There is no responce from cu.stomercare or helpline

I want to add star cricket package for 1 month than I want to remove so what is the removing procedure. Is there anyone who can help me.

non functioning connection

I bought a setup box in the month of Jan 24th 2009 from Bareilly (UP) of tata sky with a spacific note that the said connection is to be installed at my summer cottage at Nainital uttarkhand.the dealer after checking up from the regional office confirmed the the set be made funtional by their service deptt at nainital on 25th
to my surprise no body turned up

High Charges & Non-Availability of enough Malayalam Channels

I am a tata sky subscriber since the very first days it came in market.My Subscriber ID is [protected].I 'd like to say frankly that tata sky is not offering customers enough malayalam channels.
And, tata sky is strictly based on marketing strategies.All the packages are high costly.The division of packages is not uniform.Sports channels are available only in add-on packages and not in any of the base packages. After buying this...

Digicomp not working properly

We have purchase Tata Sky on 15th March within 15 days the remote was not working which was replaced & now the digicomp is not working for the last 10 days we have complaints after complaints still we are not able to the digicomp we are spening lot of money on STD calls.

Cancellation of Connection

i have request to tatasky officer to merge my to sub id in one & i have asked them for charges they revert me with on charges will apply to merging .

It is undenying that we all are paying for the services and not making way for TATA SKY Marketing efforts. It is indeed terrible that for the last couple of months or more I believe, the browse screens of Tata Sky are continuously bothering us with song clips available for caller tunes that is literally a terrible noise...

Recharge related

I am a Tata Sky subscriber. I had done on line recharge for Rs 300/- on 13th April 2009 through net banking of my bank. My bank has generated transaction id for this transaction, which I have communicated to Tata Sky

ACTIVATION TIME

Tata Sky is prompt in deactivating the digi card but takes lot of time to activate the same.My TV was de activated and after recharging the voucher it was not charged and no telephone number is there to inform them about this...

Commitment

When we shifted to Goregaon (West) we thought to go for DTH service instead of regular Cable Network. Amongst the DTH service providers, we went for Tata Sky because of TATA's credibility.

Flashing codes and other irritants

The 8 digit code with blue background is flashed every 5-10 minutes or so on my TV screen for at least 30 seconds. Sometimes, there are multiple such codes at the same time. This is really irritating from the point of view of viewer experience, as the codes are right there in the middle of the screen in most instances.

I was lead to believe that this is a security measure, but flashing it every 5 minutes is just ridiculous....

Weekly prize( ipod shuffle) not yet received

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that my father was declared as the weekly winner of tata sky game ( moonlight mayhem) on 9 th Feb 2009. The weekly prize for this is an ipod shuffle. But still we have not heard anything so far from Tata sky inspite of giving mail complaints to them a couple of times.

I have almost lost all hopes of getting this prize. If this forum helps that would be nice.br...
