Inspite of repeated calls and follow up for a NO SIGNAL problem, TATA SKY has not responded. The service call is to be completed within 48 hrs of complain registration at Tata Sky Helpline. But, this is never abided by. When I called again at their call centre, the senior manager talks but, only assurance is given with no commitment to completing the work.

Such bad service and lack of commitment to customer service is not...

My connection is not working properly since 08-Aug-10. I have made repeated requests, written e-mails, called n no of people at your call centre but there is no response and your local office is not ready to attend it.
