I would to inform you that I have bought accua guard from eureka fobes, 9 month back, and they had promise me that we only have to do the service after 2 year but incase any kind of issue arises within warrenty they will do the free sevice, and also as per the policy 2 service is free in one year, now there is requirement for service inspite registering 4 times within one month no bother to attend the complain, such kind of unprofessional attitude never been thought by such a reputed and trusted firm, customer satisfaction is the key idea of getting good business if the customer will not be satisfied then what is the point of showing such dreams, I really feeling cheated by Eureka fobes.

    I have Purchased a new Aquasure Nano RO from Aquaguard only last month. Within one month, it faced problems and I had to register complaints 4 times. First, the tap used to leak, teh the storage tank started
    leaking. Now, the unit has stopped working altogether and it is dead. Such a bogus product, it does not even work well at a stretch for a week. Worthless.

    To top it up, the Aquaguard service people are lousy, does not turn up for service for days together and when we remind, they turn arrogant or does not respond at all.

    So, product as well as service of Aquaguard are third-grade. I will wiat for one more day and tehn, dump the machine and install new one. I have already wasted lot of time and resourc es for pursuing them to rectify the problems. No more!! Let my investment in machine go to drain.

    I wonder whether this is the same avowed Company in Water Purifier business or they have turned up too big and too arrogant to neglect their customers. Actually I fell for Aquaguard over other purifiers only because of its brand and market standing. No more.

    I agree... I too had purchased one. I went with the Brand name and now I am in big time trouble. The filter used to leak first. Then the tank strted leaking. I have logged a case with their help line and they have not attended to the complaint. It is the 5th day since I have raised the complaint. Each time I call they say that they have escalated the case. The truth is they have no idea as to what is happening. Pathetic support, Pathetic company and Pathetic product.
    We had one of our worst experience in buying Eureka Forbes AquaSure Nano Ro on 3/8/2010 from BEA Electronics Coimbatore. Over the last 8 months, the purifier didn’t even work for more than one month

    without any problem. Numerous calls to the service center - [protected] (Sun Enterperises, Cbe) haven’t solved our problem. Only our phone bills and water bills are going up. No one responds to our complaints. Even if we go to a local product we will get better service than Eureka Forbes. Don’t ever buy any product from Eureka Forbes
    I completely agree with the above comments.

    I have one bought 8 months back in Chennai and it was dead for two times within two weeks of time for the same reason (faulty adaptor). First time when I called the support that guaranteed that someone will turnup with in two days, but only by 4th day it was attended. The person attended the issue said that the adaptor was bad and need to replace, he was not having the small spare for the purifier which is under warranty and said that he need to get the adaptor from somewhere and will return after two day. After many calls to the support number finally my issue was fixed by the 7th day.

    Now after couple of weeks the device is down again and looks like it was having the same problem. When I called up the support number they again say that the call will be attended in 2 days. And I even calledup the Service Incharge for Chennai (Susikaran) and got a very bad response from him. They are behaving as they have given the product for free and forgetting the truth that they are getting paid only because we are buying the product. The support for this product not at all there and now I have a big question on the product as the same part failing again and again during the warrenty period itself. I couldnt think what will happen for the support for the products which are not under warranty.

      Possible i do'nt have count of the compliants i make to eureka forbes to set right the problem in the aquaguard water purifire. ( My compliants are countless).Worst company who does even bother about customer care & third rated road side scoundrels to attend repair & services. Technicians does not have skills.every week , my aquaguard fails ( It's under warranty care). & till today not a single soul could fix the problem.

      PEOPLE WHO READ THIS MESSAGE, PLEASE DO'NT BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT . MY EARNEST REQUEST. LET OTHERS TOO SUFFER LIKE ME> . I AM MAKING A HUMANITARIAN REQUEST.

        i have purchased a r o purifier from eureka forbes it is aquqguard r o,i purchased it from eurekaforbes jhansi u.p. , jab se ise liya tab se yah pareshani de raha hai , jhansi service centre ka behaviour bilkul achcha nahi hai,under warranty hone k baad bhi jhansi eureka forbes aquaguard ne repair cost le li.aaj bhi purifier theek tarah se kam nahi kar raha hai . maine company ko bhi ek letter likha tha,company ne jhansi service centre ko under warranty main take money back k liye bhi kaha, but jhansi service centre ka behaviour bilkul neutral hai , na ye paise de rahe hain na hi aquaguard ki warranty mani ja rahi hai. meri complain hai ki underwarranty main liye paise vapas diye jayen tatha aquaguard ko proper repair kiya jaye.

