It’s been 192 hours since I purchased the Tata Sky Digicomps. Installation still awaited. I would never want to get associated with any TATA PRODUCT in my lifetime!!!!!!
Kindly note the series of events which have occured till date. I am yet to get a satisfactory response to my request for installation which Tata sky guarantees in 48hrs.
1) 31st Oct 2010. I purchase 2 Tata sky digicomps (one HD and another regular) for Rs 2550 & Rs 999 from MORE Megastore, R Mall, Ghodbunder Rd. Thane (W). Challan No [protected]. The purchase is done at 9.15 pm. The sales person Mr. Jeetu (mob no [protected]) says that he will register my installation request with Tata Sky and the same would be completed within 48 hrs.
2) On 1st Nov 2010 at 14.43 I receive a sms from TM-TATASKY on my registered mobile no [protected] which reads as follows
Your Tata Sky request ref WO No: 1-[protected] is scheduled on[protected] at 16:40 hrs. For any further assistance, our service team can be contacted on [protected].
I am in office hence have to rush back home, if I have to honour the installation schedule mentioned in the sms above. On my way home I try getting in touch with the service team on [protected]. Made 5 attempts at trying to get thru from 15.56 pm to 16.06 pm. All thru I got the ‘customer is busy on another line’, hence asked my wife to contact the on same no., but in vain. Finally at 17.03 I receive a missed call from the above service no, on contacting them further at 17.05 I am told that the installation person was there at my residence at 15.00 hrs; a clear 1 hrs and 40 min before time!!!!!!, only to find that there was nobody who can help him do the installation. I ask the service person to send someone immediately, as I would be out of town for the next 2 days, but he fails to respond saying that he cannot send anyone on that day, and that he will send someone tomorrow. I can only be frustrated for having not be able to get the installation done; having put in a short leave to no use; of not being sure when the installation will happen as I would be out of town for next 2 days.
3) Next two days i.e. 2nd & 3rd the Tata Sky service team tries to get in touch with my wife on her mobile [protected], to schedule an installation. Finally I presume it is promised to be scheduled on 4th November.
4) On 4th November, I try contacting the Tata Sky service team, from 10.52 to 10.56 am; 3 calls; all three received with the now obvious message’ customer busy on another line, please try later. In vain I try the Tata Sky Helpline no for the 1st time at 10.56. I tell the representative that I would like to schedule an installation given her my WO no and my registered mobile no. I also tell her about my experience till date on the subject of installation. She says that the service personnel will call within the next 2 hours. No one calls. By now this is an expected response from the Customer Centric Company associated with the TATA name. At 18.37 I receive a sms from TA-TATASKY which reads as follows
Your Tata Sky request ref WO No: 1-[protected] is scheduled on[protected] at 10:00 hrs. For any further assistance, our service team can be contacted on [protected].
5) 5th November Diwali day. Nobody turns up. Another great example of keeping commitments. As of now I have decided not to get in touch with Tata Sky and check on how long they take to keep their commitment.
6) On 6th November 2010 at around 11.00 am my wife receives a call from one of the Tata Sky Personnel Nilesh (mobile no [protected]) asking for when the installation can be scheduled. As we are out visiting our relatives, we ask him if the same can be scheduled at 4.00 pm the same day. He obliges saying that he is anyway scheduled to be in the same area and has got some other installations hence will be able to do the same. He asks us to give him a repeat call at around 3.00 pm. At around3.15 when my wife gets in touch with him, he says that his installation will get completed by 5.00 pm; hence he can be there after that. When contacted at around 5.00 pm he says he will not be able to give commitment on the instation, and wants us to talk to his TL, one Mr. Akbar. The mobile no given is [protected]. I try contacting the person on this mobile from 17.06 to 17.32. After 18 attempts (when the mobile kept telling me that the customer was busy and to try later), I am able to speak to a person at the other end. He is not Akbar, but says will look into my concern. On further calling Nilesh, he says that he has not received the WO at all, hence cannot schedule any installation. I contact the service centre to complain and get the news that Nilesh had some conflict with the Watchman of our building on the location on installation; hence he has flatly refused to come for any installation in the same building.
Finally after given a piece of my mind to the person in the service centre, he promises to get the installation done thru some other person, on the same day. I receive a call at around 7.00 pm from on Mr. Vishal, telling me that someone would come to do the installation. I tell him that the installation may not be possible as it is dark, and the society does not allow installation on the terrace after 6.00 pm. At around 8 pm (when it is pitching dark) a person by the name of Sandeep (Mobile no [protected]) arrives with another 2 associates to install the dish. As he has been given the same story of a wild watchman, by Nilesh, I personally receive Sandeep on the ground floor. As expected the Builder and the watchman (as instructed) take objection o the installation, hence they have to return back. But the site is inspected and the agreed place for installation is also seen. Sandeep goes back with the promise (very reluctantly) that he would come around 10.00 am the next day for installation.
7) 7th Nov 2010. At around 10.30 am when I try contacting Sandeep to schedule the promised installation, he said that he is away somewhere ad will not be able to do the installation. When asked when it would be possible, he says he cannot tell. So much for keeping your own commitment. AT around 14:23 I receive a call from one Mr. Hemans ([protected]), asking the status of my installation. I tell him the whole story, he tells me he will revert back. As expected no one reverts back.
8)8th Nov 2010. Again around 10.45 am I receive a call from the same Mr. Hemant, asking me if any service personnel has contacted me yesterday. When I respond in the negative, he says he will revert back. After some time he puts me on conference with Mr. Vishal, who had sent Sandeep. As usual the same story of watchman not allowing, not able to do the do the installation.
In the last one week I have been contact with umpteen no of people associated with the Tata sky family, but unfortunately, not a single person has come out to be caring about my on concern on getting the installation done.
By the time you decide to respond to this email, I would be out of town for the next 5 day till Sunday 14th Nov 2010. The actions, that I would like to do once I am back, is
a) Go back to MORE MEGASTORE, and register my complaint with them asking them not to recommend the Tata Sky DTH service to anyone.
b) If I happen to find any customer who is on the verge of buying the Tata Sky digicomp, i will willingly donate both my purchased digicomps, for free. I would also give him a copy of this email so that he understands the service he will receive.
c) Send a copy this email to the Consumer Forum and lodge an official complaint for the mental harassment which I have been thru.
d) It will be my personal goal to be present at as many Tata Sky outlets counters in Croma/Hypercity/More Megastore, and hand over copies of this email to help people not buy the Tata Sky products in future.
I had great respect for the TATA brand name, especially after all that has been done by Mr. Ratan Tata post the launch of Nano. But if there is one advice which he would heed from a common man like me, then it would be good to hive off Tata Sky for the sheer lack of customer centricity, else accept the fact that the whole Tata Group’s commitment to the customer & customer centric service is all a farce.

