[Resolved]  DRI Trend Micro — Did not order this update

After having problems with Trend Micro update last year, I changed to Norton. Though I kept telling them I live in Canada they persisted in billing in US fund.

I was billed $39.00 on my charge card for services I DID NOT order. How did they get my account number. I don't want this to happen again. What can I do about it to stop them???? GET AN ATTORNEY?
i just got a charge on my credit card for a virus protection whiich i didn't order so would like a refund
i had money taken out of my checking acct without permission for a dri trend micro i had never ordered this i call this fraud and i hope they take care of this problem all reading this watch out...
