by your service engineer named after Mr Jonginder Singh.
Regretfully , I have to point out that despite of our several telephonic complaints
nobody is listening .
Please get it repaired immediately by some another engineer or we will be forced
to go to consumer court.

      Eureka Forbes - No service providers

      Bought the water purifier machine a month ago and it was not working properly. Raised the complaint in the customer care but till now none has turned Up. My sincere advice please do not buy any product of Eureka Forbes.

      i, pramod kumar, R/O 33E, Gandhi gram, Kanpur, mob. no. [protected] purchased a RO aquagaurd ENHANCE B Code No. 12252, Sl. No. D[protected], from your company agent Mr. Sumit, mob no. [protected]. he agreed to sell the unit with Rs. 13000/-. i paid the same amount through credit card. he supplied the unit but he didn't provide service related documents and gift. the gift, offering the co. is not precious for me. i rung up the agent several time but he is not responding. therefore, this is my request to provide the docs. related to service at least.

        Hi

        I bought Aqua sure storage water purifer of Eureka forbes in Sep'09 which eas the latest model of storage water purifier that time. It had warranty of one year. Exactly after one year, in Nov'10, it stopped working. I loged complaint at Eureka Forbes customer care no. 39883333 on 11.11.2010. A service engineer came and told that adapter needs to be changed. He told that he will change it next day but he advised not to buy the new adapter instead buy a new purifier. But next day when again contacted him to change the adapter again he advised to change the purifier itself. Like this one week passed and adapter was not changed. I again loged the complaint on[protected] on 19.11.2010 to change the adapter. I used to remind on this number 2 or 3 times daily after then after loging the complaint, but every time same reply was given that engineer will be coming soon. When asked their supervisor's number, they gave telephone number[protected] of Ms. Anu. This number used to be switch on only after 12:30 AM and she attended my call only once and replied that she will call me back. After then whenever I used to call her, she didn't reply and then she used to switch off her phone. This is the behaviour of Eureka Forbes customer care supervisor for which she has got this job.

        After repeated calls to eureka forbes number 39883333, ultimately on 26.11.2010, they replied that adapter is not in stock and will be received in 3 or 4 days. It took them 15 days to know that adapter is not in stock. I know this is also a false excuse just to harass the customer. Their service engineer is well trained to not to rectify the complaint so that customer may buy a new purifier from them.

        SO. if you are buying any product from Eureka forbes, just think over it because once it gets faulty, it will not be rectified, the company will harass you so that you buy a new product instead of rectifying it.

          Ever since I purchased ( January 2010) the so-called advanced Aquagaurd water purifier, it has been a constant struggle with the company representatives with respect to the TDS issue. When the equipment was sold to us, we were promised by the sales executive that the sensor technology would ensure that we get water with an optimum TDS of around 100, irrespective of the input water. But it is vexatious that even after 8 months and countless services, yesterday the TDS measured by technician Mr Pazhani ( [protected]) was a mere15. This kind of TDS is attained even in the most basic of RO models! Why do we need such an expensive sensor technology for this low TDS? One can't help but feel cheated by this company especially when the equipment cost is prohibitively high (17000 Rs)! I am sure that this problem of TDS is not an isolated occurence with respect to only our equipment. Since not many customers are knowledgable enough to know the significance of TDS they may not even be getting the readings every time from the technician and so most of them might be completely ignorant of the existing TDS problem. In short I can state that this model is a complete failure and the company should stop marketing this model with immediate effect and provide the existing customers adequate compensation at the earliest.

            We have purchased Eureka Forbas Water Purifier Aquagard RO Total NF Reviva in month of March or April 2010. Within 6 months product started malfunctuning and water circulation was very very low. We kept on complaining, Complain Details : Compalin Dts.:6-11-10, 11-11-10, 12-11-10, 22-11-10, 24-11-10, Complain Nos.: 83824718, 83852519,[protected], 83900973, 60224058 respectively. After making so many daily phone calls Technician visited and changed the filter and same day evening again its stopped working. Again making so many phone calls, registering complaints till today i.e. 26-11-10 nobody is least bothered to solve the problem. False promises are made daily.

            Please help us to fight with them, we want to return the product and want refund of the total money we paid.

