Dear Sir,
My name is Rahul Nimbalkar, working with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, living at Pune. I have purchased Infinity named water purifier on 26/06/2010. My customer ID is [protected].
On the very second day after installation of the machine, it was found that machine is leak. I have immediately conacted Mr. Mahendra Choudhary, Sales executive ([protected]) and Mr. Bodle ([protected]). they both send the technician and assured me that, there is a very little problem and it will not be happened in future.I trusted these guys, but on today (17/11/2010), same leakage problem was found in machine.
I have contacted Mr. Choudhary, he had not replied to my calls. I have contaced Mr. Bodle. Now Mr. Bodle is agree that there is problem in my machine.
I request you to look into the matter and arrange to issue me new machine.
Mr. Choudhary and Mr. Bodle had replied very arrogantly.

Forbes — not getting refund
1.i was a lotery retailer with dhandhanadhan.but after a while punjab govement banned the business of lotery in punjab.2.So i gave the lotery machine to thier regional office in chandigarh in order to get my refund back.but since (sep-06) than i havent got my refund.
3.Earlier they were attending my phone but now they have made that number not working.so now i need ur help to solve problem.thank u .
