise that delivery 30 mins when not raining or provide the delivery boy a raincoat which can be worn by different delivery boys and accounted for. Your commitment is sacred to the consumer else should not be made.

                    well today i placed an order at domino’s around 8:50pm and when the order did not get delivered till 9:45pm i called them to know where the problem was and how long is it going to take they told me they had some issues at the outlet but they’ll soon be sending the order so i asked them if the order is going to be free or not because the brand name states 30 mins or free then they asked for my number and said we dont have any order from you seems like your order was not punched and then they started getting rude with me. the domino’s i tried to place an order was the Ghaziabad Vaishali Domino’s …Number – 4060150. Its not about money but its about their services to the customer and their behavior.

                      31st july 2012.. i placed an order to dominos pizza and they said you that you will get delivery within 40 min. But i didn't get my delivery ans any response when called back they picking my call and put that call on hold any when finally someone picked my call than making excuse that the boy who is took your get accident and we will send ur order second tym within 20 min. saw this on www.consumercomplaints.com.auBut i didn't get my order after that 20 min. Then i called back and said that i want to talk to your manager.. the employee said that our manager is busy in other work and he don't talk to u.. then finaly i got my order after 1hr and 30 min.

                        Dear Sir, Thanks for your communication regarding my password no 7260 as a new customer. However I must bring to your notice that my efforts to order a pizza through internet totally failed as much as my ICICI bank account was debited by Rs. 551.25 vide entry in my account VIN/DOMINOBIL/[protected]/0 dated[protected] and when delivery did not mature, I contacted your Shantiniketan staff who told that there was no order from me. I had to order again on phone and paid Rs 664 cash to the delivery staff. This way I had to pay Rs. 551.25 + 664 i.e. Rs 1215.15 for a single vegetarian pizza.

                        Will you please look into this ?

                          not in a condition to eat after 3 hrs and they too told that tey vl deliver one garlic and coke to us but nothing....very bad...disgusting................

                            We ordered Pizza yesterday at 7.51pm & the bill amount was close to Rs. 400 from Purushavakkam Branch, Chennai. The excutive told me clearly it will take 1 hour to deliver, for which I said its ok.

                            I waited till 9.00pm but there was no delivery. I called around 9.10pm & the executive was very rude & told me it will get delivered in another 5 minutes as the person is on the way. We again waited for 15 minutes & then continously from 9.30pm till 10.00pm, I was calling but there was no one to answer the call, forget about the pizzas. It was so annoying if you can deliever atleast inform the coustomer & he should not wait.

                            & it was too late that we cant order from anywhere but had to cook at 10.15pm.


                            Order getting delivered in 30 minutes is not applicable to any of Chennai outlet but if you are commiting for 1 hour then you should not behave so rude.

                            Just that Dominos has got branding & so many coutomers they cant act so rudely with people.


                            I was so annoyed last night that I should visit their outlet & should talk to the manager directly but Then I thought it will be of no use when they are just not responding on calls. If you cant take so many orders then better take the orders which you can deliver, dont play with customers.

                            Been a regular customer with dominos always this has been a verry bad behivior of the staff from mahim. Store called nazma , I called n ordered for. A 7inch double cheese pizza after my order was taken I was informed by the staff that ur address is in a chawl n we will not delivery the pizza to u within 30 minss it will reach u as soon as possibele , when dominos give u a 30 min garuntee always. This has never happened before when I have ordered for more than rs 400 to 500 then why this time when the pizza value is just rs 130 , I think dominos has goy enough for customers and they do not need any more customers . I thiink we guys should raise our voices n stop ordering from them as they have many customers already patthetic behiovr from their side. N over that the staff who takkes my order tells me go ahead complain to who ever u want I don't care .... Very bad experiance with dominos
                            I ordered for a Rs. 255 medium non-veg with Rs. 75 cheese burst crust. But what arrived was a Rs. 315 medium non-veg with extra paneer toppings plus the cheese burst crust. Therefore the order came to Rs. 472 with taxes.
                            I had to pay for it nevertheless. I think it was closing time and the branch was running short of daily quota of sales, so they spiked my order.

                            It was totally unfair since I tried calling them after that and i am getting all lines are busy tone.

                            Now I am looking for a complaint or redressal number and all I find is some webpage for USA. Looks like they don't have any customer redressal for India.

                            If anyone from dominos look at this then you need to know that the server name printed on the bill is - rishi 2

                            Also teach your call takers the difference between "Cheese and Barbecue Chicken Pizza" and "Barbecue Chicken Pizza" because when push comes to shove the guy taking the order will obviously take the expensive one on the order.