              Aquaguard / Water purifier — False promise

              I had purchased Aqua guard water purifier on 9.1.2008. from the authorised Sales Executive. He promised life time free service for the product ( Gold NOVA price 9500 INR). My Order No is[protected]. I have called the Customer care and they given me the complaint no which is 64595351. This almost 4 weeks no one has turned to provide the service. On calling customer care they just say technician will arrive in next 24 hrs but that didnt hasppened.
              Please ensure my water purifier get repaired and take appropriate action against company for false promises they make.

              Hello,
              I purchased Auqaguard gold water purifier after lot of persuation from the sales agent. He promised that he would be giving me gift vochures for service and he has not turned up despite repated calls to him and to his manager too.
              I am pretty much dissppointed by sales agent and there false promises.
              I would advise all prosperctive buyers to think twice before commiting to sales agent.

              Hi,

              I had bought Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV model 3 months back(around mar 2014). It worked well for three months, 15 days before it started giving problem. The problem was water which was coming out of purifier was gradually decreased and three days back, it stopped filtering of water and no water is coming out of it.

              I had raised a complaint with Eureka forbes Customer Service Center, but in vain. The Service is so pathetic that they won't even bother to update you the status. After a rigorous followup on 2nd and 3rd day, I was given false assurances that the issue would get resolved by End Of Day.

              But, trust me, they won't even give a to respond when you call again for a followup, the other guy who is probably a call center guy will again come up with some story, that he will escalate the ticket and will get back an update or he will keep you on a long hold after that some bloody bull service manager or floor manager will pick up the phone and will say, Ok Sir, correct Sir.

              I had got three phone numbers from the customer care

              After that I had a long discussion with some people like Mr, Uma(Floor Manager), Mr. Madhu(Floor Manager), Imtiaz(Senior Customer Executive) but everyone would try to tell something to avoid their turn. They just want to hang up by saying something so that next time I call, it would be some other guy and not him who should respond.

              I dont know what to do, please suggest on how to proceed to make eureka forbes work on my problem. I regret now that I had bought such a pathetic product
              I have purchased new Aquagurad RO + UV, one month back. It worked for two weeks and suddenly stopped working. Unit is always displaying red light and water is not getting filtered. I have given multiple complaints to eureka forbes customer care, but my issue was not resolved. Technician has visited for 3 times but they are unable to trace out the issue and till today it was not resolved. I requested them to replace as it was newly purchased.

              When I try to contact the sales team, then Mr. Sriram who is manager is disconnecting the phone, when I make a call from my mobile.

              for the last one month my aquaguard is not working, have made a complaint 3 times, someone comes and checks and says some part is not working properly needs to be replaced and goes away, no one comes to replace the part., nor is any effort made to rectify the problem. i repent buying aqua guard from eureka forbes... aqua sure is totally unsure !..
              No Service repeated break downs since purchase and we are vexed up with the instrument. Kindly provide service. Presently not working for more than 30 days. Please arrange the service person ASAP
              Unit does not to On mode .
              On 04.07.2015 company personal has came for AMC service for "167811 Aqua Sure W-Purifier AquafloDX", since then our Aqusure is not working at all. Afterwards we call him, then he told us that there is some problem and he will come on Monday rectify the same.Till problem not solved. And service center person (M/s. Smiteeksha Enterpirses) not able to understand what is the exact problem, as once they told there is some wiring problem and then they told problem in panel and now they says Aqua guard is to to be taken to service center and check what is the problem.
              After lots of argument, they told now time is over and will take Aqua guard tomorrow and now they are not responding

              Aquagaurd sold aqua pure RO uv+, by telling with warranty of one year, however, the purifier candle was lost within 2 months, no one attending the service request if you complained them also. very poor service by this organisation .

                I am purchase Eureka Forbes water purifire on[protected] and machine installed on[protected]. Product name is Protec+ water purifire order form No.[protected]. Customer No. [protected]. The purifire is not working just after 4 days after installation. We placed complain and today one fitter come but he could not able to repair it and saying he has seen first time this machine. While purchasing also sales manager not given full information. I am mentally harassed by purchasing this poduct. Please help me.

                  I had an old Aquagurd (Water Purifier) purchjased from Eureka Forbes since 1997. Company persisted with me to change old model as they are claiming not giving adequate result. It's not actually true, I came to know. Even then My wife agreed to purchase their new model 'Infinity' with the promiss of returning the price of 3 years AMC within 10 days. They have also taken my original AMC contact papar. Now the company does not bother to pay back the price of AMC even after 2 months and repeated call.

                  Forbes — not getting refund

                  1.i was a lotery retailer with dhandhanadhan.but after a while punjab govement banned the business of lotery in punjab.

