My self is Shivkumar, an Indian who have just applied for the Voter ID card of mine. Its totally messed up. My english name incorrect. My Age is incorrect, Needed your help in making it all correct & re-send on my address.

Sir i am living with my family at 25 FRIENDS ENCLAVE dayalbagh agra comming under 89 agra uttar constituency, a 20year old colony.Upto loksabha 2004 our colony was in existance and our names were in voter list BUTunfortunately election staff on duty delete our colony from the U P vidhan sabha 2007 /loksabha 2009 elections.More than 150 persons of 35 houses were affected .All the VOTERS of residents of FRIENDS ENCLAVE were shifted to ASHOK VIHAR / KARAMVEER NAGAR / FRIENDS VIHAR polling list bhag sankhya 69/65 by election staff .We all were surprised how this done.we took this discrepency to the local election adminstrative officers at AGRA but no action was taken.Recently on election commission call to register correct name, address, we submit recent photos with residence proof (Ration Card) and affidavit to the BLO deputed for this work at Radha Ballabh inter college Amar Vihar Agra, Sir I am shocked to write that said BLO delivered voter card noSZX 2268746 /2214344 /2214351 /2213882 under bhag sankhya 128 with sr no 1593/1534/1535/1520 dt 17/12/2011 with a WRONG address as 25 FRIENDS VIHAR dayalbagh agra.which we returned to him immedetely for correction in residencial address.
Sir i want to know this is valid/legal to vote with a wrong address voter card. we all residents under the banner of friends enclave kalyan samiti approch to Distt Electoral Registration Officer Agra.ACM-2 in writingon[protected] they told that election commission UP had locked control line so nothing can be done and sorry. we request please guide us in the matter other we have no alternative to boycott the comming constituency election. My wife card No. is XPD3944899 and in her card husband name incorrect (name mentioned in Card is Mohd. Chandrashekhar) instead of V.Chandrashekhar and here Date of Birth is 31.12.1980 and in the card mentioned xx/xx/1979
