on September 22 ,2009 i registed a complaint No: [protected] & Customer Id No:[protected] saying that my Total Aquaguard RO Purifier in not working, after 3 days i received a call from the service technician that he is going to attend the complaint shortly. many times i remember about the complaint, so far they not bother about the complaint.
i fed up by calling them,and came to conclusion not to pruchase...

I am having Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (with pump/motor) which is under AMC as on date. Last week one representative had come on two consecutive days for servicing/changing of carbon, etc. However, from subsequent day the pump/motor of water purifier is not working. I am not sure if it has been disconnected. I have also written to them today morning.

I have a water purifier ( model Inova) purchased from Eureka forbes. After expiry of the warranty I entered into a 3 year Annual maintenance Contract with the company on 12/4/2008. At the time of the contract the comapny serviced the machine and changed the filter. I paid for your product - TOTAL REVIVA, but don’t know when this water purifier will start purifying water at my residence. It is lying here uninstalled for the last 10 days.

I have been using Aqua purifier since 10 yrs .Last Year I have changed another one NF membrane (same company).After every 6-8 months change its Nf & other membrane including candle.Last time also came with loose Nf membrane , after complain many times they came with packed membrane.
Complaint to Laxmi Nagar service centre & also to Euro Help Line 39883333., but in vain....

The Eureka Forbes Aquaguard salesman said that this water filter will come for 14 years and will give sweet water. He never told that for 1 litre of water 9 litres of water will get wasted. Neither did he say we have to pay Rs. 3660 every year as AMC to maintain the aquaguard. Being lured by the brand, we bought the Aquaguard Total RO filter for Rs. 14500. (model sp-2000 ).i renwewed its amc for 2 years few months back.
i problem we are facing is that daily there is some or the other problem with the filter.
sometime the water it filters is stinky. it smells bad & tastes even worse.

After treating water by Aquaguard Booster water is testing slightly salty might be due to TDS. So please do need full to remove the TDS or any attachment with present system....