    I have placed a request for relocation on Oct 28, 2010 and till date the relocation is not done. When we call customer care, they dont have the concreate details when would be the relocation done. The service is just pathetic. The engineer also dont have the manner how to talk and they demand us the time as to when they would be coming as if they are doing favor on us, even tough we are having for the relocation. I can give names of the engineers/customer support people with whom i spoke.

    They are just making fool out of people, Once there set box is sold they not at all concerned. I made 6 times request for relocation they say we cannot come after 5 pm we will come on saturday i sit whole day to look. i call once again in afternoon they said our engineer call after 2 hrs, no call recived


    I will suggest others that the services are not at all cheap from other services and there Customer care and company work is not all intergrated both just blame on each other and they simply making u fool

    I made the request by calling up TATASKY customer care on 13th for relocation. The dish was installed by the engineers from TATA sky and the same has to be removed by them. The person who had called me said that I had to make the request only on the say I was shifting and that the engineers would reach my accommodation. I called them again on 14th. This time a lady told me that my request has been forwarded and the concerned people would reach my house at 3 p.m on 15th and it was not possible to shift on 14th. I took the word. Today (15th) I call the customer care at 3:45 and the person told me that the engineers would reach my place at 4:30 p.m. Even after 5:45 p.m I had not got any call. I made another call to the customer care to know the status. They again said that my request has been taken forward and it will be done within an hour. At 7 p.m again I had to call since I had received no call from anyone from TATA sky. Frustrated I call them at 8 p.m and they tell me that it will happen only tomorrow. My whole day was wasted because of this. I had waited for them the whole day only to hear that it will happen only tomorrow which is a working day and when I will have to go for work. This level of torture is unacceptable from a reputed cable service such as Tata Sky. My deadline for emptying the house was today, I repeatedly told them this and inspite of giving confirmation that it will happen today I got no calls whatsoever. I wish to take this to higher level by terminating TATA Sky and also getting adequate compensation.
    Applied for relocation 3 days back and there is no response till today even after calling ur cust. Sevral timeS . Please do the neeDful otherwise strng action will b takEn aGainst u.