                            This is Shivani Dev this side...we have ordered a pizza for kids at home around nine on 19/05/2015...we ordered online and the delivery station was dominos alankaar plaza. Vidhyadhar nagar...the money got deducted but ordered was not placed...we called couple of times to that dominos but phone was off...then I tried vaishali Magyar dominos and they picked up...
                            A guy named yogesh picked up the call...I asked him for help and to track my order but on the pretext that he can't see other branch order he gave me a mobile no..I called on that no but it was a wrong no...I called again and again he picked up...I told him that no one has picked..he said I can't help..I asked him to transfer the call to manager but he said I can't and above all he was so rude and said I won't transfer call..when I said that I have to transfer he disconnected the call and said do whatever u wanna do...again I called d spoke to the floor manager and told him to identify the guy...he called and told his name as hogwash and gave me the no of the dishwasher Magyar manager which is ...[protected]

                            U can ask the entire story for him..I 've all call recording..later on he called d admitted mistake but it spoiled my niece birthday completely

                              Regarding Complain number 38434 dated June 30th 2012 made with Dominoes om their Talk to Us page, I haven't received any response from their side.

                              I had ordered a pizza online with coupon code wbzbogo after creating an account online and entering all the required details.
                              the bill was of rs 286.88 only.As usual I was charge in advanced. After paying the bill through Netbanking facility, I was redirected to their webpage showing the process of my order.It was processing my order for nearly 20 minutes and after that it gave me an error message regarding "Unable to place your order to Kitchen.Please click SUBMIT to Push the order to kitchen ".
                              It's a fault from their end as the order number wasn't even generated even after the full payment in advance.

                              I followed the instructions and yet order didn't get processed.I did not reload or refresh the page while processing.
                              I was promised a complete refund of my money within 7 days.
                              Its been 7 days and i haven't been called neither by their customer care nor by the respective store.
                              I want my complete money with the service tax I paid. (total of rs 286.88) because I think they might deduct the amount of rs 31.88 as service tax.
                              Dominoes Pizza has charged me in advance and not provided me with the requested service.Hence they are not liable to deduct any service tax.
                              I have complete record of the ordering process putting Dominoes pizza at fault and I even have the recorded conversation with the store.

                                Dominos in roorkee is always dirty especially floors and tables, air conditioners are not working (they have power but no cooling effect) from a long time. Water drips from ACs and when customer complaints they are told to shift to other tables. None of the staff is bothered about resolving the problems. All they do is keep disposable glasses under dripping ACs.

                                Moreover when customers are eating , the staff sprays Black Hit which is very poisons.
                                Never seen a fast food restaurent with such a dirty and uncomfortable environment.

                                  I am writing to you from Home Credit India and would like to bring to your notice wrongful and rude behaviour of the store manager of your located at Unit no. 12B, GF, Tower - BUnitech Cyber Park and the invoice number is DPI66011/12-13/62 and the order no. is 61. I had asked my colleague Ms. Simranjeet Kaur, who is a regular customer of that particular store to place the order on my behalf as I was in a meeting from 12-3pm.

                                  On 2nd July 2012, Simran had placed an order for 8 medium pizzas (2 each of 5 pepper pizza, Farmhouse, Spicy House and Chicken Mexicana) and and for a delivery at 105, Sector 44, Gurgaon i.e the office address. First of all, the server whose ID is 0106 Mohit S, took almost 10 minutes to understand the order, which was fine as she was hoping that atleast he will ensure that the pizzas are ordered on time. But as it happened when I, myself received the pizzas at 3:15, I ushered the delivery boy directly to the cafeteria as my team was already anxiously waiting for their lunch which in this case was the order and the break was to get over in the next 15 minutes. When the delivery boy took the boxes out I noticed that the boxes were that of pan pizza and not medium pizza. So I called the store and asked if I could speak to the manager believing he would help me resolve my case. As it turned out the store manager Mr. Manish took atleast 20 minutes to come on the phone and the executives kept saying that he is busy on another call. After 20 minutes, Manish came to the call and started arguing with me saying that it was my mistake and that the order was not communicated clearly. He was very very rude. When I asked him to send me 8 more pan pizzas. My logic was, a medium pizza serves 2 people and that is why I had ordered 8 medium pizzas for 16 colleagues. Instead I got a delivery of 8 pan pizzas which serves 1 person, so I think the calculation here is very simple, I had to feed 8 more of my colleagues, and I told him that I would pay for what I had ordered for i.e. 8 medium pizzas and Dominoes to provide me with 8 more pan pizzas. It was a goo[censored]p at their end and yet I had to pay the price by drawing a sorry face in front of colleagues who were starving for a hearty meal. The store manager said that he would only send me 2 medium pizzas to which I declined because my problem would only be solved by getting either 4 medium pizzas or 8 pan pizzas. On hearing my logic, the store manager Manish, gave me a very rude reply saying that I can have the 8 pan pizzas which were already delivered to me for free/complementary but he would not send me a single pizza more after which I hung up. Ten minutes after this call, I get a call from Mohit S, the server saying that it was my fault and I have to pay him for the 8 pan pizzas. On this I told him that his manager, Manish was already rude enough with me and with immense disrespect told me that I could have the pizzas complementary. Mohit then threatened me that he would blacklist my address and no delivery henceforth would be made to my office.