          I HAD PURCHASE A AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO 2 YEARS BEFORE, BUT NOW IT IS NOT IN A WORKING CONDITIONS. I HAD COMPLAINT THIS IN KOLLAM OFFICE ON MAY,2010 SO MANY TIMES AND THEY WERE VISITED OUR PLACE ON JUNE,2010 AND CHANGED THE FILTER. AFTER SERVICING THEY WERE TOLD THE VALVE IS COMPLAINT AND THEY WILL COME AGAIN WITH NEW VALVE, BUT TILL DATE NOBODY HAS COME FROM KOLLAM OFFICE EVEN AFTER VARIOUS REMINDERS.

            In 2009, I had taken AQUA SURE ( AQUA GUARD ) Eureka Forbes Water purifier. It was working fine continuously for one year. After completion of one year, one technician of company (as per informed by him) came for changing of "candle"; and then after problem started. That person was not so efficient and he made short-circuit of water purifier. After continuous soft and aggressive complain to his manager Mr. Mahesh ([protected]); technician had taken to repair at their service-centre. After around one month; they returned and installed at my home but then also; water was leaking from the pipe. And again few days after it became faulty and stopped to purify water. Since then we are using supplied mineral water jar by some other company; even after having water purifier and paying extra Rs. 60.00 per week.

            Please do take necessary action ASAP to make repair my AQUA SURE ( AQUA GUARD ) Eureka Forbes water purifier and also do take necessary action against such irresponsible persons who are not being able to provide better and satisfactory service even after multiple reminder.

            Eureka aquaguard water purifier — stand was fixed to the water purifier

            I have purchased Aqua guardi water puarifier bearing unit no 6004717 for Rs 13300 on[protected] through agent Mr Srinivas and was errected and started functioning. But no stand was supplied and fitted to the instsrument. It was only put on a wooden stool. I made phones several times to the agent and also to the local dealer in nellore but invain.. Pl let the instrument may be fitted to the stand in a proper way.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had enquired for Eureka Forbes Vaccum Cleaner, Model - XFORCE. The Eureka Forbes executive Dinesh Upadhyay had come to my place on 4th November 2010. He had promised me to deliver the product on 5th November 2010. For that purpose he asked me to give a cheque of Rs.7790/- on the name of Eureka Forbes.
              He did not deliver the product on friday. So I had called him up for the same on which he said that he will deliver the product by saturday 6th November 2010. He did not deliver the product on 6th November as well.I had cancelled the order on that day itself but still I haven't received the cheque which I had given.
              So I request you to take some action against the dealer of Eureka Forbes for the treatment which I had received.

                I had requested for a EUREKA FORBES AQUAGUARD SENSA water purifier. The sales person (Balavant from Kanakapura Road Branch) visited my place and promised to deliver SENSA on Sun 7th Nov. He also promised to call us at 10 am and deliver the product beofre 3pm.
                However there was no call either from Balavant or his boss Vijay. After calling Balavant several times he picked up my call and said he is not aware of the status (highly irresponsible).
                After continued calling to Vijay, a security guard responded and said Vijay is in meeting. I had to send SMS to request for cancellation.
                Only after the cancellation requests, Manjula from customer care called to inform me that there is no stock and I wont get the product on 7th Nov.

                This looks like our classic Indian "Chalta Hai" mentality.

                  I bought a new Aquaguard Infinity model, since 29th Oct I have complained that it is not working but so far no action has been taken on it. Today I spoke to the Manager Mr Yogesh Vichare, he assured me that it will be done by evening time. at 7pm, I checked again but does seem it they will repair or replace it.
                  Every time I registered complain on their helpline, they did not give a suitable response.

                    my Eureka Forbes customer ID is [protected] and complaint number is 83791072, this complaint is not attended formore than 15 days, this is ridiculous, a company that brags about customer service as its major USP is not responding, I have made at leats 10 calls and every call was promised next day before 12 pm installation of the machine. but nobody turns up. I am extremely agrieved, the reason for this complaint was shifting city from hyderabad to bangalore, the aquaguard machine I own is SENSA model which is highest end model and they forcefully sold it it by convincing its superiority over Kent's RO model which is very popular.

                    I want to reach out to the news channels and contact the top management of Eureka Forbes, none of the customer service agent has been able to provide me their contacts.