      TATA SKY DTH — Payment Collection,service not given,no response to complaints

      Tata Sky is dirtying the good name of the Tatas.

      It unilaterally INCREASED net cost of package by deleting some channels from paid-for package and asking for them to be added with fresh payments. Even after I paid accordingly for add-ons and recd confirmation at 12:10 PM on 5/6/08 that the add-ons will be activated within four hours and even though the Alert message shows my account accordingly debited, the channels remain de-activated.
      no proper channels for south package.south package is the worst.better dont go to south package in tata sky.
      it would be better if tata sky includes all dd-linked channels.
      no sports package.
      no proper response from customer care to subscribers.
      installation very late after purchasing.

        Since last two month I had diposited package subscriptions Rs.300/- for one month but after 12/15 days I have received SMS for account to be recharge within 3days balance exost.

        Earlier I was gating payment reminder end of the month, now within 15 days. TATA SKY people have change my package as per their benifits without my concern.

        I now will not pay within 15.days they will discontinue the connection. while I am trying to contect on given custemer care phone line only recrded message to be heared, no body lift the phone and reply on this issue.

          My name is Tapas Mandal I am a customer of Tatasky DTH service my ID is [protected] actually i had changed my address from shangvi to vishrantwadi so i wanted to shift the connection i had requested this thing on saturday 30th oct 2010 but till date i didnt received any call and nobody has came to my place. everyday i am making 10 calls but every time different different people pickup the phone and give assurance but nothing happens. service is very poor i am feeling cheeted planning to close down the service.

          About three months back I paid Rs 4500/- to viva marketing on behalf of tata sky to intall tata sky. They delivered the set top box but couldn't install the same as the duct in the building does not allow two wires to pass simualteously. So I opted out and asked for a refund. It has been more than two months, haven't heard from them. The known contacts evade calls and I am not able to locate the contact details of viva marketing. Pls help.

          Tata Sky — no response after complaint

          I am the unfortunate purchaser of taka sky dth connection from last month at bhubaneswar(Orissa) . The service given by the complany people are so bad that even after making 100 times calls they are not responding. while selling their products they use to commite a lot of things, but after getting the money they forget you. so be aware of tata sky connection and the people of taka sky.
          I am facing the same problem with Viva Marketting, Andheri People. I have paid around 20000/- to these fraud people and they have not activated my Tata Sky Plus PVR boxes. For contact Number:-

          I purchased the Tata sky connection in last December 2008 thru your dealer in Faridabad M/S Tech Plus (Contact Number- [protected]). During our discussion with the dealer he proposed us the following plan:

          Less : Rs. 150

          Super Saver : Rs. 2600 Annual
          Life Style Gold: Rs. 450 Annual
          Education Gold: Rs. 300 Annual

          He suggested me pay entire amount in one go since I will get the benefit as I will be paying for 11 months though I will get the subscription for 12 months.

          I did the payment of Rs. 5199 to your dealer the same day.

          Recently I came to know that my Super Saver annual package had NEVER been activated annually as promised to me and kept to monthly. Due to which my renewal date is now due in Oct 09 instead of Dec 09.

          I had taken this up on 27-June-2009 with both customer care and also with your dealer however no one is helping me in sorting this out.

          Customer care person told me that she will call me back in 3 days time which she hasn’t done so far.

          I am really stunned and wondering if Tata Sky is really a part of Tata Group.
          Tata sky has a 24*7 customer service and no company can forget its customers. Considering tata sky's cc I have been satisfied with their service since the complaints I have lodged have been resolved immediately. This is just a wrong misconception you should get in touch with the cc and they will definitly help you out.
          I own a Tata Sky DTH, with RMN , [protected]. When ever I call at their helpline to talk to the customer care executive, the only response is : plz hold , ur call is being transferrd to our CCE. You start waiting for 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, no response and then utlimately you bang down the phone.
          One funny incident which happened to me ystrday was i went for a walk and called up these guys . When i came back, I was still on hold.
          Either Tata Sky is selling like hot cakes and they dont find time to attend all the complaints.
          One thing I must say, Tata is very very poor in after sales, let it be entertainment or automobile.
          Iwill never buy a Tata product in my life, neither wopuld i recommend any body for that

          TATA SKY DTH — NO RESPONSE AFTER COMPLAINT

          I lodged acomplaint with customer care of TATA SKY DTH on 21 Oct 2010. I was given complaint ID no 1-[protected] and assured that the problem would be rectified within 48 hrs.It has been 10 days and 240 hours, and no response from them.Inspite of ringing up customer care, twice after 21 oct, and being assured of service, nothing has happened.OVERALL IT HAS BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TATA SKY TO ANYONE.