                                  After this discussion with him, I sent the delivery boy back. At about 6:15 when I got free from my meeting, the server Mohit S was waiting for me at the security gate saying that "Ma'am, it was your fault, you had ordered for 8 regular pizzas. Because of your mistake the bill amount will be deducted from my salary." I sent him back giving the same reply again that I did what your manager asked me to do, and if he is so hell bent on getting the money he atleast owes an apology to me for his rude behaviour and all the looks that I had to draw from my colleagues because of the goo[censored]p at their end.

                                  I would like to question the authorities at Dominos, that are the store manager not taught the concept of a CUSTOMER CARE, how rudely they behave with the customer without understanding their own fault, and when it comes to paying the price how easily they put forward the server and get the amount deducted from his salary? My problem here is with the attitude of the store manager, Manish and therefore I would request that some action be taken against him and the amount not be deducted from the server's salary.

                                  Hi my name is pratap.i stay at vizag i love pizza and i love having a pizza every day and my daily place is pizzahut, and i never eat pizza at any other pizza points, but it was great to meet mister jagadish who is working at Domino's pizza point, CMR central vizag it is really lucky to have such an employ at domino's he is a good guy, two-days back on 8/11/12 it was late-night when i going out of CMR central with my kid anand my son he is 8 years old was running fast out of my hands it was great a person who saved my sons life from an accident on the main rod i thanked thet person, and he told its my duty and social responsibility i really felt great i asked his name he told me he is mister jagadish and he told he is working at domino's pizza CMR central he told me to come and eat pizza at domino's and he left with a smile on his face, and the very next day my son was playing with a paper and i saw it was an advertising pamphlet of domino's pizza i read the pamphlet feed back and started mailing to customer care domino's pizza
                                  I am writing to complaint u about the blunder committed by Dominos employees on 27/03/13 at Dilshad Garden Metro Station outlet.
                                  I ordered for a taco Indiana VEG along with plain garlic bread and cheesy dip for take away. However they delivered NON VEG taco inside the VEG box and i realized this after eating it.
                                  Just to make sure, that being a PURE VEGETARIAN i would not have taken any thing non-veg, i have checked the same over the internet and dominos advertisement. Which all proved me correct that DOMINOS people did a reckless mistake and spoiled my religion. I am really disturbed and highly disappointed with this kind of behavior. I am going to make sure that this kind of silly mistake should not happen again with anyone else, and I am going to file a case for the same in consumer's court.

                                    This is with the concern of the company policy of delivering the order within time span of 30 minutes, and not even providing the right and prompt information about the order being placed at dominos Dehradun rajpur road outlet. i have placed the order worth Rs 300 Approx at 10.28 pm and was being assured to get the delivery, as my residence is only 1.8 km away from the outlet but then also the order was not being delivered by 40 minutes, and when i called the outlet again, i was being kept on hold for another 180 seconds and after that the line was being disconnected.
                                    as the company is promising more in terms of delivery, my main concern is that these people should not make the commitment with the customer and if doing so, then it should be fulfilled. i dont know where the fault is being occuring, but its the pathetic service what i have felt twice, and because of this order at least faced a bad name for myself who used to be a publicity agent for the product as well as service.

                                      TODAY 27th june 2012 at 5.15pm a person who works at DOMINOS ballygunge circular road KOLKATA entered into my house giving a wrong details at the security desk downstairs. he said he represents AIRTEL which he lied as he works as delivery boy for dominos >> he enters into our house and then tells he is for sales promotion of dominos with pamplets in his hand of his company.
                                      coincidently i was present (manish rajpuria) at my house i immidiately came out and rushed him out of my house.
                                      i urgently called at dominos branch at ballygunge circular road < spoke to mr Milan , head present at that time. IT is very astornishing to know that he said yes we do sales promotion and when i asked did u take my permission he tried to change topic very casually and then when i said how come he was in plain uniform ( the person was wearing pink shirt and a black pant ) and not normal dominos uniform and also when i asked him why did he lie that he represents AIRTEL and has come to check the telephone , the manager very casually said he may be mistaken ...

                                        dominos pizza guarantees 30 mins home delivery but me and my family ordered at 12.45 pm and our order never arrived
                                        and to add to it the dominos people straight forward told me that they cannot do any thing and me and my kidds had to starve for several
                                        hours.

                                        moreover the rude dominos people kept on telling that my order will be delivered any moment but it never did.
                                        my 2 small kids had to suffer alot because of their negligence.

                                        after giving orders for kids waiting for 2hrs and it happens no of time.in future we r not going to place order 4 home delivery

                                        order didn't get placed but money got debited. Please refund the money.