                    I will be highly greatfull if somebody can help in getting the contacts, being terribly busy and recent relocating to other city I am unable to take any action for the want of time, I was extremely annoyed to come back home tonight 7 Nov 2010, to again see nobody responded to repeated compalints and the SENSA Aquaguard is lying idle at my kitchen, and water bottles purchased everyday.

                      I have an acquaguard undre AMC with the Eureka Forbes office at Hyderabad and the same has not been functioning since 03.11.2010. While taking the AMC money we were told by the salesman that we can directly call at his mobile no. However, there is a small loose connection we were told which has not been resolved for the last one and a half years. Till date no one has come to repair the same. Neither has any complaint been lodged, when contacting the salesman we were told that he is in a village now and the office is closed. For the last 4 days, there is no drinking water . Finally when we called at the Bangalore office no. someone by the name of Renuka picked up to say that the server is down. She promised that the complaint will be resolved today and she will arrange a call back from the GM. We called up again at 12.30 to know that there is no one by the name of Renuka, needless to say that the compliant has not been registered. So we gave the address again to someone by the name of Afreen.... Pathetic service I must say!!!!!!

                        Aqua Guard — DELAY IN SERVICE

                        Dear Cencern,
                        REMAINDER - 1

                        Please note that I have made a complient on 12.03.09 COMPLIENT NUMBER 53402976 for non working of water purifier. Your service person attended the call after 4 - 5 days and informed that a spare part(PUMP)to be changed.

                        But till now nobody come to service the purifier. I ahve made number of remainders through customer help line 39883333 and aqua service center 30630009. I have personally visited Aqua Service center located at SRINIVASA NAGAR, KOLATHUR, CHENNAI -99. But no action taken.

                        Please note that the water filter at my home is not in working condition for mor than 50 days from JAN 09. I have never expect the worst service provided by Aqua Guard.

                        I request you to rectifie the purifier with in two working days from today. Otherwise I have no option to proceed with CONSUMER COURT.

                        Please do the needful.

                        I regret to inform you that I purchased an Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) on 02.10.2009 from Dealer of Allahabad City (UP). Following conditions have not been fulfilled by the dealer/service center:
                        01. The receipt of the advance amount Rs. 500/- was given to me the balance amount was paid by the cheque dt 03.09.2009 but the receipt & bill have not been received as yet.
                        02. The Corban of the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) was to be changed within the six month of the purchase/installation but inspite of so many reminders it has not been done sofar it had not been done till 21.08.2010 as a result the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) stopped functioning from 21.08.2010. After so many telephonic complaints to the local dealer it could only be attended on 31.08.2010
                        Because of negligence on your part there was a major breakdown in the machine . Hence you are requested to either change the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) or extend the warranty period for which the proper service & maintenance was not provided by the dealer. Kindly direct the dealer to issue proper bill & money receipt of the same within 02 days. If you fail to do this I will be forced to take the case in Upbhokta Forum.

                          My Aqua guard Water Purifier is under AMC. The Unit is not working since 26.10.10. Registered a complaint on 27.10.10-Ref No [protected]. The person who came for servicing had no spares / knowledge and left promising to come again next day. Since the repairs are not carried out, I complained again on 29.10.10 (Ref: No [protected]).

                          Regret the unit is not yet serviced despite my contacting your M/s Radhika, Venkat & Ashraf on various dates. Every time only sweet lip-service is given by the staff. No effective action is taken for servicing the unit.

                          May I request the company to sincerely take action to honour their commitment ?

                          Eureka Forbes, Aquaguard Water Purifier — Water Purifier not working, under AMC

                          Water Purifier Power button was not working, cmplaint lodged - 24-2-'10-no 57228079. Came and attended complaint. within a week power button was not working again. complaint lodged. came and attended to complaint on 10th March '10. on 12th March 2010, when the equipment was operated, it was found now that water is not dispensing from the unit. Complaint lodged on[protected] and complaint number given was 57372558. No one turnned up. when called again on[protected], new complaint was given as 57410090. As a frustrated customer, we took up the Service Centre Manager Mr. Suresh's mobile number [protected] and explained the matter. we get nothing but assurances from that time onwords. on 17th March 2010, he gave the mobile number of technician Mr. Suresh [protected] and informed that he will attend to the complaint. when contacted him, he replied that he is not aware and he was not informed by any one to attend the complaint. After purchasing unit and sincerely doing AMC every year, we are being tossed up by service centres responsible staff not only to suffer in getting pure water but also being cheated in the name AMC's. my customer number is [protected].                           I had sent a request on 24th march, 10 Also...