            I have put plenty service request for swifting part In my location whereas I am been paying for that 425 Rs. For the same, I am been atleast call 10 times in last 4 days just for that , Nobody taking it seriously. every time call give me time and it is extended from 4 days. Stiil nobody came to my place...
            What I can say Pathetic Service , Please at least value to your word they are been fooling to me , KINDLY TREAT THIS MATTER AS URGENT.               MY CUSTOMER ID WITH TATA SKY IS [protected].
              I HAVE LAUNCHED MANY COMPLAINTS WITH TATA SKY CUSTOMER CARE TO CHANGE MY DIGICOM WHICH IS NOT WORKING ALONG WITH 2 REMOTE CONTROLLS FOR MY 2 CONNECTIONS.
              I TOLD THEM I AM WILLING TO PAY WHATEVER IT COSTS, BUT THEY SHOULD JUST CHANGE THEM BCZ THEY R NOT WORKING.
              MY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS LAUNCHED ON 23-10-10. NOTHING HAPPENED AFTER THAT. I HV BEEN CALLING THEM EVERY DAY SINCE THAN. I HV EVEN SPOKEN TO THE MANAGERS IN CUSTOMER CARE. I M TOLD THEY DO NOT HV THE DIGICOM, & THEY DONT KNOW WHEN ONE WILL BE AVAILABLE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME THE MONEY FOR AS LONG AS I M NOT ABLE TO WATCH THE TV, BCZ THIS IS NOT THEIR POLICY, I WAS TOLD.
              THEY SAID THEY HV THE REMOTES, BUT INSPITE OF CALLING THEM EVERYDAY, NOBODY IS COMING TO DELIVER THE REMOTES.
              I M NOW STUCK WITH TATA SKY DIGICOM WHICH IS NOT WORKING - DUE TO WHICH I M NOT ABLE TO VIEW THE TV, FOR WHICH I HV ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE FOR 1 YR.
              AND I HV TO HOP UP & DOWN TO CHANGE THE CHANNELS OF THE DIGICOM WHICH IS WORKING.

                  Tata Sky — Unilateral removal of malayalam channels

                  We are tatasky users for the past six years. This company cheats the viewers with unilateral decisions on removal of channels. There is no previous notifications to the customers also. After subscribing to their high priced packages and their set top box, we feel cheated at the end of the day. The main attraction of the dth was the malayalam channels offered. but they have taken away three prime malayalam channels including DD Malayalam (which is a free channel). No only four channels are shown. After spending so much money, its a real arrogant and oneway decision, Tatasky has degraded their image among lakhs of malayali viewers and we represent our strong protest for this shameless act by Tatasky.
                  This complaint is quite valid. I also have a subscription towards the Annula Pack which I had renewed in August. I now find that the channel has unilaterally removed all the malayalam channels except asianet and surya. I had opted for south indian channels in the annual pack.

                    I registered my relocation installation of DTH set box on 15.10.10, I called more than 10 calls for the same. till date it hasn't been installed.
                    I recharged my account for 12 months in advance to avoid any disconnectivity issue. I lossed more than lakhs amt due to non functioning my DTH. Pls reimusement my vaule..............

                      on 2nd oct.2010 i have relocated my tatasky to my new address but on that day the company men was not able to start my tatasky which was attached to my TV tunner card in my new brand computer set.i was told that there is some mistake in my computer. i then made complaint to my computer engineer and show that there was no problem of my computer set. then once again i called customercare told the same and requested not to levyRs 350 again in my account. my request was accepted by customer care.and she send engineer who had computer knowlegde to my residence . he was able to start my TV in my computer. after somedays i found that tatasky has deducted Rs 350 from my account.and now my account is in Rs -180 and tatasky has stop my telecase since25 oct 2010. IS IT FAIR TO CHARGE TWICE WITHING PERIOD OF 15 DAYS.BY COMPANY LIKE TATASKY?

