[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

I have lodged my complaint very many times but what is the use of lodging a complaint if no action is taken
and no E mail is sent regarding the status? My account number is MH/96533/318.Hope atleast this comment will receive some attention.

With reference to my PF A/c no:DL/28388/1002, I have made a claim in 08, Macrh'09.As per M/s Hinustan Times L.T.D officials that they have forwarded my for form to Pf deptt.But till now I have no information.

My form was submitted to PF office 1month and half month ago but yet I haven't receive the pf in my a/c.As after doing the regular followup with pf office they told me with in 5 to 6 working days you can check with your bank"
I want know is this way pf office works as per the rules it should take 1month of 15days to clear the pf from pf office after company formalities over.

When I read the complaints which is given above by no of people then it look that got is not Conscious aboout the poor people.

I am not able to find any update on EPF India Website.

I submitted my PF withdrawal form (HR[protected] twice in last 1.5 years (time since I left the organization). In Jan 09 I had to submit the form again as my previous employer told me that the PF office has misplaced my form what an irony. I even emailed directly to Employees Provident Fund Organisation India but they didn’t even bother to reply me back. This has become a concern to me as I worked for more than 2 years and yet have no information regarding my PF amount.
Seeing other people complaints I am surprised, during the period of our job this amount is deducted on monthly basis to secure us in old age what is the use of such provision when we have to work twice hard to get in cashed and there is no authority to answer properly.

Its been almost a year that I have left LIFECELL INTERNATIONAL, a company based out of Chennai and I am yet to receive my provident fund settlement.

I left the company in June 2008 and since then i have been pursuing with them for the settlement of my Provident Fund. After much deliberation I was told that the form that I had submitted at the time of leaving the company had some issues and hence i had re-submitted a form again.

To my utter disappointment even today the claims have not been processed and I am told now that since the company has not filed their IT returns my claims cannot be processed. I am unable to understand why I am being penalized for the company's fault and ignorance. The company never hesitated in deducting PF contribution from my salary wherein even the employer's contribution was deducted from my salary, then why should I wait till the time they get up from their slumber and deciding to file their returns. This I am sure you would agree shows the serious the company has towards their employees and even towards the Govt regulations. They are not only making a mockery of their employees but also the Govt per say.

I look forward to a redressal to my complaint.

My PF A/C No. as given to me by the company is TN / 60778 / 280.

Kindly do the needful.

With reference to the above subject, its almost nearing to three years, that my pension arrears is not get settled, inspite of my several request through telephone and in writing as mentioned in above said references. As per instructions by your office when I visited personally I couldn’t find any conclusion, I had enclosed a attested copy of bank passbook, in which it can be known that no such amount is credited to my account as mentioned in your letter (Ref No. 1) and dispatched on[protected] by registered post to Hubli and a copy to EPF shimoga branch but no response till now.
Please let me know how many years I have to wait for getting my pension arrears, which is also my right.