                          I bought a RO on 17th june, 09. My customer Id is [protected]. Few months before i got transferred to Amritsar. My current address is 2057, ranjit avenue- B, amritsar, Punjab. Please update the same in your records.

                          Two days before, a serviceman from eurekaforbes came & checked the machine. He told me that it will cost me Rs. 2350 to get it repaired. This machine is under warranty period.

                          So, you are requested to get it done at free of cost...

                          Kindly do the needful at the earliest because we are finding very difficult without water... I believe u can undersatand

                            I am an irate customer and all thanks to Eureka Forbes, Aqua guard division from Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
                            The surprising fact is that they are in service industry but none from the company knows what service is all about.
                            I exchanged my old Aqua Guard NOVA model for the new INFINITY model.

                            Within a week’s time I encountered a problem with the machine.
                            After logging a complaint (No: [protected]) on 6th October, 2010, they came to my place on 11th October against their agreed SLA of 48 hours.
                            Engineer who visited my place informed about the issue and said that he would take the machine to the service centre and will return by 12th October.
                            As expected, there was no update from them till I called them on 13th October.
                            Mr. Peter, Sr. Service representative confirmed that machine will be delivered by 18th October.
                            I did not receive machine even on 19th then I approached his manager Mr. Sarvanan.
                            Mr. Sarvanan confirmed to replace the defected machine with a new machine by 25th October and provided my defected machine for a weeks’ time.
                            I did not receive any update till 27th October.
                            When I contacted Mr. Sarvanan, only then he confirms that they will not be able to provide the new machine.

                            I then decided to take this issue further with your help and till now I have not contacted them and as expected again, they did not bother to get back.

                              I have purchased the Euroclean Wet & Dry model Vacuum Cleaner on 27-Sep-2010 and paid the full amount of Rs.9,990/-

                              But, till today, today's date is 30-Oct-2010 no one have provided the bill. I have called them many time. But they told, we will send you tomorrow. This was happened in Sep 2010.

                              Many times, I have seen the representative on the way, who have sold the "Euroclean Wet & Dry model Vacuum Cleaner on 27-Sep-2010" and asked for the bill. He told that, Sir I will bring it today or by tomorrow.

                              But noting happened till today...

                              The worst company or dealer, I have ever met or made a purchase with them.

                                Out of habit having used Aquaguard at home, when i started my restaurant, i installed 2 units of aquaguard.
                                The sales person, who was after me post the demo for purchase just vanished once we purchased the 2 units.
                                Hi flow and classic.
                                From the day of the faulty installation, no body is available for service.
                                the helpline numbers just keep giving more ref numbers but no one appears after that..
                                The sales person has stopped picking the call entirely - RAVI STIEVEN

                                THis has been a very poor experience and I intend to actively discourage people from buying anything from Eureka Forbes. After seeing this site with so many complaints, i dont think the company is anyway bothered also.

                                  I had Taken AMC for 2years for my Aquaguard classic water purifier by paying Rs 1750 on 21 10.2010 from Trivandrum Service centre.They came promptly changed the filters and gave the Amc proposal and collected money .In 2 days time my water purifier became out of order in spite of registering the complaint they are not turning up. Please advise what to do in this matter.

                                  I have taken one year Amc contract with eureka Forbes & my customer no [protected] & contract receipt no is 45.last 15 days my aqua guard total reviva WP system not working. Hence I have complained to authorize franchise service center of eureka Forbes ltd at vadodara city. My complain no is 218&319 but they are not attend the complain & not proper reply to us. The franchise service center at vadodara, payal service center not fulfill to provide customer satisfaction service, Last time same problem arise complain to customer service cell at Mumbai, Req no: [protected] after 13days our complain atten.such type of service company brand image will be effected.

                                  I have taken 3-year AMC contract with Eureka Forbes for Model:Aquaguard SE 1000 and my customer code : [protected] . My 1st complaint is the water pump attachment replaced on Dt:27.8.13 Which has time limited working time i.e 30-45 mins.with Noise in compare to previous water attachment placed on Dt:11.12.06 which do not have such type of complaints and 2nd that the candle stand is broken so at present candle is in suspending condition.
                                  As per their opinion Unit is OK (Ref: Mr. Suresh Rajpoot Technician has said that Unit-OK -ACT ENTERPRISE, VADODARA ) Since 15.8.13 I am exercising through Help line as well as letters by Email but no positive response received. I do not under stand the chemistry in between Authorized Service Center and the well organized company. You are humbly requested to do the needful in the matter please.