                  2.So i gave the lotery machine to thier regional office in chandigarh in order to get my refund back.but since (sep-06) than i havent got my refund.

                  3.Earlier they were attending my phone but now they have made that number not working.so now i need ur help to solve problem.thank u .

                    I had bought a Aquagurad RO Protect+ from Eureka Forbes India in June this year. After running for about a month it started giving tremendous problems. In the last few months the problem has increased significantly. There is continuous discharge of water from the outlet pipe and no water gets accumulated in the water filter. It has become a regular affair that in the morning we do not get any water from the RO Water purifier and then we have to buy mineral water from outside. My customer number is [protected].Every time we make a complaint to the customer care a service engineer comes and cleans the input iron filters outside the RO Protect+ and then within few days the problem again starts. Within this short span of 6 months we have made at least 9 complaints but seldom do their engineer make a visit and if they do so they come after 1 or 2 days. Eureka Forbes should understand how vital is water to human beings and if there is no drinking water at home then how it impacts their customer. I have been using other Aquaguard products in the past like Nova and none of them gave any trouble. Now this product has become a big problem for us. We had asked the service engineers to open the RO Protect + and see if there is any problem in the main water filter. They said that they do not have the knowledge and they are not authorised to do. For that there are senior engineers to do such jobs. I called up their local Calcutta office and spoke to their Sales Manager and he had said that he will send a senior engineer to look into the water filter. But till date no one has come.When I bought this product I never knew that a water filter can give so much of problem. The mission statement in the Eureka Forbes brochure states " To build sustainable relationship with customer". But so far the experience has been far from that.Would request urgent help in this regard.

                      Hello,

                      We were really proud of Eureka Forbes as renowned company for their service but what is this with Aqua Sure.
                      I am very sorry to say that it is a pure poor quality service by the rude and uncooperative support person (Raghupati) of Aqua Sure
                      We had purchased aqua sure 3-4 months back and now we felt the filter should be replaced by a new one. The cost of it is Rs.390. We made a call to Ms. Aswini ([protected]) and requested for the same. She told that the support person will bring all types of filter [cartridge]. When the support person (Raghupati-Name does not match with his attitude) he was trying to push the better cartridge of Rs.590 and without confirming anything he started dissemble our old cartridge and fitting the new one [Rs. 590]. When we asked whether this is having any advance facility he said "Yes..It will disinfect all the Jerm, Bacteria, Virus, Protozoa"..all other biological terms which normal people can't even imagine as if they are very sure about the effects of all those in human body better than a qualified doctor of having MBBS,MD,FRCS degree. :).
                      Now the actual thing came when he was unable to convince us that this new filter has no floating concept that means if the lower panel is full we are not supposed to fill the water in the upper panel.
                      So we are only fill water half of the total capacity [if 18lt, then only 9lt]. So we are paying more where reducing the water capacity [seems vert silly] otherwise you may slip in the ground and may need to go to doctor or rush to hospital if extreme. We are living with small kids also. But that poor fellow Raghupati was repetitively telling that the floating is an optional and if you want you have to pay extra Rs.150. So for Rs.1200 Aqua Sure, the so called advance cartridge cost of Rs. (590+150) instead of Rs. 390.
                      We were quite unsatisfied that time and were not at all convinced to pay extra Rs. 350 without any reason as we were told that the support guy will bring all types of cartridge. It was a 2 hours wasting of time with no satisfactory result and above all that guy left the place with disable our old cartridge. So again we had to assemble all the things by our own.
                      Raghupati’s manager Ashok ([protected]) was not at all supportive with the customer like us. He should train his fellow how to interact with customer and what to show before installation. They both were not agreeing to take it back and continually saying that “You have to pay Rs.590, floating is the optional for that you have to pay 150 or else simply give Rs. 100 to that stupid fellow (Raghupati) Rs.100 without any reason and without any service.
                      Here my whole point is whether Eureka Forbes is not willing to support to the consumer with decency and proper attitude.
                      Please take a necessary action to the sales person so that the consumer like us will still be proud of Eureka Forbes and the Company Image will not be ruined for this kind stupid fellow like Raghupati/Ashok.