                          This is regarding the official declaration of the winner of the BID Contest for BEAT Cheverlet. The contest was open from 24 june 2010 to 28 June 2010. Today is almost four month over, but till now Tata Sky has not declared the official winner of the contest. Many time I have contacted Tata Sky, and they are telling that Mr. Chin,ade is winner of this contest. But till now it is not displayed any where officially. This is my final request with Tata Sky that please officially declare the winner, otherwise you are giving me space to go consumer forum for cheating done by Tata Sky putting a false BID Contest.

                            My name is Sanjit Kumar Mishra.I used tata sky since last three months.My subscription id is [protected].There have no power in my tata sky set top box since last friday (15/10/2010).But they are continue to deduct money from my tata sky account. For the complain very first I tried to contact their local boy Rajinder he told me there no set top box at office when In tried to contact their office the result is same.I even complain online but only a single phone call from them but no any action.And still they are continuing to deduct my balance.

                            I did not have idea where to go for this.

                              I would like to ventilate the matter which is happening with me from last 6 days.
                              On 15th October I have purchased one Tata sky from Satyam electronic (Ultadanga, Kolkata) and on 16th October I have created Subscriber ID (i.e. - [protected]) and scheduled my installation date on 18/10/2010 at 13:20 hrs through customer care. For which I have been confirmed by an SMS, and at the same time on 17/10/2010 I also got a phone call regarding the installation from your local representative (Mob No.[protected]/[protected]).
                              Since I was pre conformed about everything so I was just waiting for that. After a great struggle I could manage to get leave for 2 day for the same reason.
                              But it is so sad for me to say that nothing was happen and there were no conformation for that. Kipping myself on stuck I could call and request every single person who were responsible for the same.
                              At the end I got a call from a local guy (Sakti Das,Mobile no.[protected]),who assured me that the problem will solved by him within the evening of 18/10/2010.But that was just for a fake. As the time was going out for me and the next day I had to come back to Kolkata, I called him several time, and he could give me only .
                              Keeping my breath I came back to Kolkata again and recall to your customer care no several times. Every single associate (like-Madhuri) said they will get back to me within half an hour. I really feel regret to say no phone call is been conducted so far.
                              So I would like to request you to take necessary steps to short out my issue. Else I will move on to the consumer forum.

                                I am a tata sky DTH user since the last 2 yrs, Due to a change in the society policy i had to change the location of my Dish from the terrace to my Balcony. Due to this i had called up the tata sky helpline provided in their website. I was informed by the executive that i would have to pay a sum of Rs350/- for Re-installation. Next day i recieved a call from the tata sky call centre and i was told that i would have to pay Rs350/- for reinstallation + Rs 300/- for removing the Dish from the terrace + Rs 500/- for wall mounting of the dish in my balcony. Total payout for the same came to around 1150/- just for reinstallation of my Dish. Interestingly Tata sky is charging Rs 999/- for a new conenction with intstallation. Which means it is cheaper for me to buy a new tata sky connection than just change the location of the dish. Ridiculous!!! Request tata sky guys to please explain.

AT LAST BOTH ARE FOOLING YOU AND END TYOU WILL NOT GET THE PRODUCT. THIS MY PERSONAL EXP, 10 DAYS BACK I PURCAHSE LCD 32' FROM LG AUTHORISED DEALER ( VEDIOTRONICS) I HAVE FACED THIS PROBLEM.

                                  Yes i faced the same today. If we call TATA SKY call center they give all false information. One of third class call centres which i have come across.
                                  LG and TATA SKY are foling customers with this promotion.
                                  i completely disagree with the same TATA SKY call center is the best

                                    we purchased the tata sky connection from Business centre - store at Rajkot Gujarat, at the time of purchase tata Callcentre person, Service engineer told us that, regarding signal and disk related problem we will provide free of cost sevice Life time - when it was only three year passed for purchase the connection - we are regular user and paying them,

                                    Since five months we are receiving week signals in our digicomp + at tv set but no one is giving proper response from Authorized distributor at Rajkot city level or not from Customer care number[protected]

                                    we have logged nos. of time compaints with customer care Toll free number but no one has visited once or never responded properly - told if you not satisfied sale out this connection or Pay a service charge for visit - Why should we pay for Tata sky's week signal or Disk problem - when it was commited by them that, this not chargable.