                                    My experience with aquaguard- EUREKA FORBES IN bANGALORE has been very bad, to say the least. right from installation, They have provided the worst possible consumer service. Competition between two nearby branches for installation leading to delay, providing the wrong model for my requirements- (as reported by the Manager!), delay in installation for days after payment- Can things be worse? This is in Koramangla branch/kanakapira branch Bangalore. My advice never get their products.

                                    Till now no one turned up and all the four times I received only one answer that " IT WILL BE DONE BY TODAY EVENING ".

                                    I have a AMC with Eureka forb & have complained in last week about my aquaguard which is not working at all from last 1 week specially in rainy season but nobody has visited @ my home & now we r facing health problem in my family . Now I m going to take legal action on it. & truly not recommending to buy Aquaguard . Company is not customer centric. playing with people health.

                                      I have purchase a Eureka Forbes Infinity water filter looking at their adv of PANI KA DOCTOR

                                      Due to some proble the Acquguard is not working for 5 days. We lodged the complaint with call centre.

                                      But its more than 5 days even after calling every day no one is bother to attend the compalint.

                                      They keep promising every day that some one will attend to you but nobody turn up and we have to compulsory buy mineral water.

                                      I had entered into a service contract for my Nova Model Water Purifier as per Contract Receipt no.AG 96B 13942489 for the period 17/01/2007 to 16/01/2009 on 11/01/2007. The Contract was signed on your behalf by Anupam Services.
                                      I had complained to your call centre on or about 27th August 2008 and a representative came to my residence and after inspection disconnected the water purifier and stated he shall have to bring the parts for replacement and that he shall do it in the next 2 days.
                                      Nobody turned up and so I complained to Mr.Sudeep at your call centre on 06/09/2008 vide docket no.51817558 and he promised someone shall come on 8th September 2008 since 7th September 2008 is a Sunday. No one has turned up and I am forced to buy bottled water everyday.
                                      Kindly let me know if you cannot repair it I shall make alternative arrangements with some other water purifier manufacturer.
                                      Hoping for an early reply.
                                      I purchased a RO in may 2008 and it is not working since last 10 days.My Husband personally went at their Rakesh marg office a week ago to lodge a complaint but nobody has turned up yet.We also tried to lodge a complaint at their Delhi toll free number but the operator does not have time to listen to consumers compalint and disconnected the line saying that your voice is not audible.

                                      These are the people who make your life so difficult while selling their product.they dont see any time, whether its late at night or early morning to sell their product but dont care when any problem comes.The sales person padam malik gave his cell number but despite repeated calls, he does not have time to pick his phone.

                                      Look at the attitude of so called Prodfessional company.
                                      I purchased a RO in may 2008 and it is not working since last 5 days.The salesmen which have come to my house had shown the so called the best and the costliest product offered by the Euraka Forbes the Aquaguard Total SENSA 3G at the cost of Rs. 19000 along with so many promises. But since then it has malfunctioned twice and this time insite of the promise by the salemen that by sunday (26/10/08) or latest by monday (27/10/08) he will send the engineer to rectify the water purifer problem. But no body turned up and we are forced to buy drinking water from the market for the drinking purpose.

                                      I have tried to called up the customer care center and he recognised my name as well as my home address but said you have not registered your complained with us. When asking from where he has got my name and home address he talked to me such a rude manner instead of helping me out or taking my complaint. Now even the salemen in not replying to my calls send even SMS but failed to got any call or reply which shows their calious attitude.

                                      Eureka Forbes Vaccuum Cleaner — No response to complaint lodged

                                      Sir,

                                      I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner just one & half months back. The sales representative was Mr. Kishan Shelar who had informed that the machine can be used continuously for atleast one hour. However, I observed that the machine shuts down after using for 10 minutes.
                                      I lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes and the complaint no. is 80712602. This complaint was lodged on 05.11.2008. I have been told that a representative will be attending within 24 hours. However, even after a lapse of 10 days nobody has turned up. I am unable to use the machine as it shuts down in 10 minutes and needs cooling period of atleast another 10 minutes. Thus I cannot do any cleaning.
                                      I advise everyone not to buy any Eureka Forbes product, as my water filter which is under their AMC was attended to after 8 days of lodging the complaint.
                                      I had the most disgusting experience i had since quite sometime with eureka forbes vacuum cleaner, read on and tell me if i could have anything else but suffer.