                        I am a blind person and purchased an Aquaguard Water Purifier from Aquaguard Sector 8, Chandigarh in June 2010 and the payment was made by A/c payee cheque. I was told that the product will be under guarantee for one year. But no bill / invoice was given as I was told that the bill will be sent through courier.
                        I purchased the said product in good faith.
                        Now due to some defect the tap / water outlet is got changed and the company is demanding a sum of Rs. 500/- on account of replacement charges, whereas the said product is under guarantee till June 2011.
                        You are, therefore, reuested kindly look into the matter and issue instructions as your goodself deem fit in the interest of justice.

                        Dear Khajan,
                        Do not give 500 to that chap. Tap would cost near 40-50 Rs in Local market. Please contact to any local RO service center.
                        Even I had to pay Rs500 for the tap. The original lasted for 13 months and I have pay Rs 500 for the replacement tap. Acqua guard parts are not available in the market, where as Kent spare parts are so cheeeaaappp in comparison.

                          Never buy any product of Eureka Forbes. Complete cheating company. No service. No quality. Foolish cheaters were appointed as marketing executives and employees.

                          I am the most embarrased customer of Eureka Forbes Water purifier in Hyderabad. My customer ID is[protected]. I bought Aquaguard iNova in 2008. Two free services in first year assurance was given to me while buying the product. I called 100s of times to customer care, the worst services center, but they never come for the free services in first year. I gave complaints also but no complaints dept is setup by Eureka. Then I took a service contract for INR 3000 from one of the foolish executive of Eureka Forbes but that is also not working. He is not coming after so many calls. At present my purifier is delivering waste with water and I am having big trouble with that. I am ready to go to court against Eureka Forbes for all these harassment and cheating. Please let me know if someone can join hands with me against Eureka with their worst experience.

                            3 months earlier I have purchased Aquaguard Total RO+ ; but till date it has not been installed completely at my home. I have Paid as a cash amount for Rs.350 to the official employee of the office of Eureka Forbs Muz for its stand. But stand has not been supplied and so the installation of aquaguard is not complete. I AM NOT SATISSFIED OF THIS SERVICE.....

                              I have purchased one water purifier from Aquaguard i novia model and also taken insurance for the same from the same compnay. However, despite regular complaints the agency and service centre at Ranchi is befooling me and informed that water switch is not repairable and requiring change of water switch. After contacting on regular basis for last one & halfmonth, the agency and service centre informing that we are in the process of bringing water switch but they simply befooling me and till date they have not brought the switch and I am not receiving water from the machine. This kind of poor service and cheating is getting beyond tolerance. Even service agent is also not responding to telephone calls. Arrange to take stern action against the culprints and provide the service without any further delay as my family is suffering after purchasing this water purifier from Aquaguard.

                                Dear Sir,

                                My name is Rahul Nimbalkar, working with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, living at Pune. I have purchased Infinity named water purifier on 26/06/2010. My customer ID is [protected].

                                On the very second day after installation of the machine, it was found that machine is leak. I have immediately conacted Mr. Mahendra Choudhary, Sales executive ([protected]) and Mr. Bodle ([protected]). they both send the technician and assured me that, there is a very little problem and it will not be happened in future.I trusted these guys, but on today (17/11/2010), same leakage problem was found in machine.

                                I have contacted Mr. Choudhary, he had not replied to my calls. I have contaced Mr. Bodle. Now Mr. Bodle is agree that there is problem in my machine.

                                I request you to look into the matter and arrange to issue me new machine.
                                Mr. Choudhary and Mr. Bodle had replied very arrogantly.

                                Eureka forbes Water Purifier — leaking machine

                                i have had a very bad experience with my water purifier from eureka forbes.i have got a anual service contract with the company but let me tell you that the services rendered by the company are very pathetic and you get only false assuarance from the customer care.but in absence of any senior authority the customers are been taken for granted.even after complaining upteen number of times no one turns up for days to come to rectify the problem.i think one should think twice before buying eureka forbes products
                                I am one of the aqua guard customers for the past 10 years.

                                Till today i didnt get problem even once.

                                It is one of the best products in the market

                                Eureka Forbes Ltd. /Infinity — Non Delivery of Machine

                                I have booked the order for Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes Ltd. - Model - Infinity and made the full payment on 06.10.09 & got the assurance the next day the machine will be delivered. But so far we have not received the same even after the following up with concerned persons. And no one from the company bothered to call and inform us for the reason of delay.

