I called up the Rajmandir, Jaipur dominos outlet on[protected] and and the employee was very rude and refusing to deliver. I called up three times continuously but he banged down the phone every time without listening to me.
It's not good for dominos image to keep such rude employees.
Kindly take action!.

    Domino Pizza — Rejection to give service

    Dear Sir



    Today at 9.40 pm, I ordered pizza from my place. My daughter is having high fever and was in no mood of eating anything. So I thought to give her favourite Domono.s pizza.



    When I called at toll free number, the person was totally in different state of mind. I gave him my address and he was asking me about versova outlet. Then he gave me contact number of Chembur Outlet which I already had with me.



    When I called at Chembur outlet, first Mr. Imran informed me that they have stopped delivering pizza to my area. When I requested him to connect me some authority, Mr. Ashish came on line. Both of them were trying to inform me that they could not deliver the pizza in 30 minutes to our area, so management has asked them to stop taking orders from my area. The Chembur outlet is only 7 minutes away from my home by road. Then also I requested them to deliver the pizza without any time restriction from my end. Unfortunately both of them refused to take order proudly stating that our top and local management has taken the decision and we can't avoid that.



    I have decided to NEVER call Dominos again.



    Customer is the reason they are in business. And service is nothing but the feeling customer receives from service giver. THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE WORST ANY PIZZA FOOD JOINT HAS EVER MADE ANY CUSTOMER FEEL!!!



    I will not generalize the POOR IMAGE of DOMINO PIZZA from my end due to this one incident? But incident was not pleasant one...



    What suggestion you can give me to make them realize the importance of ONE customer?

      This is to complain about the service of Domino's Pizza has bee get worse now. I online ordered my pizza spicy delight large at 6:00 pm bearing order no 313 dated 16th June, 2013 and did not get the delivery by 6:55pm, around 7pm delivery came with excuse waiting of around 1 hour and did not delivered pizza free. And even the order was incomplete. And I had to call Domino's at least for more than 30 minutes on call waiting to complete the order and still they did not complete the order. Every time I called they said that they will put me through their manager and they did not, they just disconnected the call.I am a regular customer and still that's the service that I get. And the link that they provide to track the pizza is absolutely useless. It simply means that I have to find another place to order as Domino's service has just gone from bad to worse.

        I share my continuous unpleasant experiences with Dominos pizza Koramangla branch(879,6th block,80ft Road, Koramangla, Bangalore).
        I am a regular customer of this outlet, but they are the worst outlet in Bangalore in terms of service delivery, commitment and quality. Following are the issues:
        1) The cheese burst pizzas which they deliver at home is far different from the same pizzas that they serve at there outlet.The pizzas they deliver can never be called as a cheese burst pizza because they absolutely do not have any cheese layering in it, for which you calll it a cheese burst pizza. Those are normal pizzas and worst in preparation.
        2)Although they say they take orders till 11pm but they don't receive order calls after 10.20 pm. And even if somehow they receive any call, they take false orders which do not get delivered.
        3)Most of the time they are late in delivering the orders and if they do not turn up within their stipulated/cut off time of delivery(set by them), they will say they have not received any orders and would say "we can take fresh order and it won't be taken as late delivery".
        These outlets are regularly cheating people as they employ some of the most unprofessional people as their staff.

        Dominos Pizza — Dominos Bad preparation and services

        I am a dominos pizza fan and prefer dominos over every other brand. But I had a really bad experience going to the Dominos Pizza with my friends today.

        As the outlet is really close to us, this is another reason why we prefer this outlet.

        As soon as we entered Dominos seating area on the first floor I saw a very dirty and unhygienic view. The water cooler/dispenser was getting repaired just near the stairs with completely wet floor. There was no signage showing that the floor is wet, plumbers were sitting on the tables which are meant for customers. The outlet was not at all looking like a big brand eating outlet. I have taken photographs of the area which I wanted to share.

        The order was taken very casually and we were told that the time to deliver to the table would be somewhere between 10-15 mins. After waiting for nearly 15-20 mins we asked the dominos guy if it’s gonna take more time, we were responded very rudely by the boy that I told you already it will take 10 mins. I have no problems with the message that he was conveying but the way he was speaking to customers.

        When the pizza was ready and we opened the box, I was so shocked to see how the pizza was prepared and grilled. All over the pizza bread there was a layer of dry flour and so hard from outside as if the it was kept for a week and baked again. I again have pics of the pizza.

        It's not just about wastage of money. We invested time and in the end we were not able to eat what we wanted to for the lunch. Moreover I am still suffering from bad stomach.

