[Resolved] Election Commission — No Receive Voter ID Card

I am Jitender Nath singh S/O shri Ram Adhar Singh, residence at C-41A, Kutub Vihar Phase-I, (Goyala dairy) Najafgarh, New Delhi-43, We are submit the 001B form (this from AC No. 34, Serial No. 252, Part No. 144) for Voter I Card But we have not received any one voter card till date. I am Shaik Imran resident of 7-6-898/5 Sanjeevaiah Nagar 1st Line Guntur. My name is included in Voters list and some members came and took my photo for voter id card all my family members received the card but i havent received the cards, please do the needful

I myself Anoop Kumar & my wife named as Nandi Chauhan had applied for voter I.D. Card in July/ Aug.2008.with all the legal documents but till dated we have not receipt of voter I.D.card.I m living at Moti Bagh since last 23 yrs but no card is there..My contact No. is [protected] & PAN CARD no. is AJJPK537Q & my wiofe's PAN CARD no. is ADWPC3603J.Now time is very less .Therefore I request to pl. look into immediately.
