Unwanted SMS

I've been registered in NDND directory (NDNC/1348 Dated[protected] & I have received a confirmation SMS also that my mobile number have been registered. But still the telemarketing calls from TATA SKY+ daily. I have also complaint it to my Service provider (MTS) but they can also not help me in this matter.

I have send my complaint daily from a month but the SMS cannot be stopped by the TATA SKY+.

No Signal on Tata Sky

Hello,

My Tata Sky Subscriber ID is [protected] and i have no signal for a week. I have been calling Tata sky almost 4-5 times a day and yet my problem is not solved. First it took 4 days for the engineer to come home and check the problem. He fixes the problem and after some time - again the problem is back. When you call them again they say, "now we are out and we have other complains so i will come tomorrow" that...

no option for removal of packages online

I wanted to remove sports gold pack and add espn-star pack, but on the website there is no option for removal of packages. Apparently, they just want us to add packages and milk more money out o[censored]s.
Moreover, the search feature on tatasky website is utterly useless, and I finally had to 'google' my concern to find in other forums that a package can only be removed by calling up there call centre....

I got TataSky subscription on 22/8/2009. I have been very happy with their service so far. But the following evnts has left a bad taste in the mouth.

1. On 21/8/2009 I called the Tatasky Call center and requested for new service.

topup of Rs 300 not accounted

Dear Sir / Madam

As a regular practice i had asked the dealer to recharge my account no [protected] with a topup of Rs. 300/- on the 20th of August 09.
Inspite of waiting for a long time of 4 hrs my service was not started, I made enquires and was told that the status at the dealer end was activated successful, but at the Tatasky end it was showing unsuccessful.

i had purchase tata sky from his dealer in paonta sahib-173025 before 10months.he give me one year warranty.i asked to the dealer to repair my set top box.but he refused to repair my set top box....

Relocation

I am a TATA SKY customer at MUMBAI and my customer ID is [protected]. I have relocated my office very recently. I called up customer care on 17 August 09 and informed about my relocation and got appointment. I shifted my office and i was waiting..waiting and waiting..till now nobody came to my place. Not getting any help from tata sky services

from these last 3 days we have been complaining to tata sky helpline numbers about our dish as it shows no signal. they say to us that they will call us in the morning at 11 am but no one calls. we have complained about it 3 times, but as usual no response from them. so please do something about it....

I'm facing alot of problems with Tata sky

Before two years, I was viewing television through local cable network for 10 years. Services given by local cable operator were good. If any problem occurs, local cable operator repair the fault with 2 hours due to personal relation with him. Before two years, My father-in-law advised me to install tata sky for better video and audio quality.
I am having tata sky for last 2 years without any problems and I am happy with audio/video...

I had suscribed for one year from 18/10/08 and paid Rs 3050/-. But it has been disconnected on 15th August. Normally most of the private companies do similar unethical business. The local dealer does not listen. The call centre[protected] of tata sky is silent after one beep.

Such business will not take Tata sky any where.br...

sms MARKETING

I keep getting 3 sms everyday sent from TATASKY connections. It reads like this (Save!!! up to Rs 300 when you buy a tatasky connection for RS 1400 call [protected]) This number is in Pune and i live in Bangalore It is very irritating to keep getting sms like this. I have also complained to my service provider that is vodafone who tells me that that they can only block this number, although i have registerd for dnd and dnc it just does not...

Cheating Experts

My Subscriber id is available upon request if someone wants to do any checkup. I took a Tata Sky connection and the person who handed over the Tata sky box, took the full payment on 3rd of Aug 09 and made a phone call acting as if the Tata Sky technicians woud be at my home in 15 mins. I was impressed. However these 15 mins actually took 3 days of persual, starting from soft and ending up in harsh phone calls, to get the dish installed. The...