          I ordered a Pizza on 5/9/2013 at 9:32:59 PM and I got the pizza delivered at 11pm. Tried callling the store no response.
          They served cold pizza . and i was infomred by the store superviosr that i will get the refund. but so far not yet refunded.

              Hi,

              I had made a purchase of Dominos Pizza from Mobile App on 26 th April, 2013.

              However after transaction was made from my debit card and money was transferred I got an error message stating that the order could not be placed and I will be receiving a refund within 7 days.

              But, till date I have not recieved the refund.

              The transaction Id is MHCC[protected] and the amount to be refunded is Rs 469.78.

              After I made a complaint in this forum they called me up for a few times on 11th May '13 but nothing materialized after that. I did not get refund from Dominos yet.

              Please help me to get my money back.

              I feel cheated.

              Even if I see an ad of Dominos it remembers me of the fraudulence Dominos has done with me.

              HELP PLEASE !!!

                I ordered two pizza(Veg+non Veg) Which I usually do twice in a week with same address and credentials. This time Veg Pizza(Farmhouse) where completely pressed in the cartoon. When I open the cartoon in cafeteria, half of the pizza with cheese and toppings were hanging in the upper cartoon. Every one laughed at me and It was not eatable at all so I threw it in the dustbin. Let me know if this is the way you are delivering the pizza than I will go with some other vendor.

                  I have placed online order in Domino's Pizza site, and amount got deducted from my bank but order not placed. When I called the Domino's kitchen at Ashok nagar to where i placed the order, they told they didn't get any order and asking me to push the order again but not answering my question about the refund. And i didn't push the order again, as my previous amount deducted itself not been refunded.

                    There is this new dominos at mall road, but their landline is never working and there no alternate contact number.
                    when we order online, it itself places its order at sarabha nagar dominos, who then take almost 1 hour to come and once their delivery boy even behaved rudely and said they will cancel my order next time. There is flaw in your system, please correct it. After this incident I have stopped using your services. but I hope if there is improvement it may benefit others.

                        I ordered dominos using the mobile app and selected credit card payment. The payment went through and my credit card was charged 599.61 rupees. However, the order was canceled. The message on mobile phone said that "the order did not go through and the amount will be refunded in X days"
                        I say X because the actual time was hidden under the dominos logo (how irritating).

                        I have two issues with this. First if they cannot handle credit card on their mobile app, why do they have the option. This is cheating. Now I have to constantly keep an eye on my credit card for an unknown number of days. Secondly, I dont know what X means. It could be 1 day of 100 days. Their app has not been tested well and now we customers have to suffer and lose money.

                        This is absurd. I would like dominos to refund the money at the earliest (within 48 hours), otherwise this is going to be a hassle for me (and them, since I will publicize this issue everywhere on the Internet).

                        WARNING to all people: Do not use dominos online app for any other payment apart from CASH, otherwise your money might be lost.

                          I always go to eat Pizza at my nearest Dominoz Pizza Magarpatta Road,Hadapsar.And found they apply 12.5 % on each bill. But when i calculated bill i founcd that the Tax amount they applying is 3 rupees more than actual tax they deduct. I have made complain about same but answer was it's system generated bill and we cann't do anything.So please do something.


                          I have my bill as a evidance for same.But it's not with me right now.If it's required i will submit it at any time.

                            I placed an order today of a medium size pizza.Delivery boy arrived after an hour and 15 minutes.Now this delivery problem is not new.We mostly recieve orders with the same same time gap.Today for the second time i refused to pay them and asked them to give it for free ,which the Dominos commits to give.delivery boy asked me to talk to some senior so i did.On learning that i am refusing to pay for the order, he started behaving in a real bad manner and said that he had blacklisted my phone number and wont be taking any order from it.I mean, waht the hell.This is what you guys claim ,to give it for free if late,and on the other hand behaves in this way with your costomers.Rather than blacklisting the numbers why dont you guys deliver it at right time.My house is not hidden somewhere ,its on road.There is no point of any lame excuse you guys have.
                            Most important learn to behave with your costomers.

                              I had tried to Order Pizza Online at Dominos India website on 10/3/2013 around 10:15 PM.
                              The money was deducted from my HDFC Account but the Order was not placed successfully. It just kept showing me the screen that Trying to place your Order in the nearest kitchen. I thereafter called up Sec-62 store and the Store Manager said that no Order was placed hence i placed another order again on call and payment was made for that Order on delivery.I was told that for failed transaction the money would be refunded in my account in 7 working days but till date the money has not been refunded.
                              The transaction Id was[protected]. The Amount was debited against MHDF[protected]-Billdk DOMINOS and the amount was Rs. 438.90/-.

                              Please resolve this issue.

