Dear Sir,
My name is Rahul Nimbalkar, working with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, living at Pune. I have purchased Infinity named water purifier on 26/06/2010. My customer ID is [protected].
On the very second day after installation of the machine, it was found that machine is leak. I have immediately conacted Mr. Mahendra Choudhary, Sales executive ([protected]) and Mr. Bodle ([protected]). they both send the technician and assured me that, there is a very little problem and it will not be happened in future.I trusted these guys, but on today (17/11/2010), same leakage problem was found in machine.
I have contacted Mr. Choudhary, he had not replied to my calls. I have contaced Mr. Bodle. Now Mr. Bodle is agree that there is problem in my machine.
I request you to look into the matter and arrange to issue me new machine.
Mr. Choudhary and Mr. Bodle had replied very arrogantly.

Eureka forbes Water Purifier — leaking machine
i have had a very bad experience with my water purifier from eureka forbes.i have got a anual service contract with the company but let me tell you that the services rendered by the company are very pathetic and you get only false assuarance from the customer care.but in absence of any senior authority the customers are been taken for granted.even after complaining upteen number of times no one turns up for days to come to rectify the problem.i think one should think twice before buying eureka forbes products
