COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED since 1&HALF MONTHS

Hi,
I have been a customer of Aquaguard since they had launched their very 1st model of water purifier.
In 2007 I had changed the machine & bought Aquasure Ivory model form a vendore at Borivali west Mumbai-92.

The machine started giving problem within warranty period itself. Now its has breakdown again.

Giving High TDS

TDS value

On 03 Nov 09 i bought a RO plant .Since then the output of water has the very less TDs value (i.e 24 PPM and the water taste is not sumptous.I made several call to the service representive but he simply vanished with the cheque leaving no trace of him.Past four days we are trying to call him but to utmost unprofessionalism he doesn't even bother to receive our calls....

NON-REFUND OF RS 1000 FOR AMC

I have lodged a complaint no 82080307 on 26 Oct 2009 on company's Toll No 3988 3333 for refund of AMC amount paid for old waterpurifier which was later on exchanged with GOLD NOVA new purifier.I was advised that the same shall be adjusted against new purifier AMC but for that separate payment of Rs 1450 was made by me and I was informed that Rs 1000 will be refunded independently....

Pathetic Customer Service

I have a AMC on my aquaguard. It is due for renewal this month and I had called Eureka Forbes representative for this renewal purpose. A person came but neither did he renew the AMC nor did he do the complete servicing of the aquaguard. He said that PCB was defective and needs to be changed. Please make a seperate complaint. Meanwhile he opened the power connection...

No service and worst people

We purchased Aquasure Platinum in Aug 2009, thinking that it is good company and we will have hasslefree service. But within 2 months products failed and stopped working. For lastt 2 weeks we are spending 150 every day just to get bisleri bottle thinking product will be repaired today.
Everytime we call customer service, standard answer is that person will be their by evening. And when somebody show up after 13 days he can not repair...

NOT ATTENDING CALLS

WE HAVE PURCHASED ONE AQUAGUARD I - NOVO WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER VIDE INVOICE # 11267 DTD 19/10/2004. UNIT SERIAL # 2022874 WE HAVE GIVING AMC REGULARLY TILL DATE. OUR M/C IS UNDER AMC. PAID LASTELY FOR 2 YEARS.

not recieved waranty card yet

Dear sir/madam
I had purchased aquaguard from your representative Gaurav on 20/04/2009. Bar coded sticker number is[protected]. Recipt number is 009737/206.
At the time of purchase he had promised to bring life waranty card within 2 hours. Since then I am regularly calling him on his number [protected] and he always says that he is busy. Kindly arrange for the waranty card as soon as possible.

Non Functional

After one moth of installation of the Electronic Door Locking System ( Kocom ) it is totally non functional.
The service support is worse than horrible. They have some smart guys who are good at lip services only, mostly they are incompetent, always try to find a way out to procarstinate the job. for more than a fortnight we have been waiting for rectification, there is absolutely zero response.
They are totally unreliable....

Wrong commitment & No response

I bought a dry and wet vacumm cleaner from Eureka Forbes, under the life time service guarantee, where demonstration was claimed to be provided on the spot but they have not given the demonstation even after two weeks of several requests / reminders to their corporate, customer care and service center. Even I asked to return the system and refund my money but they do not respond.

This is highly disgusting, pathetic, ill business...
