[Resolved]  DTH Tata Sky — False commitment of Service

I Register the request for Remote on 14 Mar and every day I was commited that your compain will be handled with in 24 hours and our engineer will call you.
They don't provide any local number for Customer support and always I have to call STD number and I spend lot of time and Money but no adequet response received only False promisses.

Need your support for Justice

dth tata sky — poor local dealer service

we have repeatedly approached the local dealer m/s aparna electronics panchgram for correcting the dish position which was disturbed by the dealer himself, but in vain.
If you stand in the warranty period you can get the remote replaced FREE of cost. However out of warranty service will be charged. In warranty service you should either get the remote fixed by the engineer or he should hand over a new remote to you if it cannot be fixed, if it is out of warranty I would suggest to get it fixed from your local electronic stores or from your vicinities local dealer it would come for more cheaper than having a technician visit your place as technician visit is always charged not only by Tata Sky but in the entire DTh industry. Tata Sky has a round the Clock service centre to look after customer queries and greviance.

DTH Tata Sky — regarding recharge

sir , we had made recharge of rs. 500. in morning i.e 27 . 10 .2010 but havn't recieved any message nor any update of amount . my id no. is [protected]. this connection is on my dad's name MALKIAT SINGH . actually sir dere was no light wen we had recharge so my dt box was off. now i had switch on dat . kindly prob into my problem. and help us out. we wou;d b really thankful 2 u sir.