                                  I have been registering Complaint on Euro helpline no 39883333 again and again My last complaint No was[protected] which they came did something temporary again I had to call on the same this went on for almost 2 Months now again its spoilt I have registered a new complaint on 10 Nov my new complaint no 60085593 every day i have been told some one will be there but no one turns out. To top it all they keep giving me different no and they expect me to call and get the co ordination done

                                    I have purchased a product from AQUA GUARD. The product is WATER PURIFIER (RO).

                                    From the date of purchase the product is not working.

                                    Then i contacted the executive who convinced me to get this product .

                                    That executive is not showing any sort of interest to rectify the problem.

                                    The executive trying to threaten us by saying "Iam from your area i know all the people and i won't replace or rectify the product you face the problem."

                                    As a family committed person people like us facing a problem daily because of irresponsible executives like Mr.DASARADHAN.-[protected].

                                    Even this kind of raising a complaint won't work also, god has to decide finally.

                                    Aquaguard Water Purifier — irresponsible after sales service

                                    We at M/s.OCL India Limited, Kapilas Cement works are using Aqua guard Water purifiers. We have an AMC for maintenance. Inspite of repeated calls, Service engineers are not visiting and we want the company to take back the equipments at the price at which it was sold enabling us to go for other brands.

                                      1 I have an aquagd brand Nova since 2002 and have been entering into an AMC ever since I bought the same.
                                      2. I am now currently posted in Shillong and had renewed my AMC on 06 Feb 2010 vide receipt no. 17382618 and on that day the candle and the carbon block were replaced by the company rep.
                                      3. I had lodged a complaint on 18 Oct 2010 on Mobile no.[protected] and requested Mr Prem to send somebody to attend to the complaint on 23 Oct 2010 at 1500 Hrs as I have a five day working office and would be available at home to get the complaint rectified. On 23 Oct 2010 I waited for someone to come or give a call but receiving no call or any rep I left for the market at 1530 Hrs. I get a call at 1545 Hrs from the co. rep who had reached my residence to attend to the complaint. I told him that I would reach back home at about 1730 Hrs and he should come that time as I had waited for him till 1530 Hrs.
                                      4. Accordingly I was back home but the rep did not come and returned only on 25 Oct 2010 when my wife was to leave for some committment. The rep said that he would not keep coming to attend the complaint and that she should get the same rectified. Due to lack of time she did not get the complaint attended to and told him to come on 30 Oct 2010 at 1500 Hrs.
                                      5. I spoke to Mr Prem again on 25 Oct 2010 and requested him to send the rep on 30 Oct 2010 but no one came to attend to the complaint.
                                      6. I also draw your attention to the reverse of the AMC receipt wherein it is mentioned in para 1 that two periodical visits per year during the contract will be undertaken where the purifier will be thoroughly checked, cleaned, serviced and adjusted.
                                      7. There has never been an occasion when the rep of the Co. has ever come for the tasks as given in the AMC for a check on his own but it has been a call from our side that the visit has been made. This is contrary to the laid down services in the contract for which the payment has been made by US the customers. If this is the way the Well known companies offer their services I am afraid the other options will be preferred by the customers and the market reputation and business will be at stake, as I am sure not only me but most of the customers will have the same experience of no visits by the Co. reps.
                                      8. I thus request you to look into this very important aspect and advice the Co. to honour the complaints of the customers and also act as per the terms & conditions of the AMC and educate their personnel to pay more heed to the requirement of the customers. A reminder was again given to the Co rep Mr Prem for 06/11/10 & 13/11/10 but My complaint was not attended to .
                                      9. May I request you to please do something as this is not the correct policy adopted by the Firm.

                                      Aquaguard Water Purifier — AMC not honoured

                                      we made a AMC for aquaguard water purifier 16/05/08 and we made a complaint on 16/10/08 upto 17/11/08 no body came and we called again and again their customer care their local office no response they are now cheating people and they are helpless dont buy the product use manual water filter with hot water.
                                      We made a AMC for aquaguard water purifier and we made a complaint on 15/12/08 upto 19/11/08 no body came and we called again and again their customer care their local office no response .
                                      same kind of experience with us also.. we had renewed the amc on 2/8/09 but still now the purifier is not working.. inspite of calling up the aqua guard people there is no proper response...

                                        I had made a complaint of broken tab of Aquaguard RO on 28th Oct'2010. 29th Oct'2010 a person from service centre came and did some temporary arrangements. since then the water is leaking from RO from 02 places. I had made a complaint to service centre and website, but no responce has come till now. The person from service centre is telling that we don't have the tabs of that model in stock, you may please send a complaint in our web site regarding this. For needful please.
