I had taken Tata Sky (DTH) connection in Nov 08, on 14th Dec 08 (Sunday) I went to Tata Sky office - Bhandarkar Road Pune for renewal of my subscription over there I mate one of the employee working in Tata sky, I told him that I want to renew my subscription for 1 year the scheme was that the consumer has to pay 10 months charges in which he can enjoy 1 year validity,
I had paid respective charges Rs 3050/- (for my package), I asked him about the procedure for renewal he told me that you just have to pay the subscription amount only it will get activated automatically. After that I had not contacted to Tata sky.
On 07 May 2009 I had contacted Tata sky customer care (Ms Yogita) at 9.00 pm for dropping of one package which I was enjoying, That time I had come to know that my subscription is not valid for 1 year it is valid only for 10 months., So I explained her how I had recharged my A/C, & immediately I had asked Ms Yogita in that same call to forward my complaint about the same & to solve my problem,
Till 25th May 09 I had not got a single call from Tata Sky, So again called to customer care & Spoke with Mr. Yogesh & explained him hole story from the beginning, he said we cannot entertain your complaint neither we can take any action against anybody, He also replied me that last time when you called on 7th May 09 that was not a complaint that was just the information given by you that is why neither we have taken any action on that nor we have called you.
So I told him that I am not satisfied with your services, so I want to cancel the connection, he asked me to pay some more money & we will renew your A/C for 1 year from today, I told him that I am not interested in your product & I want to cancel this connection, so you tell me the procedure for that, He told me that they can’t cancel the connection neither they will refund me the balance in my A/C as on date, as this is prepaid connection.