                                      Before that i do expect some human to read and reply to my concerns, which requires immediate attention. I had given my vacuum cleaner to repair and its been more than a month and i dont have any clue on why its taking time and when i would get it back. I had deposited this at your porvirim centre, in Goa. I spoke to Ashok on [protected] more than once who has promised me lot of things, surprisingly nothing has moved. Will i ever get back my vacuum cleaner, that's a mystery. For the records the deposit date was 27th Feb, your docket says take back within 15 days, but i have not been given the machine.

                                      Here is how i bought the product,
                                      In Aug- Sep, I had asked one Tukaram to visit me for a vaccum cleaner, his demeanor and the his presentation of facts made me stay away from that purchase. Subsequently i posted an enquiry on the internet hoping i would get a response. It seems while your sales executives work hard on the field, rest of the office / systems care a damn for sales. But that's your problem.

                                      I never got any response eventually i had to trace your number from internet and one good sales person visited me, i dont remember his name, i bought one vacuum cleaner once he demonstrated it does what i wanted it to do. Troubles started this Feb onwards, when apparently there was a better option of vaccum cleaner available and this guy even though he knew the difference between the two, a - did not suggest me one, or b - never thought it was important for me and considered this to be the best fit.

                                      During my visit when the vacuum cleaner broke down the branch manager explained everything to me in detail. That's when i realised if i had bought the expensive machine it would have never broken down. I asked him for a fair price for exchange he replied after speaking to the VP who i think said, dont give him more than 1,000. I am still wondering is this company really bothered about customers?

                                      Yes i must also add, the branch manager had to face my ire for a day when i was there else this email would have hit you harder about a month back, if that would have made any difference to you.

                                      Any way the service technician had the cheek to tell me that since the machine has been subject to industrial use, it wont be replaced free of cost. I am still wondering why was this not mentioned to me when i bought the product, i explained my requirements very clearly to the sales executive.

                                      I hope to get back my machine at the earliest, though i would like to get more than that, first i need justice and right for proper product, as a customer, that's my fundamental right...isn't it?

                                      My fight for justice would begin from here on...watch this email for more of my emails...and notices...before than can i have my vacuum cleaner back.

                                      What's the justice i want?
                                      1 - Right price for the machine so i can upgrade to a more reliable cleaner Rs 1000 is something you can give to charity not a customer who has been fooled.
                                      2 - Did you do anything to protect my interest?
                                      3 - Why should i not pursue this case in the right forums asking for the right product to be delivered.

                                      All this while i am assuming my machine is delivered back to me - quick.

                                      We have taken AMC from Eureka Forbes for our aquaguard. They are suppose to service once in 3 months. When we call up the toll free no. to register they say within 48 hours their executive will be at our disposal. But it never happens. We have to repetedly call them & now it has been 2 months since I have been chasing with him. Even the executioves who used to come in the past were very inefficient & arrogant too. They need to be dealt very seriously. This is not the way they service their customers.

                                        I live in R-54, GaneshDham Colony, Nevada, Sunderpur, Varanasi purchased Aquagaurd water purifier RO Reviva in 2006 was very much satified but from last two years service has become so poor that because of these service people I am switching from aqugaurd to kent water purifier as the list of complaints is given below : -
                                        1. After 10 to 15 calls later they attend the call.
                                        2. They visit after 2 to 3 days after the complaint.
                                        3. After they repair either on the same day or after few days problem again occurs.
                                        4. Incompetent or inefficient untrained workers attained the complaints.
                                        5. If problem repeatedly occurs then they don't bother to attained.

                                        This careless person is Mr.Ajay Roy who has the franchisee of Eureka Aquagaurd in our area.Can anybody do somthing about him ?

                                        REVIVA WATER PURIFIER — POOR SERVICE

                                        THE WATER TAP ATTACHED TO THE TANK IS NOT WORKING AND THERE IS A SLIGHT OVERFLOWING OF WATER THROUGH THE TUBE EVEN AFTER STOPPAGE OF THE MACHINE.
                                        SINCE THE MACHINE HAS BEEN INSTALLED ABOUT 3-4 YEARS THERE APPEARS TO BE A NEED FOR CHANGE OF CYLINDER. I AM AN AMC HOLDER.

                                        I HAVE BOOKED WITH THE LOCAL MADURAI OFFICE REGARDING THE ABOVE FOR SENDING THE TECHNICIAN. IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED CALLS NO PERSON HAS ATTENDED TO THE ABOVE EVEN AFTER MORE THAN A WEEK.
