I am Meenakshi working with Brand Promotions (I) Pvt. Ltd, the company Head Office is in Mumbai
and i am working in Delhi Branch, i have been deducting the portion of my salary for Pf since
August.2008 and my PF No: MH/THN/99439/68, i want to know how will i apply for the
PF at the time of quiting the company, as i am very much afraid now from PF company
who are not giving the PF claim on time these day suggest me so that
i will get my PF easily AS THIS IS MY RIGHT

What rate of interest should be deposited for late payment of Contribution

I have submitted my PF forms 19 & 10-c on 26 mar 2009 at Office of EPFO Regional Office Barkatpura Hyderabad-500027. After the form being under process for 2 months and i want to know that whether the office will clear my settlement. So Please forward the necessary information to my e-mail id.

I submiited my PF withdrawal form 2 months before. My PF Account No: KN/BN/25458/404. But still I have not reccieved any claim.Please look into the matter and please till me how much amount i will get.

I applied for my PF amount in 26mar2009 and they said that you get PF after 2 months but right now i do not get any amount from PF department. Actually My PF account number is AP/42916/13708. If there any mistakes in application submission. You would rather than to forward information to my email id.

I working in an IT company, in Hyderabad and my basic is Rs. 10, 000 +. But, my company is debiting PF from my basic upto Rs.6, 500/- and I don't want to the PF as of now. As per my knowledge, PF is mandatory upto basic of Rs.6, 500/- & below. Kindly educate me is Provident Fund is applicable to those whose basic is more than Rs. 6, 500/- eventhough they are unwilling to subscribe PF.

I am residing in Bangalore. I have not been receiving my pension from January 2009 in spite of my giving the Life Certificate to my bank in November 2008. Since the PF dept advised the bank that they have not received the same I had submitted another certificate duly endorsed my bank at the Bangalore PF office counter on April 22, 2009. Subsequently I sent a reminder also on May 7, 2009 to speed up this matter. It is most regretted that I am yet to receive my pension amounts for this period. I hereby request you to please look into this and pay me my pension arrears from January 2009 along with other cumulative arrears (if any).

I would greatly appreciate your immediate action and response on this matter.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have made a claim against my PF which was accepted by the EPFO on 16-Dec-2008, however I am yet to receive the same.

And In Online it is displaying as my receipt no 435425 Status under process and claim received date as 16/12/2008. and writen as try after 30 days from the day I have checked. From feb-2009 to till today.


The numbers provided on the website are never answered.
I would like to know how do I take this up with the EPFO inorder to expedite the claim process.

Now I am working company HO Ahmedabad. Now I will transfer previous two company PF Amount to present company.