                                    Request to ask the Tata sky company for giving false commitment and wrong charges to be apply to customer.

                                      I booked my Tata Sky connection on 08Oct 2010 and was given T ata sky customer ID [protected].I was assured by Mr Shaman from [protected] that Tatasky will be installed at my residence within 48 hours,When no body came,I spoke to customercare. On 10th morning , one mr Vipin called up saying the Engineer will come to your residence at 4pm.At that time I was in Meerut but I rushed to Manesar because Engineer was comingto install TATASKY. But nobody turned up.Then again I contacted customercare on 10th evening and I got a SMS from TM-TATASKY saying " your tata sky request ref WO No:1-[protected] is scheduledon 11oct at 1600hrs . For any further assistancecontact [protected].
                                      Regular knockings at customercare and talking to a large number of crude and rude executives namely Vipin, Lalit,Ashok etc has only screwed up my own happiness but it has had no effect on Tata sky engineers and customercare executives.
                                      Today it is 13th late evening and there has been no joy in the past 6 days.
                                      Is there nobody in the Hierarchy chain to take these erring crude and rude executives/engineers to task?
                                      Why r u letting a handful of boys spoil the big name of TATAS?

                                      Will some one come back to me on this???????????

                                      I am an unfortunate customer of TATASKY with CID-[protected]. My digicomp stopped receiving signal due to installation of another dish belonging to another service provider. It is three clear days now, though I made many calls to their Call centre, after two visit from their teams, all promising that a different team will come for relocation, the work is still pending with no solution in sight. In view of the above, my queries are as under.
                                      1. Why does it take more than three days to rectify a fault? (Still no guarantee that the fault will get rectified even on the fourth day. I can expect a third team also to come to my house and tell me the obvious that the dish needs to be shifted.) Is this the service level, TATASKY promises to its customers?
                                      2. When the work order was issued for relocation of the dish to the second team why did they come un-prepared. Or is it that “TATASKY” thinks all customers are fools to pay for multiple visits of technicians for resolution of a problem.
                                      3. What is the so called “SYSTEM’ of TATASKY which does not take care of customer requirements? Is TATASKY driven by the so called SYSTEM or human are driving the system?
                                      3. Is TATASKY technology so inferior that just because another dish got installed in the vicinity of my dish, the signals gets blocked?
                                      4. Why is your IVR system so lousy, that when I select English as the language, the call gets diverted to a Hindi speaking executive? He then pleads to me to speak to him in Hindi.

                                        I bought lg 32" lcd on 9th 0ct 2010. with tata sky dth free . Tata sky was comitted to instal the dth setup within 72 hours . but within 72 hours i didn't got any kind of call from their side instead i called them atleast 3 to 4 times meanwhile but i didn't any satisfactory answer.today that is fifth day of purchasing tata sky but even now they are telling that it will take 72 hours or minimum 48 hours . this is an act of misleading to customers & miss comittment at the time of selling . and it is a legal offence too .
                                        i will wait for your installation on today last then i have to complain against Tata Sky in consumer forum .
                                        All of the conversation between me and tata sky customer care executive are recorded by me for evidence of your carelessness.

                                        Hi,
                                        I am totally agree with your problem. I have bought a Tata Sky connection from call centre on 06 October 2010. After buying the connection i was told that my hardware will arrive in 48 hours. The hardware arrived after 2 days before coming the Tata executive told me that if i can collect it from somewhere (what a cheap customer service). After collecting the hardware there was not a engineer nor call center gave me any call regarding installation. When i called in call center they told me that engineer scheduled installation for tomorrow by 10am to 12pm. I waited the all day for the engineer but no one came by. So i Called the call center and they told me to wait for today. If engineer did't turn up so i can take action. (For my Surprise one of my friend bought the connection from local electronic shop and it got installed in less then 3 hours) (maybe i made the wrong decision by buying from the Tata Sky Call center) So yesterday i cancelled the deal and ask them to refund my money for that they told me it will take at least 7 to 10 working days. So lets see how long it will take to get my money back.
                                        And for your Kind Information Tata Sky call center is useless. They don't know anything in fact some of them even don't know how to use their system (Call center Software).
                                        I don't know whether these people got any training before hitting the floor.

                                        But what i know is that they are ruining the name of Tata's.
                                        So Best of luck to Tata Sky
