I tried to order pizzas using the online website http://pizzaonline.dominos.co.in/ but it said the store is not available for online ordering(Jamnagar store,Bedi Bunder Road) and instead gave me a number. Next, I call on that number so a lady picks the phone(name:Reshma) and I tell her the online ordering is not working so can i order on phone and still avail the "Buy one get one free"(FRIFRK) offer on phone but she declines. So I tell her the online ordering is not working so how can I avail the offer?But she says she's receving the online orders right now so i decide to try again and keep the phone.Again I try,But I am not able to place the order,and so I call her again and again Reshma is there.And you cant believe she asks my name and says, "Yes sir u called us 8 days before also and were saying that online ordering is not working,whereas it is working fine!". You mean I am lying ,do You? Then I am infuriated and ask her to transfer the phone to the manager,which she grudingly does. The manager replies that he will check it and says will call in 5 minutes. After 25 minutes, he calls and says there is no internet connectivity in the store so he can't check and gives me all sorts of reasons like "more server load" etc because of which online ordering is not working. Can u believe that? In Utter frustation I begin searching for the email address of head office of Domino's on internet,But I can't even find that!! Finally I landed upon this forum decided to complain here. I beseech strict action be taken and manners be taught to staff like Reshma who accuse you of lying.

Domino's — Harrassment and degrading standards of service
Hi. My name is Mohit Rana and I have been a regular customer of Domino's Pizza's for the last 8-10 years now. My phone number is [protected]. I used to prefer Domino's over the other food joints because of the quality of service and its high standards. But off late i am experiencing that the quality & standards of service are not what they used to be. My last 4-5 experiences have been pathetic and I am absolutely dissatisfied. I have been harassed at times and have been put into awkward situations.There were a couple times when the actual amount that I was asked to pay was different from the one on the bill. Also the 30 minutes guarantee seems to be a myth nowadays as there have been 2-3 occasions recently when I was not given a free pizza although the delivery boy was late.
And there was this one occasion when the pizza was late, and when I told the delivery boy about it, he took the pizza back instead of delivering it to me. Then I got a call from the manager and he apologized to me for the mistake. Then after about 25 minutes of talking to the manager, I was delivered a cold and an under-prepared pizza which I had to send back again. I had to call the store again and after being harassed for 2 hours I finally got my pizza.
On another occasion I ordered for a non-veg extravaganza in double burst, but I was sent a simple pizza although I was charged for a double burst.
I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with my last 4-5 experiences with Domino's Pizza's. I ignored the discrepancies at first because I shared a good old relationship with you guys, but they are happening too frequently for my liking now and I strongly feel that the quality of service and the high standards for which I liked Domino's so much is on a degrade.