                              I tried to order pizza online on 31/05/2013 dominos website around 2.30 PM. The money was deducted from my ICICI bank but order was not placed successfully. Afterward store manager told trying to place nearest kitchen but he failed again i called store manager he told ur order has been cancelled. but still my money is not refunded amt rs.787.00.

                              I got the same problem, I placed order worth Rs. 243/- from online website, my credit card deducted amount but the order was not placed successfully. I did not get refund amount in my account, when i called to store they told me that they are not aware about the order i placed and when i tried to log complain to 68886888 number they also got the same reference that there was no ordered information.

                              I LOST MY MONEY, These people does not have support system online, is there any way to get back my money?
                              I have just lost 418/- with same problem money deducted from my citi bank credit card but order not made. I called them too. They told same thing that money will be refund. Their site is fraud. Dont order online Domino Pizza.

                                i am waiting for an refund on my failure of transaction with you people twice the amount is been debited from my account on 4th march or 5th march i guess the amount was 630rs(315rs each for 2) i tried to pay it with my indian bank debit card on your website and its been so many days i have not received my money yet my phone number is [protected] my name is sumit you can check my account with you if you want there should b a reflection of it.please refund asap

                                  i am from bangalore, i placed on order through the mobile app using my SBi credit card on 9th march 2013 . After the money was deducted the app said there was an error in processing your request and that the money would be refunded within seven days. But I never got my money credited back

                                    The service provided by dominos was disappointing. I had placed an order on 10/March/2013 around 8 p.m at Borivali (West), Mumbai (near Bhagwati Hospital). The representative told me that my order will get delivered at my place in 30 minutes. I waited for an hour, I called over there they said the delivery man is on its way. It didn't come for another half an hour, I called over there again they said that they don't deliver at the place I stay and instead diverted my order at Kandivali outlet.
                                    It was a very disgusting service of Dominos I have ever had.
                                    Finally it took around 2 hours and 15 minutes for my order to arrive. It was agreed that i would get a discount which they denied after arriving. We had to return the pizzas after waiting for 2hours 15mins. This kind of service is least expected. Atleast now i hope some serious action is taken.

                                      I Rajeev Yadav resident of 3-da-17 jawahar nagar Jaipur was (unfortunately) a regular customer of Domino's till today itself , but

                                      unfortunately today the most bitter experience I had with your outlet at Silver Square,C-18 Bhagwandas marg, C-scheme ,Jaipur , I think it was my

                                      last order to Domino's. Today at around 7.10 -7.15 p.m. I placed my order to your outlet mentioned above vide my order no 192 as it was mentioned

                                      on the bill . immediately after placing my order I called again to the outlet 7 requested for extra oregano seasoning . At around 7.45 your delivery boy

                                      came to me with my order but without a single sachet of either oregano or chilly flacks ( forget about the extra I requested) .I simply refused to accept

                                      the order & then I called back to your outlet & asked the counter boy to connect me to the manager . Someone called Harsh (so called manager)

                                      came on line and I told him the facts then he apologized & promised me to send me a fresh order as replacement within 30 min. I received the

                                      replacement in around 30-35 min. But it was cold & I think it was the same thing which I refused to accept at 7.45. It was my horrible experience

                                      today with your company & I assure you that it was my last order to domino's .

                                        I ordered a pizza from Domino's on 26th Feb 2013 at 4:30pm and received a confirmation call at 4:34pm.
                                        So according to Domino's policy of 30 min else free the carrier of the pizza gave me a call at 5:07pm which is 34min after the confirmation call and the person said that he has reached a certain place and the person delivered the pizza at 5:17pm which makes 44min after the call.
                                        On demanding our pizza for free the person tried to manipulate us and the branch gave us a complaint number but didn't brie[censored]s on where to call.
                                        So at the end it gave us no choice but to leave our pizza as it was now too cold to eat.
                                        So it is a kind request to consider our complaint..

                                        Staff taking order are not friendly some of the time they are rude. many time faced the problem for getting right contact number To place the order as some of them are illetrate.

                                        Recently ordered Pizza mania Single topping with Excluding Soya, From last so many time the same had been delivered to my residence. but today it was been refused bruntly and then spoke to executive in charge of the store, He answered was like this time we will deliver hence forth we will not.
                                        So i cancelled the order. No for next time. Then why today.

                                        I am sorry to tell you that you had loosed your 5 year old customer.
                                        It seems there is CRM practice at Domino Pizza Stores (kandivali E).

                                        I called to order my last order, which was 2 weeks back. They were not having my last order recorded. With my las order they did not even give the discount coupon (as they were under printing as per executive). Therefore they rejected the BT-038 coupon code while my order was delivered.

                                        One regular customer moves out from Domino. (Great Pizza But Not Customer Oriented)
